And I personally loved that tattoo shop fic but I was more so pointing out the tattoos in the fan art for the fic! Cause even outside the context of the story I think they're amazing!

This is such a win-win situation for Bakugo, because not only does he get to show you off, but it’s to the people he trusts more than anyone in the world
So this means that he can just be his usual boastful self while at the same time know that his friends aren’t about to steal you away, and that you view them as buddies more than romantic interests, too…
Plus, it’s not like he doesn’t know what they’re going through, because Hell, before the both of you started dating, he was like that, too… so the least he can do is be sympathetic, right?

Still though, Kiri lets you cling to his arm when Bakugo isn’t there and feed him bits of your food when he tells you that your cooking looks good… all the while refusing to admit that he’s not disappointed when you let go of him to run to Baku the moment he arrives
Bakugo, of course, never shy of the smirk that appears on his face when he see all this take place, just laughs it off, placated by your smile and the way it washes away any minuscule fears he may have of infidelity… and never hesitates to give you tongue in front of Kirishima as greeting, either
But God, because that’s not it though, since Denki’s such a simp, too…
It’s not like he really needs to do any of this, but whenever Bakugo isn’t around, be it that he’s busy at lunch or gone for mission, Denki’s taking care of you as his own —almost as though Bakugo instructed him to and you aren’t fully grown
Buying you coffee in the morning, carrying your bag or groceries for you, even offering to wrap you up in his jacket whenever it gets cold… and when Bakugo finds out, because you tell him everything (and he sees the pictures of your and Denki’s matching coffee on your Instagram, too), he’s not even denying it
But again, is Bakugo mad? Of course not!!!
That’s how his friends should treat his girlfriend, because what? Is he supposed to say no to people spoiling you? Especially when he knows they’ll never really make a move, and even if they do, you’ll reject them.

Though Sero and Mina aren’t much better, either… Mina always offering to take you shopping with her and yelling at Bakugo when he gets snappy with you or the PDA gets a little heavy (usually defending himself with the excuse that they aren’t paying attention, though he knows that they are)… always blushing when Bakugo bites at her for being rather overprotective for no reason
Not to mention how Sero volunteers to give you rides back and forth whenever Bakugo can’t... saying that he doesn’t mind if you need to wrap your arms around his middle when you’re on his motorcycle, or letting you pick the radio when he takes his car...
Still though, despite the way you run your fingers through Mina’s hair whenever she sits between your legs during movie night, and how you coo at Sero for bugging you about staying safe, Bakugo STILL doesn’t mind
Because as this is happening, Bakugo is always the one you hold hands with during group outings, always the one you kiss after you wave goodbye to Sero… or Denki… and always the one you go home to when Kirishima takes you out to eat
If anything, Bakugo likes the way they stare, wishing they could have you, because really… that just means he’s won. He has the one thing that none of them really will…
And even though he appears rather nonchalant about it as all their pining occur, Bakugo still finds opportunities to get revenge in his own way… he’s not that nice, after all, and he knows what’s been going on with his friends
Joining you and Kiri for lunch? Definitely initiates a game of footsies with you, before dragging you onto his lap so he can discretely grind into while the redhead is distracted by something (probably drooling)
Denki buying you food? Bakugo’s eating it, or kissing you when your mouth is full, or leaving Denki standing around with your purse filled with textbooks and snacks so he can not-so-discretely drag you into the men’s restroom… a pair of yellow eyes just barely catching sight of the both of you walking away, and of Bakugo’s hand bring stuffed down the back of your leggings
As for Mina and Sero? Bakugo loves to make a show of “making up with you” (see: spitting in your mouth much to Mina’s chagrin), or pressing you up against the glass of your window right as Sero’s leaving
And during those group movie nights, too… on the days when it’s hosted at your place… Bakugo never hesitates to complain about being tired, either… all so he can pull you away from the film to fuck you in the next room over
And no, he doesn’t really care if (and when) anyone starts to listen in🥴

I feel like his parents probably got him this simply because: 1. it was top of the line, and 2. they thought it’s weird that he had no “normal” interests outside of being a hero and like... hiking
So by the time he’s an adult, it’s all he knows </3
Rarely ever uses it but plays thee most common things ever
And ONLY with friends (which is why the game doesn’t really matter)
Call of Duty, zombie shooters, ...Fifa..., etc.
Though he probably ends up buying some of the more popular games of the year... eventually

Coherent thought escapes me for a lot of this post so forgive me if the topic jumps around or becomes confusing at times; this was not meant for the public eye initially
Something that strikes me as odd in the following excerpts from episode 2 in The Magnus Protocols are the repeated usage of floral patterns, initially regarding the serpent on ink5ouls' arm and secondly regarding the paintbrush that was tattooed on Daria's skin.
"except that they had an absolutely gorgeous floral serpent design running up their arm and into their neck that was so vivid it looked ready to slither off their skin and onto the chair." (Making Adjustments, E2 TMAGP)
"a flurry of colourful floral patterns entwined with symbols I didn’t recognise. Despite the pain I twisted my arm back and forth to admire the work and those symbols almost seemed to glitter in the light. It was… It was beautiful." (Making Adjustments, E2 TMAGP)
Another, bigger thing but there is a repetition to symbols throughout the entire podcast thus far. The quote above mentions "symbols [they] didn't recognise", that almost seemed to "glitter in the light" (2 TMAGP). The following quote solidifies my resolve that these symbols are going to be an important and recurring subject.
"The photos from the spelunk seem properly gone, but I did find an old wooden thing with a bunch of similar symbols on ... No dice, I’m afraid. Must be something up with my phone camera. Really not helping the whole paranoia thing either. Anyone know anything about photographic distortion?" (First Shift, E1 TMAGP)
RedCanary finds a box in the ruins of the Magnus Institute, and if that's not evidence towards it being supernatural, photos they take of the box turn out distorted. This is curious to me, as not only is there no significance that I recall placed upon small boxes with symbols in The Magnus Archives, but also you can see the repetition of the symbols *again*. These symbols have no weight in TMA, and right now, I can't even remember supernatural symbols.
After making a quick term search, here are the only instances of prevalent symbols in The Magnus Archives.
"The design had always struck me as beautiful: it was silver, an abstract shape of a hand with a symbol on it that I believe was meant to represent a closed eye." (A Father's Love, E9 TMA)
"On each face were thick black lines that formed these symbols that I didn’t recognise, but they were clearly drawn on the faces themselves, not just on the photographs. I don’t remember the symbols in any great detail, I’m afraid, just the faces that they were drawn onto, though they weren’t people I recognised." (A Father's Love, E9 TMA)
"MARTIN: It’s okay. What are you reading?
BASIRA: Introduction to Alchemy. It’s, um, really interesting, actually – you know a lot of the symbols people use come from astrology and alchemy. Like the symbol everyone thinks is the female symbol is actually the old astrological sign for Venus, which means it also means copper in alchemy. Which is kind of… What?" (Absent Without Leave, E95 TMA)
"The other side had a symbol of some kind, written in thick marker pen: a curved line, with four straight lines coming off one side of it. Like a closed eye." (Growing Dark, E25 TMA)
"It’s gibberish – just a mess of symbols and letters, like it was using the wrong characters. Some of them weren’t even ASCII. I didn’t have time to really process it, though, as they were generating quickly, and soon filled the whole screen." (Binary, E65 TMA)
"It’s a good way to visualise these things. Symbols and metaphor… they give easy channels for the Great Powers to flow through. Ready forms for their energy to manifest." (Connected, E197 TMA)

I omitted mentions of symbols regarding the People's Church of the Divine Host, since they seem to be less relevant. Quotes above that caught my eye are the ones from Absent Without Leave (95 TMA) and Connected (197 TMA), though the former much more so than the latter.
"I was meant to be doing a portrait for some generic witchy alchemist character, and it was when I was researching the symbols and stuff that I came across 'Ink5oul'" (Making Adjustments, E2 TMAGP)
This quote specifies alchemy. The only reason I'm so iffy about it is because of the irrelevance to the symbols at hand. Alchemy in the whole of the Magnus universe is only mentioned twice, and I've included both quotes (Absent Without Leave (95 TMA) and (Making Adjustments (2 TMAGP)) in this little monologue.
Connected (197 TMA) catches my eye so much because Annabelle Cane, the speaker, mentions symbols that pertain to the entities. Symbols that allow for "the Great Powers to flow through. Ready forms for their energy to manifest" (197 TMA)). The only setback in this idea of the symbols representing the TMA entities, is that I would presume they depict the entities themselves (e.g Desolation = fire, Eye = eye, Lonely = cloud, etc.). However, RedCanary mentions that the symbols as follows:
"it was like… symbols and stuff and some pretty suspicious stains on some floors. I don’t really know occult or whatever, but I dunno. Felt legit in a way most of it doesn’t." (First Shift, E1 TMAGP)
These symbols are not described in any way other than this. The second episode mentions them almost "[glittering] in the light" (2 TMAGP). Thus far, these are the only descriptions we have of the symbols. They aren't mentioned to be reminiscent of eyes, nor webs, nor bugs, nor any other material concept/thing that could resemble the 14/15 fears.
The reason for the lingering and my pushing on the mention of alchemy not once, but twice in the Magnus Universe is because these symbols are harder to explain. They're less frequent in day to day society, and thus they are more difficult to describe.
TL; DR: There is a weirdly specific usage of floral patterns in episode 2 of The Magnus Protocol. What's more, there is an even more weirdly repeated usage for symbols in The Magnus Protocols that I believe is the basis for the entity system, or maybe the way in which it manifests.

The Assassin's Creed movie was so bad it was funny.
Like... I don't even know what to do with this. I didn't know if that movie was a canon installment to the franchise, because it contradicted pre-stablished canon from the games.
It looked cool though.
Full ramble under the cut.
It sucks as an entry to the Assassin's Creed universe. It completely messed up the modern lore Ubisoft built for itself. As a movie on itself it was confusing as hell too because it's supposed to be a tie-in to the games. They priorized the visuals over the story, and the poor protagonist didn't know what was happening 90% of the time - just like anyone trying to watch it without seeing the games - but anyone who did play the games knew that most of the exposition and plot and elements directly contradicted canon.
So yeah, it was a mess. It was a beautiful trainwreck.
There were some pros. Listen, Michael Fassbender is a hot dude. I like the hot dude and it did give me great enjoyment to see him all anxious and soggy in hospital-prisoner clothes. There was a lot of whump in this movie with the beautiful man and I can appreciate that.
But we also had a buuuunch of exposition and Abstergo apparently just hunts Assassins to do experiments on them now, and yet, they keep them - people who know how to sneak around and steal shit - in the same building as a bunch of ancient Assassin weapons.
And the whole fuss over finding the Apple, like. Aren't there a ton of Apples? Why were they treating that one as unique? Don't they still have Desmond's remains to find the other one? Was Callum really their last hope?
I also dig the historical sessions. Aguilar de Nerha, Callum Lynch's ancestor (also played by Michael Fassbender) was fucking cool in his hooded robes and hidden blades doing parkour chase scenes around. But yeah, he didn't have that much characterization either. Again, it's like they just priorized the visuals of it. And him speaking Spanish, like 💀 my god.
I'd genuinely have enjoyed just the historical sections aside from their last fucking minute where they revealed fucking CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS was a friend to the Assassin Order and the person Aguilar trusted with the fucking Apple of Eden.
