[ID: A chart captioned, “Sad and queer? Look on the bright side!” The chart is divided into two columns: “instead of (x)”, “say (y)”. The “instead of” column gives the examples, “I’m clinically depressed. My tiny hometown is a hell hole. I am full of existential terror. My friends are all moving on but I’m not and I’m terrified I’ll be here forever. I have one million mental illness and a genetic predisposition to addiction, which is a bad combination.” In response to all of this, the right column says to say, “This would make a great folk punk song.” End ID.]
(thanks to @vernalloy for the ID <3)
What if they secretly hate me and are forced to hangout with me just so I don’t kms
I've listened to almost nothing but this one album for the past few weeks and was about to explode if I didn't post about it, so this is actually wonderfully timed.
"The Normal Album" by Will Wood I highly recommend. It makes me feel understood in a way I didn't know was possible and now I need to listen to every other thing that euphoric psychotic cross dresser ever put out because he's wonderful and makes me want to eat glass 😶
Anyways.

I feel this so much. I have traumatic memories attached to, of all things, Perfect by Ed Sheeran. Yes, you read that right, ED FUCKING SHEERAN.
I hate that songs will have memories attached to them so you can't listen to them anymore without crying. Most of the time it will be a sad song right? Well I didn't get lucky with that
WHY DO I WANT TO CRY AT THIS.
LIKE WTF DO YOU MEAN THE DAMN TUMBLING PADDIES
