I've been struggling with an €d since my whole life basically but really got into it in 2023. Ive been mostly @nor3x14 , but struggled with mia too during my early €d.
some things ive experiences during my journey:
so much hairloss, i am starting to bald a bit. (if anyone has tips)
my dark circles have gotten worse
little to no energy, sleeping for 13-14 hours a day
i binge less the more i fast
body dysmorphia has only gotten worse

my f@sting tips
So I know a lot of ppl have trouble restricting, but these my tips.
(This is not completely foolproof, I do binge at times. Significantly less now, though.)
firstly -- drink SO MUCH water
Drink so much water, and leave no room for anything else. you will not feel hungry if you do this.
Try to keep your mouth occupied (0 sugar gum, lollipop, etc) to trick your brain
Keep your self occupied, do things you like to do, or even just sleep, so you dont constantly think of food.
dont over do your fasts, this will lead to binging.
If at a social gathering -- use an excuse like nausea, stomach bug, or just say its religious/cultural (this one will only work for some, I also dont reccomend this one)
Lastly, keep yourself motivated, watch videos, look at inspo, interact with others who will encourage you.
