I want the Epic: The musical community to know that the prophet in the underworld is called Tiresias and that he was changed into a woman for seven years by Hera, became a priestes for her, and got married and had childeren. He was able to answer Hera and Zeus when they argued about if men or women enjoyed sex more (it was women btw!)

trying to go for this mystical, mysterious shaman vibe
sometimes i laugh and then i remember that odysseus has triggered tiresias' prophecy by trying to escape it and suddenly nothing's funny anymore
i like the idea of tiresias being able to communicate through poems only, so i headcanon that after the underworld saga he calls circe on the magical zoom (cauldron or something) and tells her that the man she's sent to him is dumb as fuck in the most beautiful and heart-wrenching hexameter she has ever heard.

But I really want to say that Wolfy knows their sources.
This is the first animatic of "No longer you" that uses the Odyssey chapters.
The blood hole (for people that don´t know) was made as commanded by Circe, she said to make libations for the dead: milk, honey, wine, water, flour and goat´s blood so Tiresias could showed up.
The people encircling the hole are the souls of the dead that Circe warned to not let them get in the hole before Tiresias not even ANTICLEA!

Anyways after Tiresias shows up, he is the first to take sips of the blood and tells the prophecy.

Tiresias…kinda…sorta…maybe? I might have the wrong tags for this thing. I dunno.
I can’t animate nor do I have the skills to draw this in the first place but…
Odysseus seems like the type of person to see a stick bug dancing and get down on his hands and knees to start aggressively dancing with it.
I also think Tiresias travels around by either
A.) Slithering around like a snake
or
B.) Scooting(sliding? Whatever the word is) around like a caterpillar
or he has secret roller skates under his long clothes(don’t know what they’re called, too lazy to search it up) and just skates around.
or he’s levitating. Any of the above seem fitting.
