Hey Helluva Boss fans. If you have FOMO, anxiety, really hate spoilers, or if you just have a stressful relationship with the internet sometimes, this might be a good moment to make a self-care plan for Friday.
Personally, I'm going to be turning off my phone's Internet connection so I don't have to witness my friends'—and strangers online's—collective descent into madness when The Full Moon comes out. That way I can enjoy it at my own rhythm, while focusing only on going through my own feelings.
I'm sharing this in case anyone else wants to consider this idea, or make their own plan of action. I think it's super important to keep fandom fun, and to know when to disengage so it doesn't turn an emotional/exciting day into a long and slow anxiety attack.

Some things that really BREAK me about The Scene™️
The way Blitzo doesn’t hesitate for the SECOND to run after Stolas when he realized he was walking out the door
The fear in Blitzo’s eyes when Stolas said goodbye
Additionally how scared Blitzo looked here when Stolas said “you don’t have to stay with me” thinking Stolas was kicking him out
Blitzo begging Stolas to give him a second chance
Stolas being SO fucking soft and gentle when explaining to blitz why he got him the crystal. His neverending unconditional love and support of Blitz and his business.
“I want you too. I want you to stay here with me- because you want too. Only if you want too”
The anguish when he realizes (or thinks he realizes) that blitzo doesn’t feel the same.
Blitz CRYING in front of Stolas because he’s losing Stolas
Fizz has no right dressing so much better than I ever will after spending the entirety of his screentime dressed as a literal clown.
I like thinking about how Blitzø and Stolas are compatible in their messed up ways, but there's one clear incompatibility between them, on ground on their unresolved traumas;
Blitzø has anger issues, overactive fight reaction
while Stolas has been verbally attacked & abused by Stella for at least 17 years
Stolas has avoidant issues, overactive flight reaction
while Blitzø has been abandoned and ignored by many people practically whole his life
So it fucks with their relationship.
In Ozzie's Stolas avoids confrontation, Blitzø feels he's ashamed of him and gets upset and aggressive after giving Stolas a lift.
Later in the series, Stolas texts less and ,,gives Blitzø space" which makes Blitzø worried that he's not wanted anymore. Then when he's offered the crystal, it triggers him, making him convinced completely that he's being abandoned again. He jokes rudely, Stolas feels he's mocked and so he leaves, which causes Blitzø to lash out, which causes Stolas to kick him out...
They really need to resolve their internal problems first in order to work out
¨When I See Him Tonight¨ from the full moon episode has me in a chokehold i swear
putting all the "who's right who's wrong" argument aside I do think that even if things went great and as romantic as Stolas dreamed of it to be they would bring each other's to ruins because Stolas would realize that his love being reciprocated will not make the two thousand issues he needs to not only address but also put an actual effort into fixing just go away
i am far from the only person freaking out about them but stolitz has me UNWELL like I think about them for too long of a sustained period and I need to shake and quiver and THE NEW TRAILER put me in a chokehold… the theories the voice lines the animation the lore drop- I just need them to be okay… save me stolitz save me,..
new helluva episode has fucking ruined me, i'll make a post about it eventually (probably), but in the meantime i am distracting myself with this silly headcanon:
since we see a butler when stolas enters his fridge of fortification, it can be presumed that the staff is still in the castle. this very simple piece of information eventually led me to the idea that, despite the arrangement taking place literally every month, none of these poor guys know what the fuck is going on. all they have to go off of is "sorry i fucked your husband", some dude who broke into the castle and stole their boss's book returning once a month, and stella's daily bitching.
at some point, the staff stopped trying to figure out all the details and started placing bets. enzo's fully on team "it's a coverup, each night they talk about all the shady royal shit", whilst basil's a "just some silly gays" truther. they're freaking out over the episode the same way we are, not because of the stolitz angst, but because cedric has a couple hundred bucks in this thing and GODDAMMIT they want that money.
Since it was announced, I always had a feeling that "The Full Moon" would drop on the day of the may full moon, the 23rd of may, but it's the 18th and from there's been no major updates, so, when is it dropping??
