bro i'm an alloromantic and allosexual(i'm pan and polyam btw) but even though i feel romantic attraction and sexual attraction pretty often and i also feel other types of attraction intertwined with these, sometimes i also just feel tertiary attractions alone(hope this makes sense) and i hate when other allos don't understand what i mean when i say that for example i only feel queerplatonic attraction for someone or when i say that i feel sensual and aesthetic attraction for someone or even when i say that i want other types of relationships rather than romantic relationships with people. like bro wtf just educate your-fucking-self! (a lil edit cause i forgot to add this) I FUCKING HATE HOW AMATONORMATIVITY AND MONONORMATIVITY AFFECT ME LIKE BRUH LEAVE ME ALONE!!

as an allo myself, i do understand it cause i'm polyam and amatonormativity always comes along with mononormativity. so people will judge me for having more than one relationship at the same time with the consent of everyone involved. also i very often feel tertiary attraction and i also give it a lot of attention cause i hate amatonormativity and for me all types of attraction are as important as romantic attraction. so allos will also not understand why i am in a qpr with someone, or why i'm fwb with someone and stuff cause they're always looking for romantic relationships and i don't. i guess i'm a different type of allo 😅. and i often engage with aspec communities even though i'm an allo cause i relate to some of your issues and i find y'all so cool!

saw a few posts of people who recently discovered they’re aspec and having a lot of painful feelings about it ☹️ most allos don’t realize just how BADLY amatanormativity affects us and how much it ingrains that shame
