I want cat king forgetting what he was saying due to behind-the-ear scratches. I want ALL OF THIS.

I think I’ve realized why I am literally blushing giggling and kicking my feet whenever the cat king starts to purr in a fic. Imagine how easy it would be to know someone’s into you or likes what you’re doing if they purred. My autistic ass fucking wishes.

Domestic Catwin idea

Edwin coming home super tired from a stressful case and the cat king looks like gif 1 and when Edwin flops down on a sofa or bed the cat king just looks at him like gif 2. With complete adoration and love. And they just cuddle for hours and the cat king sleeps on his chest and Edwin just lays there messing with his hair and feeling the vibration of his purring and all the stress and exhaustion melts away because of the comfortable situation and even though he can't sleep he feels rested.

Then the cat king waked up and helps alleviate the stress a different way 🤭

Then they go back to cuddling just less dressed and more sweaty

This is such a genuine question but why would the Cat King say he was a consensual cat king when he literally kisses Monty without his permission (and I read it as him being super uncomfortable with it too but that's just me like) his whole "relationship" with Edwin was the fact that he kept saying he wouldn't take it further unless Edwin initiated it?
