Tinnitus and Gaming PCs

Tinnitus And Gaming PCs

Over the years I’ve seen so many articles or YouTube videos talking about super quiet gaming PCs, which for what that is sounds pretty awesome.

My current gaming PC is a bit older and in pushing it to try and keep up with the games I’m playing the fans get a bit loud under load... and I find myself appreciating that when my ears are ringing. The fan noise sometimes is able to drown out the ringing.

Makes me wonder how quiet I’ll ever want my gaming rig to be. Especially if the tinnitus gets worse.

What if tinnitus is really perforations in your eardrums like like the squealing is there because there’s pressure in your head and it’s coming out like in a teeny tiny balloon in your ear..,because they they recorded a ladies tinnitus, it’s not us or our brains making it up, if you put a teeny tiny microphone or something like in there you can record you tinnitus. I bet it’s perforations.

when y'all say "the silence is so loud" does it mean metaphorically? that "no answer, means a lot"? or like, the silence gets really loud and fills your ears? like water rushing into a container

Let’s play a game it’s called “Is this horrible ringing sound just my tinnitus or is it a real sound coming from somewhere that only I noticed because of my autism”
