You Know I Kind Of Just Realized That I've Never Got Flowers Before. Maybe It's Cause I'm A Dude, Or
You know I kind of just realized that I've never got flowers before. Maybe it's cause I'm a dude, or cause I'm just a lonely bastard lol.

People when I slouch:
"you seem shorter than normal! Are you tired or something? You do know slouching isn't masculine right??"
People when I try to force my posture to be "better":
"wow you're really stiff! Am I making you uncomfortable? You should really relax more!"
I always find it funny as shit when a transphobe says
"nobody cares about your pronouns!"/"I hate pronouns!"
without taking into account that both "your" and "I" are pronouns.
hey it's feb 14. Love is in the air. So I turned some of the aspec flags into plague doctors.

because is love in the air? No. Miasma.

here's my tribute to the aspec community, to make this day a bit bearable, I guess. :))

As an aroace, I think it's really important that we focus on aroallos for Arotines Day. Valentine's Day is a day for romance, and sex without romantic attraction is often shamed and doesn't get as much positive attention as opting out of both (aroallos and aroaces are both stigmatised in society, but I definitely think there's a lot more acceptance and conversations for aroaces than aroallos). Sex and romance get so intertwined that today I think we should be uplifting the people who have non-romantic sexual feelings and have had to deal with so much shit for it, we should be raising them and their perspectives. Aromanticism does not equate to asexuality, asexuality does not equate to aromanticism, so to fight back on the day of love, we should be lifting aromantic people. And I understand that a lot of alloaces will have unique relationships to romance and Valentine's day, but in the aromantic tag it's everywhere, talking about hijacking Valentines "for the aroaces" and "aroace day" and posts tagged with aroace, aro and ace, but rarely aroallo. There's been so many calls to get "aromantic, aroace and asexual" trending, and it just doesn't sit right.
I haven't mentioned people who are just aro in this ramble, but I think they're facing similar levels of erasure.
Sorry if this was badly-worded, and I'm not trying to shame any fellow asexuals for celebrating Arotines day the way we want to, I just think that aroallos are being overlooked by the aroace and asexual community.
