Alpha And Omega - Tumblr Posts
My sister forced me to watch this movie lolol 😭

I suffer from a very specific type of brainrot
sneak peek
no one asked but i thought i might post a little preview of my next story. it’s a bit of a whopper, around 10k words, but it’s a fun one i think. it’s an a/b/o au which i know isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but i will say i write my ‘verse a little different. it’s mostly a dom/sub au but with, like, heats and scent marking and stuff.
also it’s alpha!reader and omega!bucky ;)
sneak peek:
“Y’know,” Bucky said, speaking so rough it sounded like he had swallowed a cup of gravel, “You could’ve bought me dinner first, sweetheart.”
His whole body was tense, pulled taut like a quivering bowstring. He wanted to snap. He wanted release. You could smell it, could see it in the way he looked at you. In the way he curled his hands over the lip of the counter, the pressure he put there. It cracked beneath his metal fist. When he tried to look down, you grabbed his chin and redirected his gaze to you.
“Here’s how this is gonna work,” you said, and your voice, completely overrun with alpha inflections, made his pupils dilate, “You can keep up your little tough guy charade. I know you’re oh-so big and strong and scary, but you don’t intimidate me, sweetheart. And you can do whatever you like to fight instinct, fight me, and you might win. For a moment. But—”
He released a deep breath as you ran your hand down his chest, admiring the hard planes of his body, down his stomach, to the waistband of his sweats—
“But,” you repeated, licking your own lips, “I’m gonna have you. My perfect omega. When you’re ready for me. And you will be ready for me. That’s how this is gonna end. So you can decide how we get there. Easy way. Or—” You dipped your hand into his sweats— “Hard way.”
You only meant to tease him but, god, he was hard. Hard as a fucking rock.
“Jesus,” you muttered, squeezing him gently, “You want it bad, huh?”
He actually whimpered. A pretty little omega whine of submission. With its expulsion came every other phony toxic in his body. He went soft everywhere but in your hand, his cock still hot and rigid as you rubbed him through his boxers. He curled around you, put his face on your shoulder, touched his hands to your back.
“Good choice,” you whispered, nestling your nose in the crease of his neck and shoulder. You licked over his sensitive scent spot and swore his dick jumped. “Hmm, that feel good?”
You doubted anyone would believe you, but Bucky Barnes basically mewled like a kitten into your neck, nodding.

Inspired by Engaged to the Unidentified and Twilight, I present a new omegaverse idea I have. I think I have a problem.
The male protagonist is a rich boy living his typical, spoiled life at his private academy. He has a good set of friends, good grades, and is an Alpha. He could be considered the most popular boy at school.
One day, his life turns into a mess when the fiancée he didn’t know he had transfers and clings to him. He had never see that woman in his life and she’s an Alpha too!
In this society, the most common mates are Omega x Alpha and Beta x Beta. It is very traditional.
She comes from the far countryside but is pretty rich as seen when she flaunts her diamond earrings and pearl jewelry. She probably comes from old money.
She decides to stay with the protagonist and come disrupt his peaceful life. He is not happy with it, but tolerates it as she’s obviously the more powerful one between the two. She has more money than what his family even has, super athletics, and has a top alpha demeanor.
He starts to realize she’s even more strange. She barely eats any vegetables, she’s a very physical fighter, and has strange traditions like wanting to do pack bathing.
Later on in their friendship, he finds out she’s a werewolf and is part of the clan that started the omegaverse!

Ok but Them with Omegaverse elements in it. I have my own take on A/B/O and let's just put them in it.
Takao is a beta and is definitely insecure about that. His chances at love are pathetic despite how amazing his kendo skills are. People always look at him pitifully since he is just a beta.
Kai is an omega and will never fit into the stereotype despite what his grandfather wants. His grandfather been training him since he was young and makes sure his son is the most beautiful candidate in the world. Kai doesn't care about his looks or love. He just wants to be free from his grandpa and see more than just his room.
Max is an alpha and doesn't really show it. His parents never raised him to be conscious about himself, but everyone always praises him for being an alpha. He never grew as tall as the other alphas nor as strong, disappointing a lot of people. He decides to withhold a lot of information and try to look as androgynous as possible, which is his biggest appeal.
Rei is also an alpha and hates that side of himself. Most villagers look down on him and many other alphas are mad at his beauty. His childhood friends always had to protect him. He wishes to fight his own battles and does not want his friends to get hurt because of him anymore.
My favorite type of messed up hierarchy. Male Alphas are on top but the others are beneath it. That is the standard but other societies have other types of hierarchies (along what is the perfect couple). Also depending on the time period, standards can change.
In Japan, that is their standard. Their perfect couple is a male alpha with a female omega.
In America, Both Female and Male Alphas are on top, Betas are in the middle, and Omegas are on the bottom. Their ideal couple is an alpha with a beta. They are trying to make changes to put everyone equal, but that is still in progress.
In China (specifically Rei's village), their hierarchy is in reverse of Japan (this is not based on actual traditions and more for variety). Female Omegas are on top of the hierarchy, Betas are in the middle, and Alphas on bottom. Their ideal couple is a female omega with a beta. (this is based on ranma 1/2)
In Russia, their hierarchy is similar to Japan's. Alphas and Omegas share the top tier while Betas are below them. Their ideal couple is an alpha with an omega.
Along with A/B/O, they all share a practice of a mating chase. (idk the actual name of this so im making it up rn) It is where all people partake in a survival game to find their "true mate" and to keep the populations at an "even number." Everyone must participate in it yearly once they are 18 and can't stop until they are bound to someone. (inspired by the hunger games)
Only people who come out the Mating Chase alive are recognized as a true couple. Any other relationship will never be true love in the eyes of society and look down upon.
The whole group meets in the survival game. Their countries often do an international survival game on top of the national and city ones. With their limited Japanese, they fight together to survive and end this ritual.
In the end, they were not successful and instead chose to survive by bonding with one another. Takao and Kai become "fated mates" while Max and Rei become the "pair that defied all odds." They all become a pack.
No, I will not write about their sex lives because I am not that type of writer nor am I comfortable with that right now.

I just had the idea to go into detail about the Omegaverse dynamics of the characters.
Takao is a Beta.
Kai is an Omega.
Rei and Max are Alphas.
The most important part of A/B/O is scents and the use of them. Sometimes scent blockers are normal, sometimes not.
Kai and Max choose to use scent blockers. Max mask his scent with a pad and choker while Kai chooses injections (which double as suppressants).
Omegas smell like desserts or sweets, Alphas have nature scents, and Betas have 1 scent overall that is an object or something unlike the other two. (idea taken from genelpan).
Kai smells like strawberry shortcakes, Takao smells like wood stain/gloss, Max smells like morning dew, and Rei smells like burnt basil. (I tried to be a little different with these)
Packs come in different shapes and sizes. Code rules differ from country to country, but it is very sacred everywhere. Sometimes budding romance is allowed. Some do not include betas. Some never are able to form a pack because of how rare it is.
In Japan, all the dynamics and genders can become a pack. Usually their pack leader is a male alpha, nicknamed the head alpha. The perfect pack is an alpha, 2 or more betas, and 1 or more omegas. There can be more alphas but it would have to be female because they are "more submissive" and less likely to challenge the pack leader.
In America, all dynamics and genders can become a pack. Their pack leader is usually an alpha too (of any gender). Never more than 1 alpha ever (though they are trying to change that). If there are more than 1 alpha, there should be another beta to keep them in line (calm them, keep the energy netural, etc). Omegas are seen as the weakest and hardly participate in packs.
In China, packs apply only to family. The pack leader is usually a beta to keep neutrality between the two other dynamics and think "more rationally." Pack leader is more of a name and is hardly ever respected.
In Russia, packs only apply to family too. They have 2 pack leaders, the head alpha and head omega who are mates. If the pack leader does not have a mate, there is only 1 leader.
Kai is very unused to pack dynamics as his family banned them other than people who are family (or as close as family can get). When he forms a pack with the 4, he does not like conceding to the pack's will at first or doing pack cuddles.
Takao is ecstatic about a pack. It is something that he hopes for as his peers got them early on. He tries his best to strengthen the bond between them with a lot of pack cuddles and nesting while everyone else is awkward about it.
Max is pretty neutral about it, but is delighted at how it's been going. He loves pack cuddles with Takao and tries to make it comfortable for everyone. He sometimes feel the need to protect Kai as the pack's omega, but seeing him overpower enemies quiets his alphan instincts.
Rei is the pack alpha and is very overprotective of the group, especially in the beginning. He tends to be very passive and hardly ever uses his alpha voice (i forgot the name) over them. He often feels challenged a lot with everyone's louder personalities, but they do respect him as their pack leader. When he dates Max, they choose to only have 1 pack leader.
I cannot write or think anymore, i'm getting tired.

God is Called by a Gentile Name
By Award-Winning Author Eli Kittim
——-
This paper is partially excerpted from a section by the same name in chapter 6 of my book, “The Little Book of Revelation.” In hindsight, we all know that the Biblical God is said to enlighten the world through progressive revelations (e.g. from the Old Testament [OT] to the New Testament [NT]). This fundamentally implies that the *meaning* of the name of God (YHWH) was originally incomprehensible until the arrival of the NT.
——-
The Greek NT: A Clue to the Meaning of the Divine Name
——-
Why was the NT written in Greek? Why are there more epistles written to Greek communities than any other? Why are most NT books written in Greece? Why do the NT authors quote predominantly from the Greek OT? Why doesn’t Jesus *reveal* the divine “I AM” as the aleph and the Tav in the language of the Hebrews?
Is it because the name of God has something to do with the Greek NT? Surprisingly, the answer is yes!
——-
YHWH: I AM THAT I AM
——-
God did not fully reveal himself to Moses (Exod. 3.14) except as “I Am that I Am.” The full revelation came later with Jesus. This expression is conventionally rendered as “Yahweh,” which is construed as “Lord.” But since there’s nothing akin to the letter “w” in the Hebrew alphabet, the variant “Yahveh”——pronounced as yah-va——may be furnished instead. Among the orthodox sects of the Judaic tradition, the religious adherents are strictly forbidden from vocalizing or even pronouncing the divine name. Even the Tetragrammaton “YHVH” is not allowed to be uttered. Hebrew was originally a consonantal language. Vowels and cantillation marks were added to the Bible by the Masoretes between the 7th and 10th centuries ce. Therefore, to call God Yahweh is a rough approximation. We don’t really know the actual name or what it signifies. But through Biblical and linguistic studies we can propose a scholarly theory.
——-
The Divine “I AM” Is Revealed in the NT as “ALPHA & OMEGA”
——-
Since the Divine “name” (i.e. the divine “I AM”) was ultimately revealed in the NT through the first and last letters of the Greek writing system (“I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end” Rev. 22.13), then it must therefore be known by a Gentile name. The Alpha and the Omega constitute “the beginning and the end” of the Greek alphabet. In other words, the Demiurge (Heb. 1.2) explicitly identifies himself with the language of the Greeks. No wonder why the NT was written in Greek and not in Hebrew. That’s precisely why we are told “how God First concerned Himself about taking from among the Gentiles a people for his name” (Acts 15.14):
“And with this the words of the Prophets agree, just as it is written, . . . ‘THE GENTILES WHO ARE CALLED BY MY NAME’ “ (Acts 15.15-17).
What a groundbreaking statement that is! This quote affords crystal clear evidence that the Deity’s name is not derived from Hebraic but rather Gentile sources. The Tanach (Hebrew Bible) states an identical motif:
“All the Gentiles. . . are called by My name” (Amos 9.12).
God explicitly identifies himself with the language of the Greeks: “ ‘I am the Alpha and the Omega,’ says the Lord God” (Rev. 1.8), and immediately thereafter this *Greek-theme* carries forward into the next verse in which John the Revelator is on *Greek* soil, “on the island called Patmos BECAUSE of the word of God and the testimony of Jesus” (Rev. 1.9 emphasis added). Hence why the NT is written in *Greek,* to reflect the Greek Jesus (Ιησούς). By the way, God is never called Yahweh in the NT: he’s called Lord (kurios). Similarly, Jesus is never called Yehoshua or Yeshua, as the Christian Hebrew Roots movement would have us believe!
——-
The Semantic Implications of Yahva: Phonetic and Grammatical Considerations
——-
If my theory is correct, we must find indications of a Greek linguistic element within the original name of God (i.e. “Yahva”) as it was previously disclosed to Moses. Indeed we do! In the Hebrew language, the term “Yavan” represents the Greeks (Josephus “Antiquities” I, 6). So, it’s not difficult to see how the phonetic and grammatical mystery of God’s name——Yahveh, pronounced as Yah-va——can clearly be solved by attributing its derivation to the Hebrew term “Ya-van,” which refers to the Greeks. Upon further inspection, the Hebrew names for both God and Greece (Yahva/Yavan) are virtually indistinguishable from one another, both grammatically and phonetically! Hence why it may have been kept as a secret and untranslatable under the consonantal name of God (“YV”), which, with the addition of vowels, not only points to “YaVan,” the Hebrew name for Greece, but also anticipates the arrival of the Greek NT!
There’s further evidence for a connection between the Greek & Hebrew names of God. In a few rare Septuagint manuscripts, the Tetragrammaton is actually translated as “IAO” (aka Greek Trigrammaton). That is to say, the divine name Yahva is rendered into Koine Greek as Ιαω (see e.g. Lev. 4.27 of Septuagint [LXX] manuscript 4Q120). This fragment is derived from the Dead Sea Scrolls, found at Qumran, and dated to the 1st century bce. Interestingly enough, the name IAO seemingly represents the Ancient Greeks (aka IAONIANS), the earliest literary records of whom are found in Homer (Gk. Ἰάονες; iāones) and also in the work of Hesiod (Gk. Ἰάων; iāōn). Nearly all Bible scholars concur that the Hebrew name Yavan represents the Iaonians; that is, Yavan is Ion (Ionia i.e. “Greece”). Further independent attestations come from the Patristic writings on the Tetragrammaton. According to the Catholic Encyclopedia (1910) & B.D. Eerdmans: Diodorus Siculus (1st century BCE) refers to the name of God by writing Ἰαῶ (Iao); Irenaeus (d. c. 202) reports that the Valentinians use Ἰαῶ (Iao); Origen of Alexandria (d. c. 254) employs Ἰαώ (Iao). Theodoret of Cyrus (393 – c. 458) writes Ἰαώ (Iao); he also reports that the Samaritans say Ἰαβέ or Ἰαβαί (both pronounced at that time */ja'vε/). Hence the secret name of God in both the Septuagint & the Hebrew Bible seemingly represents Greece!
——-
Conclusion: The NT Ascribes the Name of God to Greek Sources
——-
The final revelation of the name of God is made known in the NT (Ἐγώ εἰμι τὸ Ἄλφα καὶ τὸ Ὦ), and it clearly points to Greek sources. In hindsight, we can trace this Greek name back to the Divine “I am” in Exodus 3.14, as I have shown.

The Bible Says That The Messiah Will Not Come From Israel
Eli Kittim
Isaiah Declares That The Messiah Will NOT Come From Israel
In Isaiah 46:11 (KJV), God says: I will bring from a far country the Messiah who will execute my counsel (cf. Matt. 28:18; 1 Cor. 15:24-25):
Calling … the man that executeth my
counsel from a far country: yea, I have
spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have
purposed it, I will also do it.
For further biblical evidence concerning a Gentile Messiah, see the following paper: ⬇️
The Masoretic Text (Old Testament)
In Isaiah 46:11, the Hebrew word מֵאֶ֥רֶץ (mê·’e·reṣ) means “from the land” or “country,” while the word מֶרְחָ֖ק (mer·ḥāq) means “distant place” or “from afar.” Together they mean “from a distant place,” “from afar,” or “from a distant country.” Since God is speaking to the Israelites, it is obvious that the Messiah he has appointed to execute his counsel WILL NOT come from Palestine!
Isaiah 46:9-11 reads:
I am God, and there is none like me,
Declaring the end from the beginning, and
from ancient times the things that are not
yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand,
and I will do all my pleasure: Calling … the
man that executeth my counsel from a far
country: yea, I have spoken it, I will also
bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also
do it.
The Greek Old Testament (Septuagint)
This is also recorded in the Greek Old Testament of Isaiah 46:9-11. The LXX uses the word αὐτόν (autón)——which is the accusative masculine singular form of αυτός, meaning “him”——to describe the “man” who will be called “from a land afar off” to execute both God’s counsel and plans! The key word here is πόρρωθεν, which means “from a distance” or “from afar” (see Lk. 17:12; Heb. 11:13). It means that this messianic figure will come from a distant country. He is obviously not a native Israelite! Similarly, in Matt. 21:43, the literary Jesus promised that the kingdom of God will be taken away from the Jews and given to another nation. What is more, the covenant of the seed (in Genesis 12) is a reference to Christ. That is to say, the covenant is through Abraham’s seed, who **is** Christ (see Gal. 3:16). That’s why Isaiah 61:9 says that the Gentiles are the blessed posterity of God (through the messianic seed):
And their seed shall be known among the
Gentiles, and their offspring among the
people: all that see them shall acknowledge
them, that they are the [Messianic] seed
which the LORD hath blessed.
For further proof of a Greek Messianic line, see the following article: ⬇️
God is Called by a Gentile Name

Conclusion
Why is the New Testament written in Greek? It’s not because it was the lingua franca. If that was the case, we would expect the Dead Sea Scrolls to be written predominantly in Greek. Yet they were written in Hebrew for the most part. No! It has to do with the identity of the Messiah! Why does the literary Christ call himself the alpha and the omega (referring to the first and last letters of the Greek alphabet)? Why is John on the Greek island of Patmos to proclaim the testimony of Jesus on the Lord’s day? It isn’t because he is in exile. That’s an old wive’s tale… There is much much more that I obviously cannot reproduce, here, due to time constraints.
‘all the Gentiles … are called by My name,’
Says the LORD (Amos 9:12 NKJV).

The Bible Attributes the Hidden Name of God to Greece
Eli kittim
The Greek New Testament Unlocks the Meaning of God’s Name
The meaning of God’s name (YHVH) was originally incoherent and indecipherable until the appearance of the Greek New Testament. In Isaiah 46:11, God says that he will call the Messiah “from a distant country” (cf. Matt. 28:18; 1 Cor. 15:24-25). Similarly, in Matt. 21:43, Jesus promised that the kingdom of God will be taken away from the Jews and given to another nation. That’s why Isaiah 61:9 says that the Gentiles will be the blessed posterity of God (through the messianic seed). Paul also says categorically and unequivocally, “It is not the children of the flesh [the Jews] … but the children of the promise [who] are regarded as descendants [of Israel]” (Rom. 9:6-8).
These passages demonstrate why the New Testament was not written in Hebrew but in Greek. In fact, most of the New Testament books were composed in Greece. The New Testament was written exclusively in Greek, and most of the epistles address Greek communities. Not to mention that the New Testament authors used the Greek Old Testament as their Inspired text and copied extensively from it. That’s also why Christ attributed the divine I AM to the Greek language (alpha and omega). Now why did all this happen? Was it a mere coincidence or an accident, or is it because God’s name is somehow associated with Greece? Let’s explore this question further.
YHVH (I AM)
Initially, God did not disclose the meaning of his name to Moses (Exod. 3:14), but only the status of his ontological being: “I Am.” The four-letter Hebrew theonym יהוה (transliterated as YHVH) is the name of God in the Hebrew Bible, and it’s pronounced as yahva. In Judaism, this name is forbidden from being vocalized or even pronounced.
Hebrew was a consonantal language. Vowels and cantillation marks were devised much later by the Masoretes between the 7th and 10th centuries AD. Thus, to call the divine name Yahva is a rough approximation. We really don’t know how to properly pronounce the name or what it actually means. But, through linguistic and biblical research, we can propose a scholarly hypothesis.
God Explicitly Identifies Himself with the Language of the Greeks
Since God’s name (the divine “I AM”) was revealed in the New Testament vis-à-vis the first and last letters of the Greek writing system (“I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end” Rev. 22:13), then it necessarily must reflect a Greek name. The letters Alpha and Omega constitute “the beginning and the end” of the Greek alphabet. Put differently, the creator of the universe (Heb. 1:2) explicitly identifies himself with the language of the Greeks! That explains why the New Testament was written in Greek rather than Hebrew. That’s also why we are told “how God First concerned Himself about taking from among the Gentiles a people for his name” (Acts 15:14):
“And with this the words of the Prophets agree, just as it is written, … ‘THE GENTILES WHO ARE CALLED BY MY NAME’ “ (Acts 15:15-17).
This is a groundbreaking statement because it demonstrates that God’s name is not derived from Hebraic but rather Gentile sources. The Hebrew Bible asserts the exact same thing:
“All the Gentiles… are called by My name” (Amos 9:12).
The New Testament clearly tells us that God identifies himself with the language of the Greeks: “ ‘I am the Alpha and the Omega,’ says the Lord God” (Rev. 1:8). In the following verse, John is “on the [Greek] island called Patmos BECAUSE of the word of God and the testimony of Jesus” (Rev. 1:9 italics mine). We thus begin to realize why the New Testament was written exclusively in Greek, namely, to reflect the Greek God: τοῦ μεγάλου θεοῦ καὶ σωτῆρος ἡμῶν ⸂Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ⸃ (Titus 2:13)! Incidentally, God is never once called Yahva in the Greek New Testament. Rather, he is called Lord (kurios). Similarly, Jesus is never once called Yeshua. He is called Ἰησοῦς, a name which both Cyril of Jerusalem (catechetical lectures 10.13) and Clement of Alexandria (Paedagogus, Book 3) considered to be derived from Greek sources.
Yahva: Semantic and Phonetic Implications
If my hypothesis is accurate, we must find evidence of a Greek linguistic element within the Hebrew name of God (i.e. Yahva) as it was originally revealed to Moses in Exod. 3:14. Indeed, we do! In the Hebrew language, the term “Yahvan” represents the Greeks (Josephus Antiquities I, 6). Therefore, it is not difficult to see how the phonetic and grammatical mystery of the Tetragrammaton (YHVH, commonly pronounced as Yahva) is related to the Hebrew term Yahvan, which refers to the Greeks. In fact, the Hebrew names for both God and Greece (Yahva/Yahvan) are virtually indistinguishable from one another, both grammatically and phonetically! The only difference is in the Nun Sophit (Final Nun), which stands for "Son of" (Hebrew ben). Thus, the Tetragrammaton plus the Final Nun (Yahva + n) can be interpreted as “Son of God.” This would explain why strict injunctions were given that the theonym must remain untranslatable under the consonantal name of God (YV). The Divine Name can only be deciphered with the addition of vowels, which not only point to “YahVan,” the Hebrew name for Greece, but also anticipate the arrival of the Greek New Testament!
There’s further evidence for a connection between the Greek and Hebrew names of God in the Dead Sea Scrolls. In a few Septuagint manuscripts, the Tetragrammaton (YHVH) is actually translated in Greek as ΙΑΩ “IAO” (aka Greek Trigrammaton). In other words, the theonym Yahva is translated into Koine Greek as Ιαω (see Lev. 4:27 LXX manuscript 4Q120). This fragment is dated to the 1st century BC. Astoundingly, the name ΙΑΩΝ is the name of Greece (aka Ἰάων/Ionians/IAONIANS), the earliest literary records of whom can be found in the works of Homer (Gk. Ἰάονες; iāones) and also in the writings of the Greek poet Hesiod (Gk. Ἰάων; iāōn). Bible scholars concur that the Hebrew name Yahvan represents the Iaonians; that is to say, Yahvan is Ion (aka Ionia, meaning “Greece”).
We find further evidence that the Tetragrammaton (YHVH) is translated as ΙΑΩ (IAO) in the writings of the church fathers. According to the Catholic Encyclopedia (1910) and B.D. Eerdmans, Diodorus Siculus refers to the name of God by writing Ἰαῶ (Iao). Irenaeus reports that the Valentinians use Ἰαῶ (Iao). Origen of Alexandria also employs Ἰαώ (Iao). Theodoret of Cyrus writes Ἰαώ (Iao) as well to refer to the name of God.
Summary
Therefore, the hidden name of God in the Septuagint, the New Testament, and the Hebrew Bible seemingly represents Greece! The ultimate revelation of God’s name is disclosed in the Greek New Testament by Jesus Christ who identifies himself with the language of the Greeks: Ἐγώ εἰμι τὸ Ἄλφα καὶ τὸ Ὦ (Rev. 1:8). In retrospect, we can trace this Greek name back to the Divine “I am” in Exodus 3:14!
