No no no no you bitches don’t get it. You don’t understand. The vast is about apathy. It’s about recognizing something so massive that nothing else could ever start to matter in comparison. It’s the people in the Leitner book who saw the monster take a step forward and grow ever larger and realize there was never any choice in the end. it’s about the helplessness and the not mattering as you lay on your back and stare up into the sky til your eyes hurt knowing that it will outlive everything you know.
