That words of Lilith and how she says them were stuck in my mind since last saturday. They show how she looks Luz like she is a animal or even lower, we even see her calling her Eda’s human pet.
She thinks that Luz doesn’t deserve to be in the Boiling Isles for not being a natural witch.
But when she refers to our world, not explicit, it left me with the question of what defines to Lilith and the Emperor Belos our world.
Maybe I’m overthinking this but we don’t know if the emperor Belos is from the Boiling Isles but if he is not that means he considers a world like his own when he conquers it.
And what happen if he was waiting to the capture of Eda because he needs powerful witches to not only keep his power but to conquers earth.
And then the question of why would he like to conquer earth? Well I think is to make sure he is forever the most powerful witch. We had seen that the Boiling Isles and the human world have naturally some type of conection and that are more ways to move between them besides the door of Eda.
If not why Amity and Luz have books of the Good Witch Azura and even the movie that Luz mention in Wing Like Witches; or how Luz can get messages from her mom without the need of had the door open(remember that videos are heavier than mesages and some images).
Also it seems like Luz is the only one who can see glyphs in the Boiling Isles if we remember that King can’t see the light glyph in the video. So what if currently only humans can use magic the way of the first witches and with the conection with the human world it’s only matter of time before more humans come to the Boiling Isles and become a threat to the emperor system and power.
Maybe I am overthinking this but like we see in the last episode that the Emperor Belos can see everything in the Boiling Isles and maybe he nows about the conection between the earth and the Boiling Isles and the threat to his power that it means.

In all seriousness I was in tears at the end of the finale. And for all the right reasons.
I never once expected to find a character I could relate too so much. I started watching Owl House right around the Grom episode because I kept seeing things that made it seem like it was a really good show. I never expected to find a kindred soul in Eda.
And I was worried that was going to be taken from me when Eda got her curse lifted. Which left me in this confused state going into the finale. I wanted Eda back but at the same time I knew how these things usually went. I’ve been around the block enough that I knew the chance of her retaining anything tied with that curse probably low. I knew better then to get my hopes up. That it was probably going to be stuck in owl beast form or back to being a witch and miracously normal again.
Instead what I got was something beyond my wildest dreams. Adaptive representation isn’t something you see a whole lot in media beyond the basic stuff most people don’t think much of (ie Ramps). But as someone whose an adaptive runner I know there’s so much more to disability representation beyond what people usually think of. The idea of doing things differently because your illness or disability makes it difficult is really something that doesn’t get shown much if we’re being honest it feels like.
So seeing Eda use a glyph. Seeing that she was going to start using Luz’s way of doing magic. Of showing an actual adaption to her chronic illness/disability. Knowing Dana was giving us this a huge moment.
I’m still a bit worried about it getting maybe squandered in S2. But I’m starting to realize more and more Dana wants to do her representation right and not fall back to the old tropes. Whether it be her LGBT or chronically ill/disabled characters.
I don’t expect it to be perfect. But for the first time I really feel at this moment in time that there is going to be a chronic illness character represented right.
And I can’t even begin to express the sheer amount of emotions that makes me feel.

Is Lilith cursed too?
When Eda first fought Lilith in Covention, she was mostly smiling and didn’t seem to be taking it nearly as seriously as Lilith. In Agony of a Witch we see how strong she truly is when she tries
I was rewatching the owl house and I noticed that among the graffiti Eda put on the locker in Something Ventured Someone Framed there are multiple ‘hoots’ written.
Since she went to Hexside before she was cursed it can be assumed that her love of owls predated Lilith cursing her. In addition, since the sisters seem like they used to be very close we can assume Lilith knew Eda had a thing for owls. This presents two possibilities
1. Lilith was pressured to curse Eda and since she had to do it she wanted to at least have Eda transform into something she liked
Or (the one I believe to be more likely)
2. Lilith took something she knew Eda liked and turned it into something traumatic for her as an extra way to spite her
I think the latter is more likely considering how Lilith is smart and it’d be dumb to think that Eda would still like owls as much when she’s literally cursed to turn into them. I mean, Eda does own the whole owl motif but I don’t think Lilith would’ve seen that coming

The bat monster hid in the corner, there anxiety was through the roof after seeing all those witches during there weekly shopping.
The way those witches looked at them and the mean words the witches whispered as they passed by made Raine stress out and get anxious. So of course all the anxiety made the curse flare up and now here they were hiding in the dark as a giant bat.
They needed an Elixer but....they ran out. Eda said she would grab some while they went shopping today but then Raine got anxious, so they went home early, completely forgetting about the golden liquid.
The bat monster quietly whimpered in the dark, breathing heavily as there wings twitched and trembled from the anxiety. They needed there mate, they needed there Owl.
Then right on queue, they heard a loud screech from downstairs. The Bats ears twitched at the loud noise, the owl sure knew how to make a entrance. They heard the Owl coming up the stairs, the floor boards creaked loudly at the extra weight until the beast arrived in the dark room with a giant demon eagle in there mouth.
The beast dropped the demon eagle onto the ground with a thud. The beast grinned proudly but the grin soon faded when the owl saw there mate tremble and whimper. The Owl demon softly cooed in worry as they nuzzled into the bat, licking there mates fur as they tried in there own way to comfort them and calm them. The bat started to purr from the affection, making soft squeaks at the Owls gentle actions.
The beast chirped and lead the bat to there nest. The nest was just big enough for the two, the owl demon made sure of it. The Owl flopped on the nest and stretched as they yawned, Before quickly making room for there mate. The bat quickly nuzzled into the Owl, the sticks in the nest oddly relaxing the bat as the beast started to groom there partner. A loud purr echoed through the room as the bats nerves finally started to disappear giving into the calmness. The two soon fell asleep on each other's warmth.

Time passed and the Owl Beast awoke to the bat starting to panic, the owl quickly noticed the panic as there form was changing. The green witch was taking control again.
The beast desperately wanted to say comforting words to there lover, desperately wanting to sooth the panic in there mates eyes. But all that came was pathetic hoots and coos as the bat cried out from the de-transformation, all the Owl could do was hold the Bat close as there screeches of pain become soft witchy groans.
The Owl beast looked at the witch before them. There hair was a mess but there green hair reminded them of there Bat. A soft whimper escaped from the Owls throat at the sight. The beast couldn't attack this witch, there the only way for them to see there bat.
With a sigh, the owl beast laid down next to the witch waiting for there host to take over the body once more. The owl could already feel the grey haired witch try and take control of the body, so the beast just waited as they felt there feathers deteriorate.

"Eda?" Raine groaned as they rubbed there head, pulling out twigs and leaves from there hair.
Eda rubbed her eyes as she coughed up feathers and bones before replying, "yeah Rainstorm?"
"Next time we need supplies, let's just go to the night market...Less people there..." Raine murmured with a soft smile.
Eda chuckled and nodded, gently wiping some dirt off of Raines face.
"Let's go take a shower...I feel like I rolled in mud for 3 hours" Eda said as she stood up to crack her back, helping Raine up from the nest.
"Maybe you did!" Raine laughed as Eda blew a raspberry.
