LEG DAY (Glute Focused)

barbell hip thrusts: 4 sets x 12 reps

bulgarian split squats: 3 sets x 10 reps per leg

sumo deadlifts: 4 sets x 12 reps

glute bridges: 3 sets x 15 reps

cable pull-throughs: 3 sets x 12 reps

LEG DAY (Quad Focused)

front squats: 4 sets x 10 reps

leg press: 3 sets x 12 reps

walking lunges: 3 sets x 15 steps per leg

leg extensions: 4 sets x 12 reps

step-ups: 3 sets x 12 reps per leg

UPPER BODY (Back & Arms)

bent over barbell rows: 4 sets x 10 reps

lat pulldowns: 3 sets x 12 reps

seated cable rows: 3 sets x 12 reps

barbell bicep curls: 4 sets x 12 reps

tricep dips: 3 sets x 15 reps

UPPER BODY (Arms & Core)

hammer curls: 3 sets x 12 reps per arm

overhead tricep extensions: 3 sets x 15 reps

plank rows: 3 sets x 12 reps per arm

russian twists: 3 sets x 20 reps (10 each side)

hanging leg raises: 3 sets x 15 reps

remember to warm up before starting your workouts and cool down afterward. adjust the weight and repetitions based on your fitness level, and listen to your body to prevent injuries!!

To the people who love to workout, how do you do it? How do I become like you? How do you find the motivation to work out on your own?

I was with a workout group for four years. I still DESPISE working out. I just hate it. Still, I went because I had a “responsibility” essentially. I had to leave for a lot of complicated reasons, but in the month following that my mental health has been awful. I have body dysmorphia and I have essentially been attacking myself daily at this point. I want to workout on my own to allivate it but I can’t seem to find the motivation. (You would think my brain being rude as fuck would do it but NOPE.) What do you recommend?

Y’all, for the first time in literal years I finally fit into a small dress again!!!!

After going through years of stress eating to extremely restrictive diets, I’ve finally learned to balance it out and while I haven’t lost much on the scale I’ve been able to change the way I look!! This is the best I’ve ever felt!!!! ❤️❤️

This is why it's so important to be

INTENTIONAL with yourself and your life.

You are the one consistently creating the quality of both yourself and your external reality whether you are aware of it or not.

This is why healing, integration, transcending as well as managing your perspective and developing your character is so important.

Your internal vibration that you emit is affected by your internal world. That vibration is then radiating from you to the external and based on your vibration, then attracts people, things and experiences that match that vibration into your personal reality.

You are LITERALLY creating the quality of your life.

The things you want to change about your life or could be better needs to be addressed starting within yourself

You are in control. You create your reality... whether aware or unaware. It's better to be aware and practice and learn the processes that affects these things and master it so you can master yourself. Your cells are listening to your thoughts and emotions and perspectives. Make these things WORK FOR YOU.

I'm so fatigued from working out every day. I know I should probably take a day or two off, but I don't wanna. 🥺 My early morning workout time is my happy place! 🥰 Plus I don't want to stall my progress.
