#acrosage. This kind of acroyoga mixes yoga, acrobatics and massage. It’s amazing the benefits of a practice like this. Of course that the Flyer( person above) receives a better treatment than the base but in some cases the Base receives a massage too. If you never tried before, my advice is to try someday. With clothes on or without them. 🙏🏻

Today is the day to let go of things that no longer serve you. The goal in life is to live a life at full without regrets and pain. If there’s something or someone that gives you headache, or disturb you it’s time to let it go. When you let go things that hurts you, you got more free time and space in your life and mind to focus on others things. And there aren’t anything that isn’t possible to let go. You don’t know how? Ask to someone who already did. Don’t stuck your life on something that don’t deserve your time

#love. All you need is Love. To love yourself, to love others, to love the world and the Universe. We are all connected and we need to elevate our vibrations to a higher level to attract all that things and people that haves the same level as you. All the people or things with lower energy than you, to be with you or near you, need to speed up to be able to go along with you. Who doesn’t want to level up his energy, normally move away because can’t hold so much light. Be a shining star of love to inspire others and not to light up others.

It can look like an impossible pose to achieve until you get there more easily than you thought.
IMPROVES:
-Focus, strength in many muscles such as core, upper back, chest, arms, shoulders, forearms.
➖Find a good teacher to teach you how to get the pose;
➖Don’t jump to reach the pose;
➖Use a pillow for safety 🦷;
➖Take your time. You don’t need to get there in the first day or week or month.
