All the examples above tends to center around what deems one as successful or admirable to the public eye. It's an opportunity to be recognised by how much hard work you put into yourself.

Hustle culture promotes the unhealthy mindset of pursuing in your ambition means neglecting everything and everyone around you. This comes with the belief that everything else that isn't your ambition is a form of distraction.

(although not everyone born in 2002-2004 participate in the hustle culture, most of them still very much glorify it.)
The hustle culture also fulfills what the chiron in capricorn have always wanted which is to be recognised/appreciated for their hard work whether that comes in a positive or negative light. A positive perspective would be obtaining the respect others have for you and your hard work. A negative one would be assuming others disliking you out of pure jealousy of how much success you have obtain. Either way, you're being recognised for your work.

To be 'that girl', having your life together is the goal which yet again measured by external factors such as your grades, your lifestyle, your productivity and etc. Once again, the mentality that reaching a goal equals to success that is measured by how much work you put out. Unlike the hustle culture, the 'that girl' trend centers around an unrealistic goal of getting your life together by ticking small boxes that are the milestones. When one is not ticking all the boxes 25/8, it is often considered a failure. Therefore, you are not being 'that girl' like you planned to. Hence, no success.
With chiron in capricorn, it's common for one to have difficulty in setting goals and meeting them. This also goes hand in hand with the pressure of expectations whether it's from themselves or others and also being constantly overwhelmed by the feeling of failure when one is not achieving a goal.

For this, i tried to find the proper meaning of productive/productivity that fits with what people on the internet today's definition of it but i think productive/productivity is thrown around so much it doesnt really have a proper meaning to it anymore which is the same as what happened to the word gaslight/gaslighting. Therefore, I will be sticking to the quora definition of productive because it seems to sit well with what productive means to a large amount of people today as well as the topic I'm discussing.
The obsession with being productive is really what ties everything together. Since we now spend the majority of our time at home, we get to decide what to do with the time we have. In the context of teens who have chiron in capricorn, it gives them time to finally relax and not always be so overworked to achieve goals.
(im very much aware that everyone struggled with the productivity obsession but im going to focus specifically on the group of people with chiron in capricorn for this!)
Let's take the obsession with productivity during the first wave of the pandemic as an example. Everyone was pressured to make the most out of their time. People were told to have goals to achieve daily for the sake of being 'productive'. Although we no longer dwell so much in this anymore, the obsession with productivity is now being masked under several trends such as the 2 stated before this and many more. ✨🌙 In my previous astro observations I mentioned that Capricorn moon people have “links.” Now hear me out, I’ve seen this happen a lot and in my opinion the reason they have “links” is because of how they’ve had to grow up independent and so they learnt a lot of life skills whilst they were at it. The older they get the more practical those skills become so them knowing so many people can be due to them knowing how to play the game and how to grab favours from people. This can apply generally for Capricorn placements too.
✨🌙 I’ve always noticed natives with sun conjunct Pluto always have a sort of dark energy around them. It doesn’t necessarily mean they’re bad people but it’s like Pluto casts a shadow over these people. It’s interesting.
✨🌙 Neptune in 12th natal and transit can give extremely vivid dreams to the point where the native can remember it even weeks later without noting them down.
✨🌙 Chiron in Capricorn can make your bones crack lmao or even give weak bones or bone injuries etc. Also based on the house it’s in can be reasons or where your bones crack for example if it’s in 9th house, you could have a bone injury at school or it cracks during school time or when you’re doing school work lol. If it’s harshly aspecting a planet, reality can be like a rude awakening for these people but if it’s a soft aspect then these people can comfortably live in their imagination and it’s much harder to get them to leave their little world.
✨🌙 Neptune aspecting Sun can live different lives like have many facades. It doesn’t make them “fake” per say. It’s just they’re able to adapt to their surroundings really well depending on the vibe they get, and on top of that, they are very private people so they have their own ways of interacting with different types of people.
✨🌙 Water sun and water moon are extremely psychic. They really need to wake up to their abilities or life will force it out of them and from what I’ve seen definitely not in the best way possible. I’ve seen people have sleep paralysis because they kept ignoring their abilities.
✨🌙 I’ve read and noticed that having empty houses in your chart can indicate that you’ve already achieved those characteristics in past lives so this life you’re not very focused on them and tend to overlook them. Personally for me this is true as-well. For example if majority of your planets are in Capricorn/10th house, you’re more focussed on getting that bag, making yourself known/recognised, becoming influential etc.
✨🌙 Libra mercuries are very good with words. They are literal charmers. They can even roast you but make it sound poetic and charming and you’d never be able to tell lol.

>Chiron is in cap 9° /cap in 4th house- you are someone very courageous and intellectual, you have a good sense of self esteem and you have the ability to secure financial security , you know your skills and you're very adaptable to situations your libra ascendant makes it easier for you , you are one hell of a hardworker you are not the type of visionary person who is expecting things to happen you put little efforts "consistently" which serves you in the long time , you could be a great advocate cause you have a level of certainity within you where you can easily analyse and manipulate situations and people , 9° is one influencial degree you should really put your wisdom and your words of affirmations out in the world to acknowledge its gonna be satisfactory for you and beneficial for others , you posses deep inner knowing you have this fire energy which knows when to strike but you can feel inferior or not "that" knowledgeable about things which hinders your success on many aspects ,chiron retrograde makes it extra tough for you to believe that you're really all that or have certain characteristics. Retrograde also makes the person realise value of oneselve again and again .
4th house is also perfectionism and combined by Capricorn with saggitarius degree it is a lot tough for you to just feel enough and not long for recognition in love , family , friends ,work department,you could also over extend your help .
Your chiron is in retrograde you'll have to work extra hard to make things go right for you , you wont have an instant result however your achievement will be worth waiting, what you can do for yourself? What caught my attention is chiron conjunct jupiter you already have all the resources, you yourself is one powerful creator , chiron-jupiter aspect is really positive however i'm really being drawn to the retrograde you could feel like you're devalued at times and that could motivate you to do better in an unhealthy way + 4th house is ruled by cancer , you have a really gentle approach, others could really fall for your soft qualifies, by expressing yourself you could gain a lot of admirers.
I didn't focused a lot on 4th house but yes some certain points are interelated to it cause 4th house is really an individual's sensitive house system which also involves a lot of other people and libra ascendant is also one eye candy ascendant of zodiac which involves other people's attention as well .
