I'm really hoping 2024 is going to be my year. There's a lot I'm working on, and a hell of a lot I'm working through, that I have on the docket. I'm hopeful, though: That things will be good, things will be kind, and that things will heal.

As far as my writing is concerned, Light's Falle book two is nearing completion. We're over halfway edited, and I'm going to be making a concentrated effort to finish that process this week. I don't have a release date yet, but it's going to be in the next two weeks. Book 3, I'm beginning to peck at, but that is a process of months only just really starting. Do expect updates on that, though, as I'm fond of sharing snippets

Have a happy new years, all. Struggle on, for yourself and those you love, and may the peoples of the world be given the justice they have been denied.

Its That Time Of Year Again And, As Per Usual, Im Fashionably Late! That 2020 Amiright? Im Not Gonna Do

Itā€™s that time of year again and, as per usual, Iā€™m fashionably late! That 2020 amiright? Iā€™m not gonna do any big, rambly reflection here but I just want all of yā€™all to know that I appreciate you all for staying with me through all this! Even if most of you arenā€™t active, Iā€™m always happy to see you!

May 2021 bring you better fortune than 2020 did!

Iā€™d put the link to each post but that kills traction, but theyā€™re (almost) all here!

---Would you stop taking pictures and help me? I'm still freaked out about this!

Aren't you glad that your new years resolution came earlier than expected? I mean i'm also shocked that you now have the body of a pro bodybuilder but still kept your face. In fact i find you really hot right now.

---You mean it?! You don't find me too big? I know you got with me cause I was all small and cute.

You thought I got with you cause of your looks? I got with you because you were YOU. Nothing changed on the inside. No matter how big you get I'll always love you.

---Awww always say the right thing for the ocassion.

Hey maybe we can go to bed right now and you know explore your new body. Maybe we can switch things up. (I say as I eyed his newly enlarged "little buddy" getting harder by the second)

Coping with Depression and Loneliness During the Holiday Season

Coping With Depression And Loneliness During The Holiday Season

The holiday season is often portrayed as a time of joy, togetherness, and celebration. However, for many individuals, it can be an emotionally challenging period filled with feelings of depression and loneliness. Whether you're experiencing these emotions due to personal circumstances or simply feeling disconnected from the festive spirit, it's essential to remember that you're not alone. In this blog post, we will discuss some practical strategies to help cope with depression and loneliness during the holidays.

1. Acknowledge your feelings: Recognizing and accepting your emotions is the first step towards healing. It's crucial not to dismiss or invalidate what you're going through. Understand that it's okay to feel sad or lonely during this time; these feelings are valid.

2. Reach out for support: While it may seem difficult, reaching out to family members, friends, or even helplines can provide immense comfort during trying times. Sharing your feelings with someone who cares about you can alleviate some of the burden you may be carrying.

3. Seek professional help if needed: If your depression persists or intensifies despite efforts to cope on your own, don't hesitate to seek professional help. Mental health professionals can offer guidance tailored specifically to your situation and provide strategies for managing depressive symptoms effectively.

4. Engage in self-care activities: During the holiday season, prioritize self-care activities that promote relaxation and well-being. Take walks in nature, practice mindfulness techniques such as meditation or yoga, listen to calming music, read a book, take long baths ā€“ whatever helps you find solace.

5. Volunteer or give back: One way to combat loneliness is by getting involved in volunteering opportunities within your community. By helping others in need or spreading cheer during the holidays, you'll not only make a positive impact but also connect with like-minded individuals who share similar values.

6. Create new traditions: If previous holiday celebrations have been a source of sadness or loneliness, consider crafting new traditions that resonate with your current situation. This could involve engaging in activities you genuinely enjoy, such as cooking a special meal, watching favourite movies, or taking a trip to explore a new place.

7. Limit social media exposure: While social media can be a valuable platform for connection, it can also exacerbate feelings of isolation and inadequacy during the holidays. Remember that people often curate their best moments online, so take breaks from excessive scrolling to focus on self-care and avoid comparing yourself to others.

8. Reach out to support groups: Explore local community centers, religious organizations, or online forums that offer support groups for individuals experiencing depression or loneliness during the holidays. Connecting with others who understand what you're going through can provide comfort and reassurance.

Remember, it's essential not to let depression and loneliness consume you during the holiday season. By acknowledging your emotions, seeking support when needed, engaging in self-care activities, and creating new traditions, you can navigate this period more positively. Embrace the opportunity to connect with others and find solace in the small joys life has to offer. Although challenging at times, remember that brighter days lie ahead ā€“ even during the holiday season.

The Joy of Giving Back: How Volunteer Work during the Holiday Season Nourishes the Soul

The Joy Of Giving Back: How Volunteer Work During The Holiday Season Nourishes The Soul

As the holiday season approaches, our hearts are filled with warmth and anticipation. It is a time when we gather with loved ones, exchange gifts, and indulge in delicious feasts. However, amid all the festivities, there's something truly beautiful about extending a helping hand to those less fortunate. Engaging in volunteer work during this special time not only makes a positive impact on others but also nourishes our own souls.

1. Cultivating Empathy: Volunteering allows us to step into someone else's shoes and experience life from their perspective. Whether it's serving meals at a shelter or visiting nursing homes, connecting with people facing adversity fosters empathy within us. This heightened understanding can be transformative, as it encourages compassion and broadens our outlook on life.

2. Spreading Love and Kindness: The holiday season represents love and kindness ā€“ values that are magnified through acts of volunteerism. By dedicating our time to help others, we spread positivity throughout our communities. Simple gestures like wrapping presents for underprivileged children or delivering care packages to local families in need can have an immeasurable impact on both the giver and receiver.

3. Fostering Gratitude: When we engage in volunteer work during the holidays, it serves as a gentle reminder of how fortunate we are. Witnessing firsthand the struggles faced by individuals and families can evoke gratitude for what we often take for granted ā€“ such as having food on our tables or a roof over our heads. This newfound appreciation helps us cherish our blessings while cultivating humility.

4. Creating Meaningful Connections: Volunteer work brings people from diverse backgrounds together with a shared purpose - making a difference in someone's life. The connections formed during these experiences often transcend cultural or social barriers, reminding us of our common humanity. Building relationships based on generosity and selflessness can be profoundly rewarding and leave lasting impressions on our souls.

5. Finding Personal Fulfillment: The holiday season is often associated with the pursuit of personal happiness. However, true fulfillment comes when we contribute to others' well-being. Engaging in volunteer work allows us to align our actions with our values, offering a sense of purpose and contentment that surpasses any materialistic pleasure. The joy derived from giving back can linger long after the holiday spirit fades away.

Volunteer work during the holiday season is an opportunity to embrace the true essence of this special time ā€“ spreading love, kindness, and compassion. As we open our hearts to those in need, we not only uplift their spirits but also nourish our own souls. Through cultivating empathy, fostering gratitude, forming meaningful connections, and finding personal fulfillment, volunteering becomes a transformative experience that enriches our lives beyond measure. So, let's embark on this journey of selflessness during the holidays and create a ripple effect of positive change that will continue to resonate throughout the year.

Reflecting on the Year That Was: Celebrating New Year's Eve

Reflecting On The Year That Was: Celebrating New Year's Eve

As we bid adieu to another year, it's time to reflect on the ups and downs we've experienced and look forward to new beginnings. New Year's Eve is a special occasion that brings people together from all walks of life to celebrate, reminisce, and set their intentions for the coming year. Itā€™s a night filled with joy, hope, and excitement as we eagerly anticipate what lies ahead. In this blog post, let's explore the significance of New Year's Eve and how we can make the most out of this magical evening.

1. The Power of Reflection: New Year's Eve offers us an opportunity to pause, reflect, and take stock of our accomplishments, challenges, and personal growth throughout the year. By acknowledging our achievements and learning from our setbacks, we gain valuable insights into who we are and where we want to go in life. Take some time to journal or meditate on your journey so far ā€“ appreciate your successes and embrace lessons learned.

2. Gratitude for Lessons Learned: Expressing gratitude is an essential part of celebrating New Yearā€™s Eve. As you ponder upon the past year, remember to be thankful for the experiences that have shaped you into the person you are today. Express appreciation for friends who stood by your side during tough times, mentors who guided you towards success, or even those seemingly insignificant moments that taught you important life lessons.

3. Setting Meaningful Intentions: New Year's resolutions often fade away quickly because they lack depth and purpose. Instead of setting vague goals like "exercise more" or "eat healthier," consider crafting meaningful intentions for the upcoming year. Set realistic objectives that align with your values and aspirationsā€”ones that inspire personal growth while keeping yourself accountable throughout the journey.

4. Sharing Joyous Moments with Loved Ones: New Yearā€™s Eve provides us with a chance to celebrate with loved ones, strengthening bonds and creating lasting memories. Whether you choose to host a small gathering at home, join a community event, or even participate in virtual celebrations, surround yourself with the people who bring joy and positivity into your life. Together, share laughter, reminisce about shared experiences, and look forward to new adventures that lie ahead.

5. Embracing Cultural Traditions: New Year's Eve is celebrated differently around the world, each culture adding its unique touch of customs and rituals. Explore various traditions such as lighting fireworks (safely!), eating specific foods for good luck, writing down wishes on paper lanterns before releasing them into the night sky, or participating in spiritual ceremonies. Embrace these cultural practices that resonate with you and add an extra layer of meaning to your New Year's Eve experience.

As the clock strikes midnight on New Year's Eve, let us embrace this magical transition from one year to another with open hearts and minds. Reflecting on our journey so far allows us to appreciate personal growth while setting meaningful intentions paves the way for a purposeful year ahead. Celebrating alongside loved ones and embracing cultural traditions brings joy and unity during this special occasion. So raise your glasses high as we bid farewell to the old year and wholeheartedly welcome the new one ā€“ cheers to new beginnings!

Ive Realized For Years Now That Ive Been In A Deep Toxic Depressive Goopy Quicksand That Been Making

Iā€™ve realized for years now that Iā€™ve been in a deep toxic depressive goopy quicksand that been making my depressive episode go out of wack at the point itā€™s very unhealthy & my actions during it is very dumb cuz I didnā€™t bother to reach to talk about it cuz i have terrible self doubt issues that my brain makes me think ā€œno one is gonna listen or care about itā€ & other unrealistic bull-Bull it can think of but in reality: my close friends & peeps DO care and WANT to be there for me no matter what to see if Iā€™m okay or not.

Plus another issue is that Iā€™ve been way way way WAAAAAAAAAAAY to cruel to myself over the dumbest things. Like if I feel happy about anything or being around something that makes me happy, if a friend just happen to have a bad day or something sad happen to them: my head goes straight to blaming myself for it even though I have NOTHING to do it and was not the cause of it but my stupid brain refuse to see the reality and just manipulate the heck out of me.

That also goes for me whenever I feel really very masculine and being proud of myself & being proud of my true identity, my dysphoria really loves to creep itā€™s ugly ass head in the corner and beat me down for it at the point I donā€™t want to get out of my house or bed cuz of these dark thoughts.

Ngl itā€™s hard to admit that i have these issues and dealing with them in the most unhealthy way is nuts but I think for this New Years and forward Iā€™m gonna changed that.

Iā€™m gonna try to deal with my mental & health issues the best & healthiest way I can and this part is gonna be hard for me but I need to learn to not put myself down so damn much and be at least nice to myself over anything.

Of course itā€™s not gonna b easy & getting out a toxic routine is scary but itā€™s what best for me!

Not much of my goals have been changed from 2 years ago but now Iā€™m gonna add: meet new peeps & be nice to myself!

Well I hope u guys have a good day and wonderful New Years UwU
