— i've been so anxious lately. there is a hard situation in my life atm. but everyday i wake up, and that means that God is with me. i love seeing the sun shining for me and the birds singing to His glory! Jesus, the Love of my life, hasn't given up on me! He's been through worse pain than me, so why would i be scared? He gives me strength to fight. i am His, and He is my Lord. this fragment really reassures me. remember, Jesus loves you and He is happy to wake you up every morning to show you the beauty of small things. amen<3 (sorry, this is more of a personal rant, but i hope it helps!)

This video helped with communication 🗣️ We don’t really have amnesia it’s more a emotional amnesia so if that Part isn’t Fronting how they feel about this specific thing I don’t remember it so with that this helps also putting into all on one spot
