full offense I'm still mad the mcu just killed off pietro like that. he was in one movie, was a great character, and the mcu simply killed him off. can you imagine how the rest of the mcu would have played out if pietro was still around? i'm mad.

The Spotlight

A moth got into the theater during tonight’s performance.

It circled the stage and for a heartbeat, the spotlights lit it up as a fluttering spot of brilliance.

Do you think it knew, that for a brief, shining moment, it was the star of a story it knew nothing of? Do you think it felt the impact of the story it stumbled across? That it could comprehend the effect it had on a room full of giants, able to turn the heads of a stage full of actors, a force of nature contained in a fragile body smaller than my finger?

If it could understand the weight of its actions, simultaneously unnoticeable and impossible to ignore, I wonder what it might think. I would lean down and hear it whisper its tale, if only I could hear what it had to say.

But I can never know, not because of the weak speech capacity of common brown moths, but because it succeeded in nature’s eternal mission and flew directly into the overhead spotlight.

There are 8 gifs in this set. They feature First Kanaphan as his character Ryu from the Thai series 'Wake Up Ladies'

This boy is a wonder to behold. I have no idea how I'm supposed to start describing him.

1st gif. Ryu is wearing a bright yellow and black American Football style shirt and an incredibly bedazzled denim vest.

He is wearing at least 3 necklaces: a long chain which will be revealed to have a large blingy dollar sign pendant; a thick silver chain; a chunky...something. It's sort of a choker? It looks like the front grille of a car. Possibly a New York cab, considering he's dressed like one. I made this gifset. I spent a very time looking at this particular piece of jewellery. I could not honestly tell you what on earth it's meant to be.

He has an ear cuff around his left lobe with a silver cross dangling from it, and a steel hoop through his right. His hair is silver-toned ash blond, the darker layer of his undercut just barely visible. He is wearing artfully smudged eyeliner.

There is a reason so many tags on this gifset say "FIRST" with a bunch of question marks afterward.

In this gif specifically, his mouth is slightly downturned as the corner of his lips twitches in effort not to laugh, eyebrows rising in the middle.

2nd gif. I'm not re-describing this insane outfit. The whole gifset is from the same scene. He's sitting at a table, the background is faintly purple-toned, curtains on the wall behind him.

In this gif, Ryu is giving a sarcastic, close-mouthed smile, a dimple forming in his left cheek as his eyes dart up and down. He's judging Namtan Tipnaree's character, Tata. Hard.

3rd gif. Still smiling mockingly, left cheek still offensively dimpled, Ryu lifts his arms into the frame to accompany his expression with sarcastic applause.

He has more insane jewellery on. His right wrist has a leather band with silver pyramid studs and a close-fitting thick silver chain in the same style as the middle necklace. His left wrist has a chunky black watch and a bracelet with at least three thick, close-fitting black chains.

He drops his hands as the smile fades from his face, no less mocking. Actually more mocking, somehow.

4th gif. Ryu tips his head to one side, looking briefly thoughtful before covering the expression. He raises his left eyebrow as his eyes scan downwards, mouth taking a downward turn.

To be clear: he is still flawlessly portraying deep, deep sarcasm.

5th gif. Ryu has his head fully tilted to one side and he is smiling brightly with teeth. His hands are in the frame as he offers tiny applause for Tata. He's smiling so broadly, eyes scrunched up, that both cheeks are dimpled.

This may be the most sincere he is in this entire gifset.

(Spoiler: it is not sincerity. It is sarcasm.)

6th gif. All at once, the applause from the previous gif stops dead. Ryu straightens his head, jovial expression dropping. He rolls his eyes as his face smooths out to show how deeply, deeply unimpressed he is, mouth curving downward.

7th gif. Ryu turns from looking away disinterestedly to focusing back where he's been looking the entire gifset so far (behind and to the left of the frame). He tilts his head to his right as he closes his eyes, mouth spreading into a cocky smirk.

8th gif. Ryu is in full peacock mode. He exaggeratedly tosses his head, mouth set in a smug little smirk with just the barest hint of his teeth showing. In that single hair toss, his hair has gone from K-Pop Star to distressingly fluffy.
