How do you think toh's social media pressence is? I just imagine the young eda reposting memes and pics of herself 24/7. Oh, and luz blogging on tumblr about azura!

Sorry for taking so long. School was taking almost all of my time. I can definitely see Eda (young or old) posting memes and selfies. Luz’s social media would be filled with Azura content (as well as Amity). I can see Luz and Amity have a joint social media presence, pretty much talking about anything that comes to mind- from Azura to their life experiences. They would have a couple hundred followers because of how real they are and cute as a couple. Their followers would recommend the worst books ever to get Luz and Amity’s reactions like @thesequelnobodywanted on Instagram.

Gus would definitely be a vlogger. He wants to share his first time experiences with everyone. He’s recording his first time trying new foods, activities, basically anything he finds fun. I could see him have a big following because of his likable and charismatic personality. He would always be kind to his fans, take photos, and have little chats with them. Willow would be a recurring guest on his channel. Some videos would even star her trying a new sport or learning about/seeing Human Realm plants. Luz, Amity, and Hunter appear once in a while but they don’t have video focused on them.

I see Hunter wanting a private account and only following people he likes/knows. He’s a private guy. Once in a while, he’d post his palisman carving like progress videos. King wouldn’t have a human realm social media account since he’s a Titan but he’d have one in the Demon Realm. Like Eda, King would repost memes or jokes as well as post new glyphs he created. King would often do (harmless) pranks. Personally, I don’t think Raine would have social media, but if they did the content would be song/music video reactions, how to sing videos, and the occasional ones about the LGBTQ+ community (their personal journey or news). Darius’ content would be fashion and life stories. He would record his sewing process and model the piece. His life story content would be similar to @dontcrossagayman on Instagram. Darius would also do the occasional make up video, but they would be chill where he would try new make up looks.

Amity would convince Alador to get social media to promote the new and improved Blight Industries. Most of the content would be announcements on new inventions; however, Alador does have his fun when he posts videos of himself discovering Human Realm technology and trying to improve him.

I want to share a strange but interesting headcanon that I've been thinking about and that is that if Luz Noceda had met the League of Villains (not knowing they were villains to begin with or just knowing them before they were villains) she probably would have become friends with them.

Let me explain, Luz is someone who canonically likes magic, fantasy, anime, videogames, taxidermy and death in general and her greatest desire was to be understood by others and the League strangely share aspects with Luz as well as deeply share the same desire as her (be understood by others):

Shigaraki: Luz and Shigaraki want to be like the people they admire the most (Luz wants to be a witch like Azura and Tomura wanted to be a hero like All Might) but they felt that their families and general environment rejected their wish. In addition, they hate themselves for situations beyond their control and the main villain of their series has made them believe that they are guilty of said situations. Also, Shigaraki and Luz love video games and I imagine them together with Spinner sharing their interests.

Spinner: Luz and Spinner despise themselves due to the ridicule they suffer from others and seek to be special like their favorite characters to feel better about themselves and ended up helping the main villain of their respective series without realizing it. I think Luz would love Spinner's look and that, plus the love of video games and anime that she shares with Shigaraki, would mean a lot to him (plus I can imagine Spinner, luz and Shigaraki sharing manga, books, video games as well as Luz and Spinner cosplaying Azura and Stain while flattering each other would be quite a fun scenario).

Dabi: Luz and Touya were desperate to please a parental figure in their lives so they wouldn't stop loving them and they overexerted themselves, hurting themselves in the process, but said parental figures failed (only Camila, unlike Endeavor, admits that failed Luz and seeks to support her in the best way she can).

Toga: Luz and Himiko share a taste for things that are unpleasant to others (Luz likes taxidermy and death and Himiko likes blood because her quirk is based on blood so blood is natural to her, even both found death animals as children and proudly showed it to others) and want to connect with others but both sabotage themselves because they're afraid of rejection. I think if they had met in middle school before Toga's incident with Saito, they would have become friends. Also, both characters are related to shapeshifting (Toga can shapeshift with her quirk and Luz has String Bean which is a shapeshifting palisman).

Twice: Luz and Twice just wanted to have people to trust but they always trusted the wrong person (it happened to Luz once with Belos and it happened to Twice, pun not intended, twice with Overhaul and Hawks) and blame themselves on themselves for it and were afraid that their friends would abandon them, blame them or get hurt for it.

Mr. Compress: Let's face it, Mr. Compress is the closest thing the League has to a wizard and even his quirk works like magic tricks and he probably appreciates Luz's wit and creativity and Luz loves magic so she would like him. Mr. Compress acts as an overseer for the League, working almost like a father figure who doesn't discriminate against them and genuinely loves them and Luz would highly value this type of attention from an adult because she feels that it is the first time that a human adult has appreciated her that is not her mother. Also, Mr. Compress is the great-great-grandson of the thief Oji Harima and shares his ancestor's desire to expose the injustice within hero society and reform the world into something better, something similar to what Luz wanted to do regarding Belos and the Boiling Islands in general.

Kurogiri: Just like Mr. Compress, Kurogiri functions as a caretaker for the League not only because of his programming as a nomu but because he is a caretaker by nature (Shirakumo was always characterized as a caretaker) and again, Luz would highly appreciate this kind of attention from an adult. Also, the magic of String Bean, Luz's palisman, has a similar color to Kurogiri's portals.

Why not? Hunter headcanons, let's go! (TW mentions of blood, gore, death, bullying, etc)(holy shit that's a lot-)

Since he is a grimwalker that has a few affects on him. In the dark his eyes glow faintly blue, which he hates since it reminds him of Belos.

Another affect of being a grimwalker, since one of the ingredients to create one is Stonesleeper, Hunter's ears are very sensitive and ticklish. Willow loves to scratch him behind the ears, and it helps him sleep

Last grimwalker thing I'll address right now, his hair grows much faster than most. His canines are also a bit more prominent and large, causing a bit of a fanged look

He couldn't die, per se, unless the galderstone was directly damaged or all energy was drained from it too fast, such as using very powerful spells or bleeding so much it spent all its energy and had no time to recover

Hunter got hardly any sleep back as the golden guard as his only time with no duties was after hours, which was a very small time frame at night. And often times instead of sleeping he would research how to help Belos's curse, so at most he normally got 2-4 hours.

In addition, even after he ran away from the emperors coven and even in the human realm, he felt guilty for sleeping more than he used to, thinking of it as a waste of precious time.

He sleeps way better when with Willow or Luz

Hunter, after the events of Watching and Dreaming, went back to the human realm with Luz. He needed time to recover from everything, and went with Luz to help with repairs. After a couple years he returned back fully, staying with Darius. He considers himself both a Noceda and a Deamonne

He 100% got obsessed with video games in the human realm. His favorites were Zelda, especially BOTW and TOTK. He also loves animal crossing and pokemon sword. His favorite pokemon is Zacian.

Hunter hates eating in front of others. He has extreme food guilt and starves himself temporarily as a punishment to himself if he makes a mistake. This stems from the fact Belos would cut off his food if he messed up, as well as water.

When he upsets others he will often hide in the basement in a closet. Hunter feels removing himself is the best solution to most problems. Gus is the only one who really knows this, though Luz finds out later.

Panic attacks got more common after Hollow Mind, though he did have a few before then. Every time he would lock his door and curl up in a corner. He didn't want to show weakness.

After Hollow Mind he would have very strong reactions to certain triggers, and it only got worse as things continued. His eyes glowing was one of them, as well as when his hair got too long. Emperors guards also made him panic, worried they would take him back. Even Belos's name would make him start hyperventilating.

The scar across his cheek is from Belos, who got mad at him when he snapped at Belos from concern about the curse. He blamed himself fully.

The nick on his ear however, is from a particularly brutal training session. His ear was sliced almost in half, and it bled a lot but he kept fighting. He won.

Hunter has so many scars its hard to count. Some from Golden Guard training, which was vigorous and brutal. Others from taking hits for his friends in the final battles. There is one scar on his upper arm he got from tripping down a flight of stairs in the emperors palace. He isn't proud of that.

He feels guilty for letting Luz get a scar. He doesn't want anyone else to have to live with it like he does. He has a hard time not tearing up when he sees it.

Hunter went to school with Luz at her human school for the years he lived with her, saying he was a brother who had been in a boarding school before. He was very protective of Luz but ended up being a target for bullying as well.

Despite look tough to others he is very sensitive. He would sometimes come home with tears in his eyes from those bullies. Luz beat the shit out of them the very next day. Eventually they just stopped since Luz started fighting back

Hunter hates crying. He only really cries in front of Luz, but anyone else he finds it incredibly stupid and embarrassing. It's just a weakness he should hide is what he thinks. So he normally does. He had to back as the golden guard, so why not now?

Multiple times when training he almost died. One time his stomach got ripped open by a slitherbeast during the venture up the knee. That scar in particular he avoids looking at

Hunter is very strongly bonded with Luz. They act very much like true siblings, often annoying each other on purpose and wrestling, but both know when to stop and both are very comforting and protective of the other.

His connection with Vee is a bit less strong, but he did punch a bully hard enough to knock out a few teeth when they were messing with her. So that's something.

Hunter apologizes to Vee almost constantly for being one of the people to imprison her. He offers to have her punish him, which absolutely horrified her. They are chill now, and like to binge watch shows together

He 100% has a fursona which he is very proud of. Hunter would never admit it but he considers himself a furry. It's one of his ways to express himself, and Luz is very supportive of this, helping him design the fursona

At human school Hunter managed to get placed in the same grade as Luz, but he was older than everyone in the classes. He struggled a lot in math, but loved ELA and science. They took him out of class during social studies after he had a severe panic attack during class when the topic reminded him of the whole disaster with Belos

Hunter likes to draw in his free time, at first heavily picked up from Luz. But he eventually gained his own art style, which was a bit more sharp and edgy

He loves musicals and will always stay up to watch them even if everyone else already fell asleep.

Hunter likes rock music, but also enjoys most pop songs. He loves to dance along with Willow to love songs. He hates country music with a passion.

He considers Gus his closest friend. The two absolutely love having sleepovers in which they binge cosmic frontier and share about what's going on in the different dimensions.

Willow ends up asking Hunter out the day he moves back to the boiling isles. He ended up running away, feeling like he was being taunted and that it was some sort of illusion. Willow goes to find him, and he ends up accepting.

It takes him time to get used to dating Willow, but he is very affectionate. Willow loves picking him up.

As a younger kid, Belos was a bit more nice to him and would sometimes play around with him. This was purely to gain his trust, but Hunter still wonders if he ever really cared.

In his time during the human realm after everything he visits Darius like, every other day. They become very close

Hunter definitely has a sweet tooth

Witch and demon eyes reflect like a cats when you take a flash picture and it scared the crap out of Luz the first time she saw it-

Amity has an hour long facecare routine she does every morning

King has tiny lil wings on his back that appear around the time of the final episodes ending

The collector and king are really close now, they love sleepovers and playing with kings toys

Luz and Hunter sometimes stay up really late playing video games together. Mostly mario kart or smash bros

Gus is asexual and gay, and he ended up getting together with Matt a year or two after the final episode

Vee is genderfluid! When in human form it's normally she/they and in basilisk form usually she/they/it which she likes them all

Hunter's hair can sometimes grow moss or flowers or mushrooms due to being made up from palistrom wood, which plants can grow on. Willow takes advantage of this a lot

As King's power grows as long as Jean-Luc is close it can be active and work, but once out of range it turns back off

Kikimora's palisman was a fuzzy dark blue spider. She regrets giving it to Belos after everything despite being such an asshole-

Servine's palisman is a dark brown kitten. Also, she deserved more appearances, as like a small supporting charecter just saying-

More toh headcanons: angst edition! (Tw for mental health stuff, violence, murder, death, the list goes on-)

Hunter had Stockholm syndrome towards Belos, and still sometimes feels bad for what ended up happening to him. He even sometimes misses it in a way, though he understands now everything is better

The first time Vee saw Hunter she completely panicked, worrying he had come to take her back. She immediately attacked him out of fear, and Camilla and Luz had to pull the two away. Hunter hadn't fought back, just letting himself get hurt

Hunter sometimes just goes into an intense state of panic for no apparent reason. Normally it is unexplained, but he's told Luz it normally happens when he sees, hears, or thinks of something similar to a poor interaction with Belos

In addition, sometimes Hunter reverts back to how he acted as the golden guard and has to be reminded he doesn't have to address the others formally, bow to them, ask for permission to speak, etc

Even after the events of the final episode, Luz struggles a lot with her self-esteem and image. She thinks a lot about how the world would be without her, and sometimes even considers leaving or something else to rid her loved ones of the burden of simply her existing. Amity reassures her a lot about this

Willow hides her pain by masking. She has simply learned hiding her emotions can prevent further taunting or bullying, but it ended up spreading to doing it in front of people she trusted as well.

Hunter couldn't bear to make himself another palisman for years after Flapjack. When carving the bird palisman Waffle, when it came to life for him, he cried his eyes out. At first he pushed the bird away, not wanting to replace Flap.

The Collector has extreme attachment issues. They are so incredibly scared of being alone they often come off as clingy and desperate. After learning what crying was they end up doing it often when alone, scared of being swallowed by the darkness

King normally comes off as excitable and happy, but ever since he figured out he was a titan he can't stop thinking about how he will outlive all his friends... and have to watch them leave...

Luz has 'broken up' with Amity quite a few times. Never because she wanted to. Because she thought Amity would be better off. Amity knew this and always managed to fix it up.

Not everyone survived the day of unity. Quite a few succumbed to the draining spell before the collector could stop it.

Hunter can not bear to look at the emperor's sigil on his arm. He covers it up as much as he possibly can, but everything he sees it everything floods back like a tidal wave

A couple headcanons to go along with it-

Luz introduced sleeping masks to Hunter in the human realm, and they help him sleep when he can't on his own

Luz custom made him this facemask and thought it was hilarious. He didn't think so, but still wears it

Number II, aka Tulip🌷

Age≈ late 20's/early 30's (~15 years older than Vee)

Goes by They/Them, Is the second oldest of the experimented Basilisks. They firsthand witnessed Number One(Greater basilisk that attacks Hexide)'s descent into madness and animalistic hunger. They were scared of what they could become, so they fought extra hard to retain their sanity, vowing to protect their younger kin. Tulip often risked taking punishments from the captors in the other's stead.

At around 15 years old, Tulip hears scouts talk about a new test subject that hatched recently and will soon be ready for experiments. Tulip breaks out and rescues the infant number five. A month of laying low later, and they are both hiding in a cave. Tulip finds a pool of Titan's blood trapped deep within, and they both enter into the human realm.

Tulip can't stay. They know they need to protect Treble and Ivy. So they watch in the shadows as Vee is taken into the care of a couple of humans before leaving her behind, where she can grow up in a place far from the Emperor's grasp. They absorb the remaining magic in the portal, severing this temporary link so that nobody can follow their child.

Treble: He/They, Ivy: She/Her

I got the idea to name him Treble from The Angel of the Owl house, by OwlHouseAngel on A03. I thought fit well, considering they're playing Eda's Citern in the finale, and the Idea of a basilisk playing instruments sounds cool. (even inspired some things for my AU)

Both were created from the same set of samples at the same time, making them twins. They've got a close-knit sibling bond, very protective of each other. Treble gets headstrong and does risky things like attack coven scouts. Ivy often has to reign Treble in to prevent him from being too reckless. She tends to take an overly cautious approach to anything new.

I'm still not entirely sure how they play into the AU, but they meet Vee and are introduced to Camila to be accepted into their family

I loved this shot when I first saw it, I'm glad to see at least someone in the crew cares about them

& 🌺Viola "Vee" Noceda

I like to think she has a collection of different sweaters and chooses to wear them to keep her warm. Basilisks are mostly cold-blooded but passivly use up their magic to keep warm in cold temperatures. Vee likes to conserve energy by dressing warm during the colder months

She ended up in the human realm thanks to Tulip and was quickly adopted by the Nocedas. Not knowing about her origins, she's horrified learning what her kin has gone through.

She's less timid when confronting danger and hasn't gone through her canon trauma (minus a few fears like sharp objects and dark basements from ). She does, however, have trauma and grief from Manny's sickness and death.

Skeletal Anatomy of a Basilisk

I've been thinking about Basilisk anatomy stuff for my brainstorming, and I thought it would be cool to show what I think their skeletons would be like, cause snakes are cool...

yeah, and I wanted to practice drawing bones and body shapes (fun that I don't have to worry about drawing the pelvis, that thing is such a wierd shape), I've never drawn so many ribs before, but thats what snakes are like.

I know many people have different interpretations on what Vee being smaller/more humanoid than the other basilisks means. Some people say she's a different species (lesser basilisk, hybrid etc), But I always got the impression she was much younger than the rest of them.

Apparently, certain kinds of pythons are able to regulate their body temp and generate heat in special conditions.

I think Basilisks are naturally cold blooded, but can expend magic in order to keep their body temperature high in cold climates. Maybe some who have lived in cold climates for a long period of time naturally have adaptations, like increased body fur and cold resistant scales. The idea of Basilisks being able to adapt to their unique situations is such a cool concept, I wish we knew more about them in the show.

I also like drawing Vee with a more realistic appearance while also staying true to her canon proportions in relation to the other characters.

I liked finding a balace between more humanoid skulls, and more Boa/Python skulls, I think what I came up with was pretty cool looking. They can definitely open their jaws super wide, as shown by the inspector (Or at least greater Basilisks can):

In an earlier post I said I was brainstorming for a potential fanfic. It's been super slow and I can't get my brain to start writing anything. That's always been my weakness, same with school writing. Maybe once summer comes, I can practice more with writing for fun and actually get somewhere. Just average struggles, IDK where I'm going with this and why I'm writing this down.

In other news I definitely made him look healthier than he actually is, added a bit too much life with the blush and shading (no pun intended)

Platonic King x Titan Male Reader Headcanons

Keep in mind English isn’t my first language I hope you enjoy this!

What you look like:

When King accidentally summons you for the first time, let’s just say everyone is terrified and gets into a fighting position thinking your gonna hurt King

When they realize you are not a threat, the questions come in “Who, are you? What do you want? What are you?”

And when you announce that you are a titan and Kings brother they’re all more confused and now have more questions 😅

They let you stay over for the night but they are still very cautious of you King is more excited than them but Eda warns him that you might be dangerous

The next day is filled with interrogation and you are pretty calm throughout it but King decides to tell them all to stop

And says that he wants to know if you related when you answer yes they’re all surprised, to say the least, but King is also a little excited

So the next few days you willingly stay with your brother and his adopted family who happens to be a witch and a human

The more King starts to spend time with you asking you a ton of questions about your family and you the more comfortable he gets around you so he’s very willing to sleep near you

Eventually, you and king start to really see each other as family and talk about life and how it feels to be a titan

But if anyone does try to mess with King you are always somehow nearby I mean let’s be honest a powerless witch and a human in the boiling isles is not that scary, but a titan? 1000%

This brings me to my next point. It’ll be much easier to take down Belos with you there considering the fact that you don’t have to hide the fact that you are a titan cause your powerful

So you can prove all of his theories wrong and finally put him and the collector to an end ( so in this universe everything is fine because I’m still recovering from the ending 😭 )

The towns people may either fear you or love you and worship you or maybe even both but the family knows your good (unless you don’t want to be)

Oh and try to stay away from Lilith she goes all abandonment and attachment issues on you and starts worshipping you and trying to get others to do the same but you quickly stop her and say you need no such thing ( but that doesn’t really stop her )

And don’t even get me started on Hunter after losing Belos and his meaning his whole world turned upside down and all though he had made real friends he stilled missed the old life too so when you showed up he felt meaning to his life again

He basically made himself your personal golden guard and would constantly ask you questions and you felt bad so you told him that you were no god but you could be a friend although it did hurt him a bit, having a titan friend is still pretty cool to him

Living in the boiling isles when you’ve been somewhere else your entire life is hard especially if you do not like Luz but she helps you around the place and introduces you to her friends

Eda and you are like platonic co-parents best duo ever you share the same headaches I swear, and she’s a good friend to talk to ( she convinced you to drink apple juice)

The rest of the boiling isles see you kind of as a god or a new emperor of sorts so everything is cheap to you but you still give them a lot of money back (because where not horrible here people)

Alright headcanon time. Willow and Amity met at the adoption center. Someone referenced this in there tags but I dunno what their @ is. Current headcanon that Amity is adopted and dyes her hair green to feel included or something.

I enjoy the idea of trans Hunter and all that. Like really I see the appeal. The thing is though it’s never sense to me. So spoilers for season 3 I think but he’s a grimwalker. He was made from wood and all these other components. He was very intentionally modeled after a man. Now Caleb could have been trans but that’s harder to believe in this scenario just with what we’ve seen. Even so it would a strange and very possibly disturbing choice to intentionally give the grimwalkers or even just Hunter genitals he wouldnt be comfortable with or even breasts.

I think it’s more likely that grimwalkers have no real genitals or ability to make kids. I’ve got a personal idea that they don’t even have any particular anything down there, maybe a few lumps or flaps of skin to give the idea of something but nothing that resembles anything in particular.

I also think he could still be considered trans, perhaps going through surgery or some other demon realm stuff to give himself more then physically masculine features.

There’s even a bonus thought that maybe all grimwalkers take hormones of some sort.

(Okay I'm in the fandom, I know what happens, I have all the spoilers, and I've watched a bunch of tiktok compilations of toh, but I haven't actually watched the series yet so bare with me if this isnt really accurate)

Luz is very into cosplay. She diys most, if not all of her cosplays and keeps them all in a giant pile in the back of her closet
