What is the saddest thing that happened to you?

For me, I missed the steam engine that it displayed in the middle of the in our country because I was sleeping in the car 😢

I'm ashamed to come out begging again. But I've been cut off from any possibility to continue seeing a therapist or psychiatrist at this point. I try not to reveal nothing too personal, but I do live in a very controlling household and struggle mentally a lot so therapy is something really important. If anyone is interested or knows someone who is, my commissions are open. I'm willing to offer discounts. I'm desperate at this point

YAAASSSS!!!!!

Finally! After 3 years! I've finally finished writing the Adventure Begins! It's done! YAAASSS! Phew... I just have to proofread it and then it'll be posted up to here and A03, afterward I might give a little behind the scenes to its production. But then that means next will be Hiro of the Rails! Can't wait for that one!

Next, Zeb!

Zeb's necklace was a gift from Sunshine as a welcome to the fleet, he holds it very dear to him.

Because Zeb made the majority of the former zeds new star uniforms as well as some upgrades for the others, Zeb's own new uniform is a little lackluster. He loves it though, claiming he's never liked formal wear anyhow. (Which surprised the others considering how well he makes them.)

Zeb didn't bother making new pants for his uniform, he wears his old zed uniform pants since they still keep to colors on the star fleet.

Zeb's started to grow his hair out, saying he missed being able to style it when he was younger.

Zeb's still having trouble of letting go of old habits, he's made hidden pockets on the inside of his shirt. When he realised what he did after the shirt was finished the others saw him facepalm seemingly for no reason.

Awe man!

If I'd known they were selling engine plushies I would've stopped in to see Harry, agh!

Aw, oh well, always next time. On the bright side though, I got a new shirt from the shop, and I got to blow a steam whistle! Next time though I'm going to bring ear muffs, nearly had a panic attack hearing an engine whistle that big that close for the first time.

SteamRail Open Day 2024

Absolutely awesome. A titanic display of steam power if there ever was one!

It’s not every day you get to meet a steam locomotive…

SteamRail do these every couple of years and this is easily one of the best steam events I have ever been to, even without an international guest like Flying Scotsman.

The highlight of the day? Getting to blow one of my favourite engine’s whistles, specifically VR A2 986’s whistle (the basis for my OC Pluto!), which isn’t that loud in the cab… and chirpier than I expected from an old engine.

A visit to Newport Sheds would not have been complete without a visit to see Heavy Harry… (admission to the Railway Museum was free!)

… and swag to take home.

Absolutely brilliant effort from SteamRail even with the terrible wasting heat of the day. The air conditioned coaches hooked up to the diesels were an absolute lifesaver.

All in all, it was a great day!
