I have that kind of plurality where I mostly hear other people talking in my head as them being co con with me and even when others do front I’m still there watching, which means a lot of things but what matters for this is that it means I get social anxiety whenever my headmates try to have fun which I’m sure is annoying to them so

I love you systems who have introjects of other systems whether from how you view them as a whole, their alters, etc. You are based and your experience and existence isn't weird. Keep chugging that based alter juice, you deserve it
