Adult. Not a safe space for TERFs, the labrys flag is not your hate symbol by the way. I use this blog for whatever I want, mostly screaming into the void and uplifting obscure queer identities. Warframe and Sonic content likely. Scary transandrophobia truther. More in pinned. Yo, We Do That! On Discord We Have Our Own Plural Kit Profiles, As Well As A "multiple People Said This"
Yo, we do that! On discord we have our own plural kit profiles, as well as a "multiple people said this" profile and a "no clue who said this" profile. We used to try to figure out who said what all the time, but it's so much easier and less stressful to not do so.
we've made a discovery about ourselves recently and I just wanted to make a public post about it in case a fellow p-did system could find it useful. or even other systems!
tl;dr is in bold, but context of the whole post is also necessary
The thing with being a Partial DID system, is that there is, most likely, only one frontier and others are only able to take control of the body while the host is still fully conscious. at least that's the case for us. And training ourselves to be like other systems with distinct switching is a Long and Frustrating effort
we think a lot about the "influence on host" part of it all, and I think we came up with an alternative that works for us. 100% we're not the first and won't be the last to come up with this, but of anyone finds this Helpful it's worth talking about it
the long and short of it is: if you as a system struggle with letting others front, but find yourselves doing/saying some things in unison with no clear distinction of who takes "credit" for the action, this might be a good alternative to being fully in front.
we call this blending, speaking in unison, or speaking in legion! what happens to us is that, me and someone who fronts mix together on a conscious level (while still being two distinct alters, we're not blurring or fusing exactly). and just allow ourselves to do something at the exact same time without figuring out Who exactly thought of this first
it's kind of a very uneven mix. we can tell when someone's speaking separately too, so this Somehow doesn't make us doubt ourselves (so far). additionally it puts the weight off others shoulders when it comes to joining external conversations all on their own.
we think this might be a Very Good way of allowing others to take control and have a say in our collective life, and it might help other systems too

I am rad, thank ya for noticing!-Surge
The narcissist has been satiated/silly-Canis

haven’t read the comics but they are so rad
It sucks that there are so many anti endos in the traumagenic tag. Even though we've mostly distanced ourselves from the 'endo' origin term, it's still frustrating to see so much hostility towards others who happen to have different system experiences.
It's so much easier to just be chill about things like endogenic systems, I truly don't understand why someone would waste their time screaming about something they won't bother to understand.
Since the mob seems to be finding its way to tumblr, I would like to say some things about Hazbin Hotel:
Alastor is good black rep. First of all, he's biracial (Creole specifically) so chances are his skin wasn't the 'correct' shade of brown while alive either. Also he's fucking dead. Pale black people exist and we deserve representation, maybe if it was normalized to show a wider range of black people in media people wouldn't piss their pants when somebody looks more like me in a show.
Angel Dust is good survivor rep, and his story isn't fetish material. Survivors can be hypersexual as a result of their trauma, fuck off.
Removing a character's ethnic features that you label as antisemitic doesn't make you a savior.
Sure the cursing is excessive, but who cares? People curse in real life and maybe if you went outside you'd know that.
That is all. You're allowed to dislike a show but I swear people who dislike Viv's work make it their whole personalityđź’€
Not to downplay the positive message of this post with negativity, but that situation reminds me of how quickly otherkin and what have you are thrown under the bus by trans people, in order to uplift themselves. "Obviously nobody goes around thinking they're an animal, that's ridiculous! We trans people are supported by SCIENCE!' And while the latter statement about science is true it feels like further invalidation of nonhuman identities. I get the feeling of walking on eggshells around the trans people who say that kind of thing, because as a trans nonhuman entity I know part of my identity is a joke to even my fellow trans beings. It's really sad.
I had a coworker laugh today and say; "We can't line them up boy girl because what if one of them is non-binary or identifies as a wolf?"
This was a joke to her. A mockery of the very idea of being either of those things. She did not say this in the spirit of progression.
I had to sit there, both non-binary and non/alterhuman, realising that to this woman both of those things are linked. Not just linked, but identically ridiculous and worthy of mockery. Otherwise, why start laughing at the suggestion? Why would she and the person next to her be chuckling hard enough to go red? What was funny about the statement, other than the implied stupidity of the identities? Nobody else laughed, and the subject was quickly moved on and taken more seriously. Because yes actually, the person who brought it up had in fact at her last school stopped lining kids up boy-girl because it was pointlessly gendered and didn't always solve the 'messing about in the line' issue just because two kids of the 'same gender' were next to each other.
Anyway my point is, when people like this and many more like it already link queerness especially transness with non/alterhumanity in a negative way, I don't think we should be shy about doing it but in a positive way too. Let's reclaim this link between identities by promoting the beauty and validity of both of them.
Hello Ladies and gentlemen it has come to my attention that people are pushing others in my source fandom to suicide over who ships what! How crazy is that?! I have news for you all. Real human LIVING people should matter more than your silly little shipcourse!!!
Who cares who is shipped with who? Honestly if you can't let others be over a ship may I suggest something for you!? Therapy perhaps?!!!
As an Alastor fictive who is dating both a Husk and an Angeldust fictive I am disgustingly appalled at you people. You lot that support this make typical sinners in hell look like cherubs!! Get over yourselves! Pushing people to suicide over a damn ship is shameful and disgusting. Anyone who partook in that harassment I hope you get what is due to you... You are the worse kind of scum on this godforsaken world.
Clean up your damn act and just use that lovely little BLOCK button as it is intended if you don't like something or someone. It is infact that fucking simple.
