I realize when I'm being hateful

I realize when I'm not being kind

I realize when I could be less harsh

EXCEPT I DON'T CARE

If have special needs should be allowed to say that. Shouldn’t get shunned and called bad things because of it.

Amy does have special needs and would like be able call it that. Yes needs are just needs but compared to the people around me, they are special.

And special needs doesn’t have to be seen as bad thing, just means different from the normal. If you identify as having special needs, you should get decide if good or bad thing.

For Amy, it’s neutral. I prefer it over neurodivergent because the word special needs is often seen as neutral while neurodivergent is seen as positive, I want people to seem the negative and positives in my needs because there are bad things with them and want those to be talked about.

And understand so many people hate words special needs because said instead of disability or disabled, which is problem, but is also problem to say my needs aren’t special and that I am horrible person to want to say special needs.

Digital art of a happy yellow canary, against a purple background. The bird has purple hearts around their head. Purple and white text reads: 'Nonverbal people are not broken!'

People who are nonverbal are not broken! Nonverbal people deserve to be taken seriously, respected, and included!
