Ok so... Naruto brain rot :)
Even if both categories of Clans share characteristics with animals. There's a difference between a Beastial Clan and a Feral.
One is working with animals, the other is Being the animal.
For example...
Inuzuka, Beastial, work with ninja dogs, greater and sharper senses and instincts.
Hakate, Fucking Feral, Will bite your fucking throat out, are basically Animals in humans form.
But you can also be Feral without the animal parts.
You just need to be more Wild than a Beastial. Be literally one with Nature. :)
Yes, the Uzumakis are Feral. Yes, the Fucking Senju are Feral. Yes, Tsunade Senju is very Feral herself. (Orochimaru is too ;D)
Beastial Clans : Inuzuka, Aburame, Nara, Sarutobi, Uchiha, Onikuma...
Feral Clans : Hakate, Senju, Uzumaki, Nohara, Umino, Namikaze...
Also... Being a Junchiriki automatically make someone Feral. Or being mixed with Senju's DNA. Or adopted/Claimed by a Feral. :)

as much as i like the idea of jiratsu being parents i feel like their child would not want to be a shinobi/kunoichi and would rather have a normal life and a normal job
Naruto x Demon Slayer au: Demon Slayer Corps - Written notes / Character design
There are 5 different demon slayer corps. Leaf, Sand, Stone, Lightning and Mist. The Hashira work for all five, while the lower ranks work solely for their own. Each corps has it's own hidden training village, and every year two villages will compete to test the Slayers' progress and who will get to move to a higher rank. The year Sakura joins the Corps is the year the Hidden Sand village will compete with the Hidden Leaf village.
The Hidden Leaf Corps is run by three people, as opposed to the other villages which are run by one. The village leaders are called Masters: former Hashira that can no longer fight but can provide training and guidance to the Corps.
Tsunade Senju, Jiraiya and Orochimaru are the Hidden Leaves masters. Jiraiya is in control of the training camps and breathing training, Orochimaru is in charge of weaponry and anything recquired in a lab, and Tsunade is in charge of pharmacy and medicine. Tsunade is also in charge of the Hashira of the leaf. Kakashi brings Sakura and Naruto to her for a proper fate to be decided.
As Hashira, the three got into a horrible fight with a high rank demon, leaving all three permanently injured. They work together and split the duty as the masters to compensate for their injuries, and because Hiruzen (the previous master) wasn't able to decide who would run the corps.
That time Sakura threw herself in between Naruto and Sasuke's rooftop fight and Kakashi wasn't there to stop them in time.
Tsunade was able to save her hearing and most of her nerves, but her eyes were a very unfortunate casualty.
Now she's a civilian and has to figure out what to do with herself.

So in this verse, Tsunade never ends up teaching Sakura- as that role is fulfilled by Chiyo.
And Chiyo's first rule (for everything lol) is: Nothing is Free.
Chiyo always demanded something in return for healing, and unlike Tsunade, she considered medical jutsu a part of her arsenal. If it could kill, then it was always an option.
So Sakura learned from that mindset, trading her services and using her rare skillet as a powerful negotiating tactic, especially during Tea Country's civil war. Her healing effectively kept her, Enji, and Saeko in relative safety and provided her a card to play when she needed.
And, while Sakura is nowhere near as jaded as Chiyo is, and often enough of a bleeding heart to help people for damn near free, (a place to stay, food for the night, a new holster for her kunai), she is also VERY pragmatic about her skillset. The civil war taught her that sometimes, letting someone die is better. This puts her at odds with Tsunade, who has a very different mindset (and was, historically, bitter enemies with Chiyo).
Another issue that arises with Tsunade, is that the Godaime is a doctor- while Chiyo is more of a healer. Their understanding of the human body comes from a different place.
Tsunade can name every bone and muscle and perform open-heart surgeries. Sakura can heal bone and stitch back together muscles and flesh on a very basic level, but she's never going to be able to open up a human body and revolutionize medical history like she does in canon. (In canon, Sakura creates a Jutsu that allows her to do a four-man surgery alone; she can't do that here.)
However, she can do some stuff that Tsunade claims is impossible—like reconstructing/altering someone's chakra network, unblocking tenketsu, sometimes turning off someone's dojutsu from a distance, and lite-healing remotely (Tsunade is very upset about this one specifically). A lot of it comes from her mastery of Genjutsu.
Genjutsu, as I reworked in my comic, requires a complete understanding of someone's chakra network to control ALL their senses. Sakura's understanding and control are so prodigious that she can almost autonomously control people's bodily functions (a skillset that is GREATLY aided by training with Chiyo's puppet mastery).
She uses Genjutsu as a tool to understand the body and employs it as both support (helping an ally maintain a sense of gravity as they're pulled underground or flung in the air, etc) and offense.

About a year after Naruto's departure with Jiraiya, Shikamaru, Neji, and Kiba find themselves asking for Sakura's help. Their teams need medics, and they're the right men for the job. Sakura gladly takes her friends in and takes them to the best person she knows to train them, the woman who taught her. The fifth Hokage, Senju Tsunade!
After three years of rigorous training and studying, the four ninja (and loveable canine friend), become a secret specialised medic squad that work directly under Tsunade. In emergencies, they work together to run Konoha's hospital and the medical teams on the battlefield

- Medic AU -
A continuation of this post
Konoha's specialised medical unit is a unit that works directly for the Hokage. They are highly advanced medical ninja that are also trained in normal Shinobi arts, allowing them to blend in with other ninja. They are also trained for assassination, if its ever needed on missions. In combination with their medical knowledge and understanding of the human body, they are quite a deadly force.
This unit is a secret outside of the hospital and the staff directly under the Hokage, no one else knows of the capabilities of the unit members. Not even their team, leaders or members. They're sent on regular missions as regular medics, but on occassion they will be sent on more deadly and private ones to gather information or to recover any stolen records or supplies normal ninja can't know of.
The special medical unit also has its own uniform separate from normal medical ninja, a darker uniform that is usually accompanied by a surgical mask. Under the sash is a belt with pounches attached for their tools.
Tsunade, seeing her four most recent students' teamwork and progress in the few years they've been training together, appoints them this role, with her star deciple as the leader.
Each member of the unit specialises in their own field that they work in and teach in.
Kiba specialises in paediatrics. His calming and big brotherly nature fits well in the childrens clinic. A lot of children love Akamaru as well, who helps sick children walk around, listens to them read, and have naps with them. Kiba is also famous for handing out lollipops for every check-up and sometimes for no reason at all. He carries lollipops on him everywhere he goes, even sugar-free ones for kids with dietry needs. On the field, he and Akamaru use their sense of smell and tracking abilities to find anyone who's injured or stuck. He's the jokester of the group, as expected, and he often calls Sakura Tsunade's daughter, noting their similarities.
Shikamaru specialises in diagnosing patients and coming up with strategies on the field. He is very attentive and studies up on everything he can, despite his lazy nature. He's often in the library reading up on illnesses, old and new, and on occasion he and Sakura will study together. He helps develop cures in the lab when he isn't out or with patients. In his career, he has helped with finding multiple cures alongside Sakura and other medics. He's also terrified of Tsunade.
Neji specialises in surgery. He has great skills in finer and more delicate procedures and is regarded as the top male surgeon. On the field, he uses his Byakugan to help find anyone that Kiba's tracking can't. He can also use it to guide medic squads in the direction of groups of injured people. He takes the role of second in command when the captain isn't around, and is often tired due to Kiba's antics. Without his Byakugan, Neji's eyesight is quite poor close-up. So he uses glasses to read reports.
Sakura specialises in toxin research and antidotes. She's the captain of the special medical unit, and in Tsunade's absence, she's the leader of Konoha's hospital. She is highly advanced in most medical fields due to Tsunade's private teachings and her fast learning. She grew a fascination for toxins when the boys joined and took on some of her work in the hospital. She spent months researching venom, poison, and making antidotes whenever she could. Every so often she will take time away to train privately with Tsunade to work on the Byakugō seal and her taijutsu.
Akamaru has a uniform too! On the field, he carries supplies for the unit with his own special harness with four pouches for supplies. In the hospital, he has a far simpler harness with only one pouch that's full of lollies and candy for the children he visits. He also wears the bandana Sakura gave him.
Together, they work hard to keep Konoha safe and the medical department running smoothly.
