7/17/2024 Recently started seeing a different consultant that knows about Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) & Otherwise Dissociative Disorder (OSDD-1) and really opening up via message but on call š weāre dealing first with Day to Dayāļø stuff thatās distressing but Iām making connecting in the system I never did before and writing āš» Journaling š more and accepting different Parts even if We have different views on things and that itās ok āļø āŗļø :)
