Color meanings:

Purple - represents imagination itself, imagination play or daydreaming related formation methods, and the autonomy of imaginagenic members

Green - represents the act of creation, formation methods consisting of writing, roleplay, and other forms of art, and any created lore or memories an imaginagenic headmate may have

Pink - represents original characters and stories, and the feeling of having ones' source experience be internal or not widely known.

Yellow - represents intentional imaginagenic systems and the act of intentionally imagining & making art to create a headmate

Blue - represents unintentional imaginagenic systems and the act of discovery that ones' imagination has created other system member(s)

Reminder for the systems with introjects/fictives:

• You are valid as a system, regardless of how many introjects you have.

• You are valid as a system, regardless of where your introjects come from.

• You can have more than one alter from a single source.

• If you’re not human, you’re still valid.

• You are not your source.

• Your alters are not their sources.

Introject-heavy systems are valid. Systems without a lot of introjects - or without any introjects - are valid.

Okay, w/ all of the like anti-endo stuff I've come across today, I want to say that although we use traumagenic to describe our system, I personally don't feel like it's the only reason we've formed.

Every headmate in here has a different reason for forming, whether it is traumatic or not. But the whole reason I found my headmates in the first place, and how they were able to fully form, was not because of trauma. Our system is so much more complex than that.

We are not one-dimensional. Our trauma isn't the only reason we've come to exist. It's also nobody's business as to why or how we formed!

happy mother's day to all mothers, caregivers, and older siblings. especially to insystem mothers/caregivers/older siblings. this includes parents/caregivers of syskids & littles and/or age regressors. these are critically important roles in people's lives. for internal caregivers, you bring an incredibly valuable role and service into the functions of your system and you cannot be replaced. the fact that it is done internally does not take away from the effort or energy you put into it and its impact. thank you for what you do.

if you’re friends with the host of a system please PLEASE make an effort to get to know the others in the system. a lot of the time, since the host fronts the most, the other people in the system aren’t able to socialise as much and end up without much of a support group or many friends. reaching out means the world!!

- enquire about a certain headmate! how are they doing? what have they been up to?

- message alters even when they aren’t in front. make them feel wanted even when they’re not around

- @ them in things that remind you of them!! if they have their own accounts on tumblr send asks!!

I love the world and community we get to create together.

I hate how hard living with this disorder is, but i would never hate my headmates for doing aer best and i think thats beautiful.
