I’m a type one diabetic and i had a gnarly low blood sugar today that just wOULD NOT GO UP so that’s how that went :/
I work tomorrow so i know r3striction won’t be difficult but let’s hope my blood sugar doesn’t go low again ❤️🩹
My grandparents are visiting us next weekend and i estimate that i’ll be down by 15 lbs since the last time the saw me sooo 💜

I HAVE HIT MY FIRST GW WHICH MEANS IVE L0st 15 lbs
lemme rant /pos abt the things that have changed
- my mom said i look like i’ve l0st weight
- my work clothes are so much looser on me, my pant legs drag on the floor from l0sing at least an inch off my hips
- i’m now a size medium in my work t shirt (i was a large before)
- I can make my apple watch a notch tighter
- My time for walking miles has gone from 20 minutes per mile to sub 17 minutes
- One of my back rolls is literally disappearing LIKE 🤭🤭🤭
- I bought a dress on Monday, September 30th and i needed an extra person to help me zip it up bc it was so tight. As of yesterday i can get it on myself easily and i have room to breathe
- There used to be no sight of my c0llar b0nes unless i forced them out but now they are just THERE
I know that l0sing is going to get harder as my w3ight gets lower but this has been a great motivator so far and i hope to keep it going!!
