headcanon
Fugo until today feels very uncomfortable about affection due to what happened to him in the past. So whenever someone tries to show some affection by touching on him, he might get uncomfortable and say things like, "What do you think you're doing?!" or "Can you please take your hands off me?!" or he would react violently, by pushing or punching you as a reflex, if you catch him off guard, hugging him from behind or putting your hand on his shoulder, for example. But Fugo feels really bad about it and will start to apologize a lot.
Narancia was always willing to help him overcome this block, calming him whenever he had an emotional crisis or something, but after he left the gang, and lost his friends, Fugo had no one to help him with his trauma.
Headcanon
Fugo has never kissed anyone before he entered in the gang. Also, I believe that he used to pick up some of Trish's teen magazines to look for some tutorials teaching how to kiss and used to practice with oranges, on the wall or with his hand.

About Narancia, I think that his first kiss was when he was 14 on a "truth or dare" game with his friends. it was only a little peck, but after that, he even wiped his mouth.
