Merlin is drugged by a love potion and grows increasingly affectionate with Arthur.
Arthur doesn't think anything by it and just lets it happen, because it's Merlin and Merlin always does whatever he wants.
Time skip of two months.
Arthur is sitting with his father at court, Merlin chilling in his lap.
Uther: son... Could you... Send your servant away?
Arthur: ??? But it's Merlin
Uther: he's very clingy. This isn't seeming for a future king
Arthur: well, it's not like I know what normal human interaction looks like, since someone forgot to tell me.
Uther: put him down
Arthur: why? He's not doing anything wrong!
Uther: son, you must be under a love potion
And that's when drugged Merlin panics and tries to find the antidote. Only to test it on himself and breaking the spell on accident.

➝ author’s note: i hope you enjoy it! i had a lot of fun writing it. as you can see from the word count, i got a bit carried away. i can’t help it, i love enemies to lovers!
Oh goddess above, please not this. Anything but this.
You are not wont to pray, but in circumstances such as this, with your life unravelling before you in tattered ribbons, your mind recalls the goddess you so often forget. Watching in horror, your supplications come thick and fast, as Jeon Jungkook downs the phial of rose-gold potion, and with it, swallows the hours of work you had invested into those shimmering contents.
Normally, you would not be so perturbed by the wasting of a potion, even one as rare as Impetus Amor. Ingredients can always be re-bought, potions can always be re-brewed. But something about Jungkook’s cocky expression as he sets down the vial, and raises a brow at you, overwhelms you with the heat of irrational fury.
“Mighty goddess above, what is wrong with you?” you spit venom more potent than your potions. “You know very well how long that took to brew!”
Jungkook shrugs his shoulders, “Tough.” He smacks his lips together, “Looks like the potion doesn’t work anyway. And on top of that, it tastes bad. Like dried roses and soap.”
How does he know what dried roses and soap taste like?
“It wasn’t intended for you,” you retort through gritted teeth.
You know that the potion does work. After all the work you invested - collecting rose-petals, gold shavings, and pegasus feathers, all to be brewed on a blue moon, and then carefully distilled – there was no way that the batch of Impetus Amor was unsuccessful. But every alchemist worth their gold knows that the finicky love potion takes a few minutes to take effect after ingestion.
Which means that in a few minutes Jeon Jungkook, the man you hate most, will involuntarily fall in love with you.

Jaskier accidentally ingests a love potion, and becomes obsessed with Geralt. He sings him songs, reads him poetry, hugs him and compliments him and blows him kisses. ... Okay so he's acting as he always does. But he desires more touch and affection from Geralt, and who is Geralt to deny his enchanted friend? But Geralt eventually has to leave for a hunt, and Lovepotioned up Jaskier would be in terrible danger if he came with, so Geralt commands he stay back at the inn. He comes back to an absolutely inconsolable bard who keeps asking Geralt what he did wrong, and how he can better for Geralt to love him again. Geralt awkwardly tries to talk his friend through it, before giving up on talking and just giving Jaskier a quick chaste kiss. Jaskier stops blubbering and immediately is overjoyed, enjoying Geralt snuggles the rest of the night. Jaskier sleeps in a bit the next morning, but Geralt wakes him up with a kiss to his forehead and a tender hug. For the rest of the day, Jaskier looks more surprised with every touch or sentence Geralt gives him, which is a tad odd, as the first day of the potion, Jaskier seemed only happy and relieved when Geralt gave him love. Now, Jaskier seems shocked by Geralt's audacity, though still very happy about it. Geralt finally reaches Yennefer, who Jaskier did not know they were on their way to visit. Geralt asks for Yennefer to lift the love potion's curse from Jaskier, only for her to explain it's not there. It was clearly one that wore off in a day. That mean this entire day Jaskier wasn't enchanted but he and Geralt kept acting like it. Jaskier profusely apologizes, already in tears, and confesses he just liked Geralt giving him affection, touch, and praise. Geralt pays Yennefer for her time wasted and scoops up his bard to head back to an inn so they can calm down. Geralt is embarrassed, but not angry, per se. He tells Jaskier this, and gives him a kiss on the forehead. "All you had to do was ask, Bard." "I promise it was real at first!" "I know, Jask." "But you kissed me and held me and-" "I know, Jask." "I'm sorry." "It's forgiven, bard. We don't have to stop." That night, both bard and witcher fell asleep, wrapped around each other, both's lips bruised from kissing.

LUCIFER
You opened your eyes as your gaze fell on Lucifer's tall figure standing still in pride position in the middle of the rest. Your pupils dilate as the potion takes effect. You stand up, light-headed, barely managing to walk towards him. Lucifer's chest bloats ever so slightly with pride as you take your steps towards him, stumbling. He reaches out his hand to you as the complains and whines from his brothers only fuel him. You take his hand and pull yourself closer to him, making his cheeks tint the lightest shade of pink when you wrap your hands around his neck. Fortunately for him, his brothers were too busy revolting to capture the rare blush on his face. You bury your head on the crook of his neck mumbling his name in an almost inaudible sound..... for humans. Hearing your mumbles, Lucifer swelled in pride while his brothers swelled in the other cardinal sin of envy. In midst of the quarrel between his brothers, Lucifer pulled you away elegantly. Leading you to his room while pampering you with innumerable kisses. Congratulations! You unlocked soft Lucifer!
"Oh, my love, seeing you like this is better than any dream come true"
Lucifer's a sadist. It's the truth but seeing you in his arms as you snuggle his chest, the way your eyes look at him with love, as you obey every word that escapes his lips makes him feel like he is in the celestial realm again.
Lucifer is also a workaholic but right now, the paper work on his table lay untouched, instead his head lays on you lap as your finger run through his black and white strands.
Being aware of his chaotic brothers and their antics he put a curse on the door that only he can lift. Not even his father himself can separate you two right now.
He didn't realize how much he needed this until now. He can feel his stress vaporize with your touch.
If you decide to pamper him with kisses he will internally die while trying to act all smug. Please don't kill this man he is already too tired
Next day, Lucifer will be the happiest demon alive.
MAMMON
Mammon might not be the smartest, but he definitely saw you open your eyes and see him. He stared at you intently watching as you barely manage to stand up. His eyes widen as you wrap your arms around him. Starts mumbling about how great he is and why would you see him first while letting an obvious blush creep up his face. He picks you up like a twig having your arms wrapped around his neck and your legs around his waist as he takes you to his room. His little brothers' complains die down with every step towards his room. He goes full Tsundere while letting you pamper him.
"I-It's not like I am e-enjoying it or anything.... Oi! who told you to stop"
Doesn't let you stop. It's not like you want to
He takes you out that night, away from his brothers and just with him and boy oh boy does he spoil you!?!
But can you blame him in the first place? You just look so cute when you cling on to his arm like that, when you look at him like that. I mean who wouldn't want to spoil you rotten??
If you plan on staying home that night, he will make sure you have some kind of physical contact with him all night even when you go to sleep.
next day, mammon has a certain someone's lip stains all over his face and you have the intoxicating smell of mammon's cologne.
LEVIATHAN
You of course wouldn't want to look at a yucky otaku like him, first thing after waking up, right? Then why are you making eye contact with him right now? Hell, when did you even open your eyes? He takes a step back slightly hiding behind the fifth-born as you dizzily stand up. You take his hand and slowly cling on to him. He almost faints as his face grows red redder than Kushina's hair. He is in too much shock to take you to his room. But if you insist, he will oblige. His brothers surprisingly do not complain (except for Asmo and mammon trying to steal you away here and there).
"Y-Y-You would l-l-like to s-spend a whole day with a yucky otaku like me? You're an a-angel!"
leviathan.exe has stopped working.
Tells himself that you are just doing this because of the potion.
If you agree to do cosplays with him he will be over the moon.
Malfunctions every time you cling on to him and oh boy, if you decide to kiss him he will die happily then and there.
Please don't let this demon degrade himself.
Gets really awkward the next day, not knowing how to react.

Lucifer, Mammon, Leviathan- Pt.1
Why do I always decide to help that old sorcerer?...
SATAN
Satan is the first one to notice that you opened your eyes and looks like after opening your eyes the first demon you saw was Satan. Unlike his older brothers he immediately went to your side holding your hand, making you blush like crazy. In response to your blush and his actions, whines and complaints could be heard from his brothers. He shrugged them off, making sure of your well-being. You suddenly cling on to him, making his smug facade drop aka making him blush. He picks you up bridal style in front of his brothers and walks through them, leaving his brothers' jaw dropped.
"My kitten, I wonder how a human like you can be better than every romance novel ever written~"
Smug demon alert
Oh, so you think you will get to pamper him and all that? Well, you're wrong. This man won't let you leave his sight for a second.
Will continuously pet your head like a kitten, intertwine your fingers with his, comb your hair with his fingers and if you decide to pamper him, he will slightly chuckle and kiss you. not like you're complaining.
Offers to read your favourite novels with you.
If you really want to make him blush wear cat ears and meow/purr, he'll be on his knees.
Next day, you'll wake up to you laying your head on his chest and being surrounded by cats and books.
ASMODEUS
Asmo is already by your side holding your hand before you opened your eyes. Hence, it was not a surprise when you saw him first and cling onto him. Like mammon, he boasted about how you would obviously see him first but unlike mammon, his words were not a tsundere act. Instead of picking you up he holds your hand and leads you to his room, shooing mammon's whines in revolt.
"I have you all to myself~ Oh, how wonderful~"
Smug demon alert 2.0
Will most definitely plan a whole spa day with you.
He, also, like a certain big brother of his does not let you pamper him.
He gives you kisses all over making sure each one leaves a lip stain.
He also makes sure you do nothing but relax. This demon is the king of care and will make you know that.
During your spa session makes sure you're holding hands with him.
flirts with you the whole time.
He also takes you out for drinks afterwards. Of course you don't get drunk, but he does.
The next day, you come out limping of his room with a so called burn on your neck.
BEELZEBUB
He was stress eating a burger when you awoke but the hearts in your eyes didn't care about that. His eyes finally fell on you when you almost stumbled standing up. He was about to help you before you wrapped your arms around his neck, hanging on him. He dropped his burger' blushing. How could he not? You looked so small and adorable compared to him. Trust me, if he could, he would have gobbled you up by now. He picks you up like a child letting your legs wrap around his waist. Carrying you to his room while allowing Belphie to follow.
"MC, Can I taste you please?"
Will kiss you just to taste your skin (with permission of course)
Will also take you to an all you can eat buffet.
If you decide to stay at home and pamper him, he will turn into an adorable blushing demon in no time.
Offer to cook him food, he is over the moon. the fact that I am writing this but have absolutely no cooking abilities.
will offer you a cuddle session with Belphie. If you refuse Belphie will become all pouty, but who cares about that.
next day, Beel will be quite clingy of you.
BELPHEGOR
Belphie was the least bothered and was happily standing sleeping. He groaned when his precious sleep was interrupted by having someone's arms wrap around his neck from the side. He opened his eyes about to yell at the person before he saw you, clinging on to him with such an adorable close-eyed smile on your face. He immediately blushes. His sin washes away as adrenaline rushes through his body, offering you to climb on his back and takes you to his room.
"I, Belphegor, the avatar of sloth declares you as the best pillow in all the three realms."
cuddles you to death. again
if you decide to lay his head on your lap thighs he will never let you go.
he is not used to get so much affection from you because of you know what, but right now he is back in the celestial realm.
run your hands through his hair. Please.
Whisper sweet nothings in his ear and he will lock you and him both in the attic.
next day, you wake up to Belphie's tail wrapped around your thigh while he is still asleep.
Now, for the bonus you all have been waiting for:
BONUS
Solomon was desperately trying to get the brothers (specifically lucifer, mammon) off his back. Trying to convince them he did not do it purposefully. Hence, he was thrown off guard when he felt a sudden weight on his left arm. The brothers' and his jaw dropped when they saw you clinging to Solomon's arm. A decently pink blush found its way to his cheeks as he curses himself for not considering this as a possibility. Somehow convincing the brothers, he took you back to purgatory hall. You held his hand through the way resulting the sorcerer to attain butterflies in his stomach.
"If I could, I would keep you all to myself, away from those demons and angels"
fortunately, the angels were not at home.
Please MC, stop pampering him like this, stop running your hands through his hair, stop giving his forehead kisses from time to time and please stop flattering him. He is too old for this he'll die.
will offer to cook for you but the potion is not strong enough for you to march yourself towards death.
