okay so yall, I wanna start taking care of my body more physically. With eating, and exercise. I made some goals for what I want or wanna improve on and I just wanna maintain my physical health, become more flexible and have better endurance.
so, when I looked at my goals and what I want, I decided on walking/running for health, endurance, yoga for flexibility and Pilates.
for now im gonna stick to running, but I wanna push myself out of my comfort zone and start to do yoga and Pilates so I’m happy
However, I tried to day (Pilates) and it didn’t go over the best so that kinda sucks 😭
however I think yogas gonna be a lot more in my lane of what I like so I’m excited.
the realization that manifesting is super easy so there’s no point in stressing over it>>>>>>
don’t say anything. Just detach.
detachment = less negativity, and a objective mindset.
detachment: the state of being objective or aloof. When on a self development journey, one of the main goals is to remove negativity from your life, which, is pretty obvious and important.
negativity can cause a bad mindset, and interfere with your goals. So to get rid of negativity, you have to take it out of your life. But, it can be hard when your surrounded by negativity. Especially when it comes in the form of people.
being surrounded by negative people is down right bad. They can inject thoughts into your head that aren’t true. The key to getting rid of this negativity your surrounded by is detaching yourself so you can keep your own positive energy in your own world, and focus on yourself.
focusing on yourself and detaching is the key to being objective, not influenced by personal feelings or opinions in considering and representing facts.
To get rid of negative, and to focus on yourself and only yourself
you need to detach.

🧘♀️ personal tips
start slow! i say this in all of my workout posts when i give advice, but i promise it is important. pushing yourself too far in the beginning will only injure you, so don’t be afraid to take it easy at first.
don’t judge yourself. it’s much easier said than done when you see people who have been practicing for years and seem like they can do everything, but everyone has things that they struggle with. i’ve been practicing yoga consistently for 5 years now and there are still things that i struggle with, so don’t be too hard on yourself.
going alone with the tip above, have a sense of humor about your journey. if you fall, it’s perfectly fine. it happens to the best of us! as long as you stay safe and get back up and keep trying, you’re doing great.
switch it up! as mentioned above, there are many types of yoga, and the ones i named are just a few. don’t be afraid to try different types! i used to hate yin because i found it even harder than the more flow-y sequences, but now it’s one of my favorites. it’s always good to get some variety in your practice and you may end up loving something you thought you would hate!
