Spanish broom, rush broom, or weaver's broom (lat. Spartium junceum).

A fast-growing shrub. The flowers are used to produce essential oil. Long stems are used to produce strong fiber, from which coarse fabrics, fishing nets and ropes are made.

The whole plant is poisonous, but its seeds are especially dangerous, be careful and take care of yourself.
