You're just a plain ol' (male) monk off on a pilgrimage with your three disciples (a guy, a pig guy, and a monkey guy)
You're heading to girl kingdom* on a boat and right before you enter, you and your pig disciple drink some water cause you're real thirsty, and then you go see the queen because you need her to stamp on your little stamp book before you can pass through girl kingdom*. So you go see her and she stares at you weirdly so you have to repeat your request like 5 times before she says anything, and she takes your stamp booky.
Suddenly you and your pig disciple feel piercing pain inside your stomach. The girls start laughing and ask if you drank the water just before entering.
So it turns out that water is PREGNANT WATER and now you (male) and your (male) pig disciple are pregante
So your monkey disciple has to go onto a mountain to get some un-pregnant water and you drink it and everything's fine!!!But then the queen decides she loves you and wants to marry you, but she won't stamp your little booky unless she thinks only your disciples will leave and you will stay, so you have to pretend to be in love with her
But then her servants take you to her bed chambers and she's seductively lying there on her side like Leia in that scene with Jabba the Hut and COERCES you into ALMOST having sex with her and breaking your monk path
UNTIL
a magic girl that used to play music for the queen teleports you away and into HER den where shes dressed even MORE seductively and plays music to hypnotize you (because she also loves you) and proceeds to try to RAPE you so your monkey disciple tries to save you but she uses her lazer eyes to fend him off so then your pig disciple tries to save you but lazer eyes go bzzzt and he has to be saved by some magic guy
Then a chicken goes cockadoodledoo and magic girlie screams and shrinks and it turns out she was a SCORPION SPIRIT all along (y'know, cuz chickens eat scorpions ig???) so then ms queen decides to set you free and let you leave with your disciples
ALL OF THIS ACTUALLY EXISTS in a chinese book called the monkey King, which was written in the 1500s and is considered a CLASSIC, with a tv show adaptation in the 80s and many more.

Wukong was always bad at admitting he cared about the ones close to him by playing the mischievous bad boy.
But when it was just the two of you alone he would let down the facade and show you how much he truly cared.
You weren’t that strong or possessed any special abilities but you always had a kind with an open heart and Wukong liked that about you.
After joining the group it didn't take long for him to grow an attachment to you, especially after every fight he got in you would check him up and down for injuries.
At first, he thought you were calling him weak by assuming he even had wounds from battling such feeble demons but discovering you just cared for him deeply changed his opinion of you.
A bond was formed between you two quickly and soon Wukong was with you all the time! No, seriously he did not leave you alone for a moment.
It didn’t matter if you visiting a town, going on a small walk, gathering fruits and herbs, or even going to the bathroom! Whenever you would bring up his clingy behavior he would brush it off claiming that it was all to make sure you don't get into ‘trouble’ or ‘die’ because you were too weak to protect yourself and to make sure a specific perverted pig didn't creep on you in the bath. you were silently grateful for that portion.
However, didn't matter the activity or time of day Wukong would never show his softness to you in front of others he was too prideful for that.
But alone he was so gentle with you and very physical. Whether he'd wanna lay his head on your lap or chest or have you lay on him he was always cuddling you!
But don't think it was one-sided affection you were giving him all the head scratches he could ever need! He would always purr if you got the spot behind his ear.
What you two are is together. simple together.

You awoke to the noises of small squeaks and chirps along with the sounds of the morning breeze gently shaking the trees.
Reluctantly you slowly opened your eye not really wanting to get up only to be met with the curious stare of two baby monkeys.
Noticing you awake now the first monkey crawled closer to your face before gentle poking your cheek
Laughing a little seemingly finding this amusing with a hand motion gesture to the other monkey to come join in on this playful poking session of your face
Giggling you finally get up gently setting the monkeys down off the bed before throwing your legs over allowing your feet to meet on the cold floor.
Getting up you stretch your back before walking out of your room with the monkeys following closely behind.
Walking out of your small house you decided a good morning walk would be best for you.
The island you lived on was truly beautiful. Soft green grass, big trees as far as the eye could see, graceful exotic birds of many colors, and a bright clear blue sky to top it all.
Finally reaching your favorite resting spot you stop to take in the view. It was a cliff side with a big peach tree adorned with many thick branches and vines.
Walking a little closer you can’t help but feel at peace here as if nothing can harm you or disturbed your morning relaxation.

Hearing footsteps you don’t bother turning around already knowing who it is but you still can’t help the smile growing on your face.
Feeling the presence behind you now as a pair of hands rest on your swollen stomach you could definitely feel your smile widen.

It was heart warming to see him talking with his child and making funny faces to make (her/him) laugh. He’s gonna be a great dad.

Sighing you soon relaxed and wrapped an arm around him resting on his back and ran your other hand through his hair.
Huffing he quickly eased his tension and squeezed you closer.
The both of you rest like this for a while simply enjoying each other.
“You know you didn't have to do that it's not like they were wrong about me.”
Whipping his head up to look at you offended almost as if you slapped him with your words
“What are you saying of course they were wrong about you! How could you say otherwise!?”

it really is a funny thing to grow up hearing stories about the Legendary Monkey King and be a giant journey to the west fanatic but if i bring it up to anyone else theyre either like ‘who is that’ or ‘oh that guy from dbz?’ and now theres an animated youtube series on it and a lego anime of it and a triple a video game and the tags i follow are full of people shipping the monkey with that immortal or something. what a time to be alive

Why does everything have to be shadowpeach??
I mean, don't get me wrong people can have their Ships and Headcanons as long as their not the gross ones (incest, proshipping, etc), but I've seen way too many content about it. And honestly I'm starting to think it's actually a bit overrated (Please don't attack me I beg of you),
I've also seen some toxic shippers force this on other people, (like threatening them and saying it's canon when it was never confirmed, you get the point). I personally headcanon them as brothers, and sometimes I get a bit weirded out when people sexualize them...and some people tend to do that A LOT,
I'm not saying that ALL shadowpeach shippers are like this or that they should stop shipping shadowpeach, I just want more wholesome content about the two of them, without it being involved with the ship just let them be friends or something,
No but the idea of Sun Wukong and Six Ear being brothers slaps so hard actually
