DAY 12!!!!!
before i started being forced to ‘follow’ a meal plan id usually only eat stuff like rice cakes, egg whites, ramen (half the pack tho), tuna, shrimp, chicken breast, protein yogurt, fibre one bars (i switched to fibre now which is an off brand kinda bar but with EVEN LESS cals and MORE FIBRE) and fruits. stereotypical 4na stuff tbh😭
also the usual diet coke/zero, diet pepsi and diet dr pepper lol
but i also had recently started eating sweets like maoam pinballs and stuff cuz for some reason i don’t binge on sugary sweets??? like im cool w taking 2 skittles and not having any for the next few days😭 it’s pretty weird. like i have lots of left over sweets in portioned out bags thatve just been sitting in my wardrobe and i js don’t ever feel the need to eat them. ironic cuz at my hw i’d binge on bags of those same sweets almost everyday lmao
rn i’m still able to eat some of my usual foods

Just did a huge food shop and got so many protein yogurts, low cal fibre bars, diet coke, veggies, fruits and 1CAL SPRAY OIL IM SO EXCITEDDD
finally got a food scale too so that's genuinely made my week
LISTEN! If you want to snack at night time, REMEMBER that food is a source of energy, you don't need energy to sleep, GO TO SLEEP! don't snack, tomorrow is another day, you will be skinny!

But I haven't weighed myself in a while nor have I updated my bio and somehow I'm 184 lbs... Idk if that's accurate but if it is I genuinely feel odd. Like woah. Why do I still feel so fat though.

I don't really follow d1ets but I like the thing where you give yourself points. So a fast gets 10 points Less than 300 gets 9 500 gets 8 600 7 700 6 800 5 900 4 1000 3 1100 gets 2 and 1200 gets 1 and then anything over 1200 gets 0 points plus has to be followed by a 36 hour fast. So for example today I get 6 points because I ate 800 c4ls. And at the end of the week I get to spend my points. So if I get 15 points I can do my nails. Bur if I end the week with 70 points then I get to buy something. And then at the end of the month if I have at least 200 points then I get to buy something from my wishlist!
