The Truth About Venus and Why it Can't be exalted in Cancer

I've read almost all the responses under this post talking about how Venus makes more sense exalted in Pisces, and although I still stand by some of my previous claims, I do have to say I may of had a change of heart.
Yall brought up some really good points, it made a lot sense and fit the narrative I didn't see before, which is what Venus actually represents in a person's chart.
A lot of you guys worded it a lot better than I could, but to basically give a summary of what everyone said that I agree with is that while Venus does represent relationships of any kind, money, art, indulgence, ect, Venus is about what we want, not what we need. It's about things that make us happy in the moment and we crave more and more of it because we can never get enough of it and it's not truly fulfilling, it's just things that give us cheap thrills.
In this light, I can see how Venus is a lower octave of Neptune because both are related to addiction, art, indulgence and idolization. Pisces is ruled by Neptune the planet of addictions, what our generation dreams and fantasizes about, what kind of art and symbolism our generation enjoys, and what we're delusional about. It's about what makes our generation happy, but not fulfilled. Venus relates to a singular person at a time in this regard, where as Neptune has to do more with a generation, but both are essentially about the same things.
Venus is about what makes us artificially happy in the sense that Venus is like candy and sweets; Yeah it taste good and we want more, but it's not bringing us much nutritional value or anything, and in big amounts it's harmful to us. Where as the Moon is like a full course dinner, yeah we like it, maybe not to the degree of the candy, but it fills us up, satiates our hunger, and keeps us more fulfilled than the candy.
Cancer, as a sign, strives for that longevity of nourishment and emotional happiness, it will go through unpleasant times, trials and errors until they found the one. They do not love freely and only invest their time and emotions into something they know will pay off for them in the long run. If you just so happened to be the one, they will love you what seems like endlessly and show a devotion like no other, however it is likely if you did not match up to their ideals or check off the boxes for them, they would not love you the way they do, which like someone said in the comments, it's conditioned love, it's love at a cost.
Venus loves freely without attachment to anything, taking and loving freely as it pleases and doesn't want to worry about the longterm consequences, it's all about satiating that urge in the moment. Something Cancer is not about, they are worriers of the future and things will impact them later.
I never really looked at Venus in this light before but it does make sense, and I'm surprised I didn't see it sooner. Either way, these are the main reasons to me now why it isn't exalted in Cancer, and why Venus is not all it seems.

Sun trine Moon
The trine of the Sun and Moon indicates that there is a harmonious balance between your will and your habits and emotions. You naturally react to stimuli in such a way that your ego can continue to develop properly. There is a good balance between the lessons you have learned from your past experiences and your ability to use these lessons to realize your destiny. Your relationship with your parents was generally favorable to your continued growth. Random Astro observations
-Aquarius suns without an Aquarius Mercury confuse me the most bruh. I think to a certain degree it has something to do with myself having my sun and Mercury in Aries so I don’t quite get people who don’t have their sun and Mercury in the same sign. Honestly it made me wonder about people who have an Aquarius placement even just one. I’m cool with them most times but if they have an Aquarius moon I tend to feel a disconnect emotionally. That will bring me to my next point.
-People who have a different element and modality to your moon sign will feel so disconnected most times. For me it would be anybody who has their moon in a sign like Aquarius or Scorpio. As a Virgo moon I have always found certain moon signs almost impossible to feel a connection like I have with certain signs like Taurus and Sagittarius. Like this is how the order goes for me (from intense and almost instant connection to damn do I even know when you are in the same room as me.) Sagittarius, Taurus, Capricorn, Virgo, Pisces, Gemini (really a hit or miss bro), Libra (mostly cause I can’t resist a Libra placement), Scorpio, Aries, Cancer, Leo, Aquarius. Now even then I am not entirely sure about this order of the signs. Tbh the only reason I put Scorpio before Aries is because of how many artist I listen to that have a Scorpio moon. Now I have met a good amount of Aries moons that I don’t feel that insane connection not even when their moon has a conjunction with any of my Aries placements. The only Aries moon that I can think of (at least right now) that I have felt an insane connection with is my grandma. Now my grandma is a Virgo sun with a Mercury in Libra, Venus in leo, and her mars is in Scorpio. So I feel like it influences me a bit more than some other placements would. Like I’m sorry leos but you guys do not influence me as much as I thought you guys did. I am pretty sure my grandma having both a Libra placement and a Scorpio placement is the main reason I connect with her so intensely. I love Leo placements but it’s just not the same vibes. ✨Anyways moving on✨
-Cancer suns with a sag moon (in my opinion) are so fucking nice to be around bruh. Are they the most emotional people? No, but that doesn’t make them assholes oddly enough unlike some sag placements I have seen…(sag Mercury I love the energy I really do but some of you either can’t read the room or have decided to close your eyes idk bruh). Sag moons are by far one of my favorite placements ever. I swear some have had the worst fucking childhood and yet don’t become a bitch like I am. Or as passive/people pleasing as the rest of the mutable signs (Virgo, Pisces, and Gemini) and yes I am included in that because I am very bad at confrontation and people interaction as a whole. People say they like me but I can’t understand their reasonings. If you think me listening to you vent makes me a great person I’m going to need you to raise your standards…
-Any negative aspect from the moon to one of your big six is a horrible placement to live with for us emotional babies. I speak as a person who has their moon forming an opposition with my Mercury and Venus while it forms a square aspect with my mars. Like I’m sorry I am not used to people comforting me when I’m sad. Idk how people can do it so easily. It is easier for me to just cry by myself than in front of others. It’s a work in progress for me.
-Honestly im glad I don’t have any negative aspects to Pluto tho…I don’t think I’d be able to handle a negative aspect. I have a couple positive aspects from my sun and ascendant to my Pluto and that shit is odd sometimes. I would love to hear some random shit that has happened to you guys with the negative aspects to Pluto. I feel like you guys have some interesting stories idk tho.

For my Moon-Saturn people, do you feel like you’re constantly mourning youth? I’m only 22 but yet I feel so old at the exact same time, I don’t feel like I had a childhood… it ended way to soon.

Hello, what does it mean when two people have their Lilith aspecting each other’s Moon in synastry?
It depends on the people involved, the relationship, other planetary aspects and what kind of aspect are the liliths making (i.e. conjunction, opposition, trine etc)
In general, it shows a deep emotional connection, unexplainable yet intense attraction, sexual attraction, expressing our vulnerable, dark and wild sides to the other person, rage, obsession, possessiveness and jealousy.
conjunction: even if they don't show it directly, the moon person can see through and feel the lilith person's dark side and would be able to understand them. Both feel a deep emotional connection but also feel unsafe by it. Lilith person could trigger a primal instinct within the moon person, because of that, the moon person could try and nurture the lilith person. Moon person could be very enamored by the lilith person and help heal the lilith person's emotional wounds. There's an intense attraction between them. If one or both of them don't have evolved liliths, they could trigger each others emotional wounds. They could be possessive and controlling towards each other. Both/either of them could be become very obsessive towards the other. Lilith person might also become jealous of the moon person. This is also a stalker placement. If the people are evolved, both could feel emotionally comfortable to express their shadow sides and vulnerability to each other.
trine/sextile: lilith person could trigger a primal instinct within the moon person, because of that, the moon person could try and nurture the lilith person. Strong physical and sexual attraction towards each other. They are comfortable with each other's dark side because they're similar but they both express it differently. Both learn how to be vulnerable and feel safe with one another. It is more harmonious than conjunction, however, trine can also be an enabler if the people are unevolved.

Moon person would want to nurture lilith but feels rejected or lilith person would want to be nurtured by moon but feels rejected or misunderstood. They feel uneasy with each other's shadow side and can be triggered by it. The moon person might be caught off guard by the lilith person. It can be emotionally exhausting and draining for moon person to deal with them. If the people are evolved, they could be comfortable with each other even if they don't understand.

✨🌙 In my previous astro observations I mentioned that Capricorn moon people have “links.” Now hear me out, I’ve seen this happen a lot and in my opinion the reason they have “links” is because of how they’ve had to grow up independent and so they learnt a lot of life skills whilst they were at it. The older they get the more practical those skills become so them knowing so many people can be due to them knowing how to play the game and how to grab favours from people. This can apply generally for Capricorn placements too.
✨🌙 I’ve always noticed natives with sun conjunct Pluto always have a sort of dark energy around them. It doesn’t necessarily mean they’re bad people but it’s like Pluto casts a shadow over these people. It’s interesting.
✨🌙 Neptune in 12th natal and transit can give extremely vivid dreams to the point where the native can remember it even weeks later without noting them down.
✨🌙 Chiron in Capricorn can make your bones crack lmao or even give weak bones or bone injuries etc. Also based on the house it’s in can be reasons or where your bones crack for example if it’s in 9th house, you could have a bone injury at school or it cracks during school time or when you’re doing school work lol. Hope that makes sense.
✨🌙 Neptune square moon can have a very emotionally volatile and bipolar mother.
✨🌙 Also harsh Uranus aspects to the moon, they too can have a very bipolar relationship to the mother figure in their life especially growing up
✨🌙 From what I’ve noted dissociation is closely linked with harsh aspects from Neptune, Uranus and moon. Really makes sense.
✨🌙 If your moon negatively aspects your Pluto, this could even apply to positive aspects but a lot of the times I’ve seen that these people grew up in dangerous and risky environments apart from the outer world, they’ve even seen their families act up very dangerously.
✨🌙 It’s interesting but Libra Mars women might tend to accumulate most of their weight on their breasts lol
✨🌙 Talking about breasts, Mars in Cancer/4th house can have some issues related to the breasts in one way or another especially because Mars represents physical power and it’s debilitated in cancer/4th house and cancer rules the breasts and stomach. So these people can have food sensitivities, bloat easily etc.
✨🌙 Ive seen Saturn opposite Pluto natives grow up in a very restricted, abusive and overprotective environment for a very long time.
✨🌙 If you ever make a Capricorn mc or a cardinal mc feel like they can’t achieve things in life as a form of mockery… karma literally makes them achieve everything you said they wouldn’t even if the native does not see it playing out themselves. Then later they look back and are like “damn that’s me?” 😏😌
✨🌙 Gemini/mutable humour is actually unmatched
✨🌙 Mars aspecting ascendent can shape your body depending on the sign Mars is in for example if it’s in Aries it can give you an athletic body or if it’s in cancer, then that would make your body lean more towards being curvaceous. It also depends what rising sign Mars is aspecting etc.
✨🌙 Having Mercury aspecting Saturn or Pluto especially harsh aspects can give you a more deeper voice or a very unique voice. I’ve also noticed people with this aspect can be insecure about their voices. A girl told me she thought she “sounded like a man” even though I couldn’t tell.
✨🌙 Neptune really does blur the lines and boundaries of whatever it touches. If it’s harshly aspecting a planet, reality can be like a rude awakening for these people but if it’s a soft aspect then these people can comfortably live in their imagination and it’s much harder to get them to leave their little world.
✨🌙 Neptune aspecting Sun can live different lives like have many facades. It doesn’t make them “fake” per say. It’s just they’re able to adapt to their surroundings really well depending on the vibe they get, and on top of that, they are very private people so they have their own ways of interacting with different types of people.
✨🌙 Water sun and water moon are extremely psychic. They really need to wake up to their abilities or life will force it out of them and from what I’ve seen definitely not in the best way possible. I’ve seen people have sleep paralysis because they kept ignoring their abilities.
✨🌙 I’ve read and noticed that having empty houses in your chart can indicate that you’ve already achieved those characteristics in past lives so this life you’re not very focused on them and tend to overlook them. Personally for me this is true as-well. For example if majority of your planets are in Capricorn/10th house, you’re more focussed on getting that bag, making yourself known/recognised, becoming influential etc.
✨🌙 Libra mercuries are very good with words. They are literal charmers. They can even roast you but make it sound poetic and charming and you’d never be able to tell lol.
✨🌙 Sag placements from what I’ve seen are usually are very extroverted and fun people to be around. Their interactions rarely look forced and awkward.
