College made him a little too greedy... What started as a couple extra fries each meal, turned into a couple extra platefuls... He became a frequent flier in the cafeteria buffet line, and his waistline rapidly expanded as a result... Before he knew it, his waist size had gone up from a 32 to a 40... Recently graduated, this exjock has started a new desk job, leaving him little free time to use that gym membership. He's already put on another 15lbs and counting... slowly succumbing to his inactive, greedy lifestyle...

Gainer Diary: Fast Food Addiction
I used to hit the gym 5 times a day. I loved to pose in front of the mirror and watch my muscles grow bigger, and I feel myself grow stronger. There was nothing better than a good pump after the gym. I was addicted to the feeling.
That was until I discovered fast food...
What started off as a simple idea to get in a few extra calories every so often soon turned into a nightly ritual... I started skipping workouts just so I could stuff myself with as many greasy burgers, fries, and milkshakes as I could.
I started to see the numbers on the scale go up... I was excited at first because I thought my muscle mass was increasing. But I realized I hadn't been to the gym in months... My gains weren't coming from muscle growth anymore; they were coming from fat.
I noticed my belly start to swell. My pecs became soft and my love handles began to spill over my waistband. My ass grew so fat, that none of my pants fit anymore.
However, I could not bring myself to start going to the gym again. I needed that salty, fatty, and creamy taste in my mouth more than I needed to feel my muscles strain.
That's when I knew... I have a new addiction now...

At 19...

Eating lean, Working out. Growing stronger and more muscular than ever before. People think I'm cute, in shape. My appetite sky rockets as I push harder and harder at the gym.
It feels good. I grow confident... Too confident
At 20...
COVID strikes. The gyms shut down. I decided that it would not last long, so why not bulk up?
Well... Quarantine lasted longer than I expected and so did my bulk... I kept eating and eating and it felt so good
Eating became a pleasure. I made it my vice for stress; I made it a vice for pleasure...I became addicted
At 21...
My bulk didn't stop because gyms did not open up. I become fatter than ever and I love it... It feels so good to eat. And eat. And eat. Every morsel that went into my mouth gave me pleasure in my mind, body, and soul.
It's become more than a small addiction. I needed more...
