Daily Routine??
It varies. My routine almost always consists of these elements: sleep, attending classes, doing coursework, procrastinating, or relaxing. The order is interchangeable and the frequency and duration of each of them is variable. And it's ironic that I listed sleep first, I'll say.

my midterms are cominng up i woke up at 6 am today running on a disappointingly low amount of sleep because i was either drawing or crying about the missing children from FNAF again and a bowl full of cereal knowing i have to stay after school until 7:30
i hope u have a good day. Drink wasser (good 4 u) eat yuor veggies (good 4 u) and sleep (good 4 u)

fall morning routine




wake up with enough time, read or write in diary in bed instead of scrolling first thing, listen to jazz or soft morning music
make bed & have breakfast, drink water and coffee while reading/studying something of choice or planning/preparing for the coming day
if I have a workout planned this is when I'll do that; could be go for a run, do pilates/weights/yoga and stretch
get ready for the day ahead; maybe shower, skincare, makeup, hair, outfit and grab bag, make sure everything is packed and review the tasks and agenda for the day
get 5 min of deep breathing in to set a calm and peaceful tone for the day

fall night routine


tidy up, unpack, have a snack if hungry and start preparing for dinner
if I've planned it, get a workout or walk in and maybe shower
look over tasks/assignments etc due for tomorrow, complete everything that needs to be done; schoolwork, laundry, cleaning etc
make dinner while listening to music and eat while enjoying some free time; spend time with a friend, phone someone, watch a movie/TV-show or study if it's necessary
get ready for bed, do skincare, stretch, read, write in journal and get cozy and sleepy

✸ read 12 pages of Atomic Habits [finally]
✸ I stretched really early in the morning and read my Bible first thing after waking up
✸ I practised spanish on duolingo

✸ my phone fell this morning and my screen got broken and my phone just stopped functioning but by God's grace I got it fixed today, but because I had to go out today I didn't get a lot done

you have to be dedicated to becoming a better version of yourself and show up for yourself even when you don't feel like it.

3 types of goal setters
── most people are a balance of all three, but one personality is more dominant than the others
à¨à§ visionary (20+ goals)
strong intuition and self-motivated, have various visions for their life, can easily get started on their goals but can't stay consistent, can't prioritise well since it feels limiting to them, quick and spontaneous, have flexibility in their planning, have the least attention span out of the three, have the tendency to drop goals when it no longer aligns to them, low sense of direction
à¨à§ disciplined (10 goals)
focused, ambitious, have a clear plan, impatient to achieve their goals, need to set measurable goals that they can be proud of, mostly career or health driven, unbalanced in the aspect of relationships, spirituality, family, etc, can push themselves the best, focus on the end result more than the journey, often experience burnout and stress
à¨à§ intentional (1 to 5 goals)
very intentional with their goals, have a strong purpose and a well-defined "why", stay focused easily, but resistant to change, have difficulty in starting on their goals, lack motivation and energy, get overwhelmed by their goals, start slow, but can finish their goals once they gain momentum
advice for goal-setting
each of the personalities should have a life vision, an yearly vision and a quarterly vision (these are not goals, but a general outlook on how you want to feel and be)
visionary goal setter: -> set short term, monthly goals aligned to your vision -> gives you flexibility, you can stay committed to your current goals while implementing new ideas to your goals in the next month -> focus on creating a clear morning and evening routine, helps to stay grounded and avoid overwhelm
disciplined goal setter: -> focus on creating a well-rounded yearly and quarterly vision -> rate the different areas of your life and see what you need to pay more attention to -> set measurable, quarterly goals -> create different lists of ways to take care of yourself when you are stressed, overwhelmed, etc -> reflect frequently, slow down and take breaks
intentional goal setter: -> write down your vision, don't keep it in your head -> set yearly goals, break them down into short term goals if needed -> keep track for the next step of your goal, to maintain steady momentum -> create a bucketlist for the year (not a list of goals), to get out of your comfort zone and add variety
