Don’t get me wrong, I love feral Rosekiller who kisses like they’re trying to eat the others mouth or whatever but like… something about Barty smiling into the kiss and then Evan’s lips twitch up too and he mumbles “What?” with his eyes still closed and Barty rests his forehead against Evan’s and wraps his arms tighter around him, and then softly says, “I’m just happy to be here right now, that’s all.”
