Same hiking day in November, just different altitudes. - somewhere near Asheville, NC

Talullah Gorge, GA
The climb in and out of this canyon includes about 1,100 stairs and lot of pain, but it’s so worth it.

Hiking a tiny Tennessee sliver of the AT.

I love this place so much. To my left was a field of Elk, and to my right was the most tempting water ever.

For me, the most exciting aspect of my move is being an easy day trip away from some skiing. Skiing is the thing I love most in this world, and how exciting is it that I can hop on these slopes without having to book hotels, etc…. Man I’m a happy camper today.

Ceasar Head State Park, SC
Dry Falls, NC and all of its Glory.

I love the winter ❤️

Newfound Gap, NC and TN

Hiking Crabtree Falls in Virginia this weekend. This single waterfall falls just short of 2 miles. So many views of the falls around every corner.

Appalachian Fern

Very happy moment for me to find a Bald Cypress gut with knees and everything here in the foothills. Cypress forests along the swamps and rivers at home are abundant, and I miss them. I found a tiny piece of home up here.

Rainy lake day. You’re so beautiful.

Exploring Pisgah. Come on in, the water is COLD.
