Shu really enjoys listening to you play which is why he never misses the opportunity to do so

So whenever he sees you walk into the music room, he follows you, getting comfortable somewhere in the room as he waits for you to start

He especially enjoys when you play the violin

And if you ask nicely, and he feels like it, he grabs his violin and joins you

Reiji pays your hobby, or whatever you might call it, not too much attention actually

He makes a mental note, but he isn't all about it

Still appreciates it if you want to play something for him

And he will totally talk about how much better you play than Laito and Shu

But don't let that go to your head

Ayato find it pretty boring

Why not try something more lively? Something that makes you want to tap your feet along with the music

Really, he doesn't care

He likes watching you get in your zone when you play though. It's really cute

Kanato makes you play for him to sing along all the time

There is no escape

You don't feel like playing? Stfu, it's what you do best so do it

It's always kind of worth it cause Kanato's singing is nice

And he compliments you about it sometimes as well

Laito makes you sit on his lap while he sits on the piano chair, wanting to play together, but in a more "intimate" way as he calls it

He do be kissing your neck while you two play which makes you mess up sometimes- and he loves it

Cause then he has a reason to start all over again

Subaru pretends not to care much, he did express his shock that you play those instruments though

He just didn't expect you to like stuff like that

And even tho he pretends not to care, it actually calms him a lot when he gets to listen to you play

The marimba is his favorite since he rarely hears people play it, so it's kind of new to him

Ruki asks you to play for him whenever he's exhausted. With that I mean emotionally exhausted

He loves sitting in an armchair and closing his eyes while you play the violin

Sometimes he'd lean his head against you thigh when you stand next to him while playing

Kou isn't really interested, he's more into pop and all that

So he tries to convince you to learn an instrument from another music genre, something with a catchy beat

Whether he succeeds or not is up to you, but he do be really consistent, pushy even

Yuma isn't really into classical music

He prefers something like rock and similar genres

So if you ask for him to listen to you play he's like "meh", give into your wishes anyways

He focuses more on your movements and expressions than listening to your playing. You're just so captivating while in your zone

Even though he's not really into the music, he does give you a compliment every now and then

Azusa doesn't really have a music preference, he'd enjoy pretty much everything you have him listen to

You often notice him standing in the doorway while you're either playing or getting ready to play

He only steps into the room when you invite him to do so

He fell asleep standing up, listening to you playing once or twice before

Headcanon: does he like PDA?

Let's just say: Shu doesn't mind it

It's rather amusing to him whenever you reach for his hand, hug him, try to kiss him and so on

It really is just an opening for teasing you about it

He rarely anitiates PDA himself, maybe when you're feeling down or it's a special occasion

Shu prefers laying down to cuddle, but since that's not that possible when you're out he has to wait until you're home

And in 8/10 times, you won't be able to escape your boyfriend's grasp

Reiji isn't really a fan of PDA

He doesn't mind touching you while others can see it, he actually finds it exciting in a way, but he finds it rather inaproppriate in many cases

Hooking arms and holding hands is absolutely okay tho

But for everything else, you better wait for him to initiate it or ask him. He doesn't like being touched out of a sudden

Ayato will get pissed if you push him away, PDA is a way of showing off who you belong to. So pushing him away is a way of saying you don't want others to know or worse- not wanting to be with him

Either way, Ayato will make sure he gets what he wants, so you better change your mind about PDA quick if you don't like it

He doesn't mind any form of affection in public. Bruh, he'd do anything with you in public, as long as he's the only one who sees you- that being your body and expression

Kanato doesn't mind PDA, he ignores everyone around

So there is no difference in his way of showing you his love when you're in public or not

And that means he doesn't care who sees or hears you, if you fuck up in any type of way everyone will know

But really, as long as you don't make him jealous or something, you'll be fine

He really likes holding onto your arm

Oh, boy, Laito doesn't give a shit

If anything, being out in public while getting handsy or kissing makes it even more exciting for him

He'll be blushing while looking at you with half lidded eyes before diving in for a smooch or hug

Will not care if your uncomfortable or embarrassed, would kind of love it if you don't mind people watching. But in any case, he actively seeks out a blush on your face or a stutter in your words

Subaru is kind of okay with it

Will never initiate PDA though, only exception is when he's emotional or protective. But even in that case, he'd be a flustered mess, so don't point it out and just roll with it

Otherwise, or if anyone else says something about it, he'll get mad and let go of you or stop giving you kisses for the rest of the day

Unless you ask nicely and not in a teasing way

He'd still be grumpy though

Ruki doesn't mind it as long as it's not getting in his way of doing things

It's unlikely he initiates it though, it's not like he doesn't want people to see it, he just doesn't think about holding your hand or anything along those lines

He actually really likes it when you wrap your arms around him or give him a kiss in public

Precious boy Azusa loves PDA, not because it's PDA, but because it's affection

He doesn't know when or how to initiate it, and really, he prefers you taking the lead in that regard either way

He’s a very sweet guy, and would not hesitate to approach you as soon as you catch his attention.

I feel like he’d be drawn to your extroverted personality. And if he saw you standing up for something you believe in? Oh he’s absolutely smitten.

He would also think it’s cute that you get flustered around him, he would take pride in that. He wouldn’t think of it as anything more than just you being shy though.

At first you two would be walking on eggshells around each other I think. You because of your anxiety and him because although he is very outgoing and seems very open, he’s a guarded person. He’s been hurt very badly during his childhood, so he doesn’t open his heart to just anyone.

He would definitely use his abilities on you to see if your intentions are good and your love genuine. Deep down he really craves affection and love, so if you persist, you’ll have him wrapped around your finger.

He would 100% support any of your hobbies and encourage you to pursue any kind of dream you have. You said you needed a new sketchbook? Let’s go to the shop then! New pencils? No problem!

He probably wouldn’t say anything at first, because I think he would think it’s not his business and if you wanted him to know what’s up, you’d come to him.

If you ever get overwhelmed by some more “hard to shake off” fans or persistent haters, he’ll help you in any way he could. 

He would be mad for your lack of responsibility towards yourself though, so do expect some scolding from him when you’re somewhere safe.

If you decide to open up to him about your anxiety, it would be as if something clicks together in his mind.

He’d be like: “...Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...makes sense, yeah...”

He’d catch on that this is something personal and it is to be taken seriously, so expect him to try and open up about his own past and struggles as well.

Please be gentle with him and his feelings. You won’t regret it, I swear.

After that, he wouldn’t make a big deal out of it. He likes to pretend that everything is okey-dokey, but if you get uncomfortable, he’ll nonchallantly whisk you away, like it’s nothing.

But he’s down to listen if you need. It makes for some epic bonding days.

Aytao Sakamaki

Oh he’d be such a little shit.

No, but really, he’d enjoy pissing you off so much. He’d love to argue with you, because you always stand up for your opinion and he likes that, oh so much.

Seeing you glare at him like you’re about to rip his throat out makes his stomach twist in the best of ways.

That doesn’t mean he doesn’t get salty when he loses an argument with you. Be on alert, because his ego and god complex have taken damage and he wants a rematch.

Your constant bickering will piss everyone off so much, they would kick you or Ayato from the table so they could eat in peace.

If you see this as much of a game as Ayato does, good for you, because the more you can hold your ground, the more equal to himself he sees you and the more friendly he’d be.

He becomes almost stalkerish, always following you around and watching everything you do from a distance.

Yes, he may see you as somewhat equal to him now, but that means you’re a threat, because he must be the best. So he’s watching you like a hawk to ensure you’re not trying to stab him in the back or something.

Like Kou, he would take pride in making you flustered. He’s a more confrontational type of guy so if he notices how you act around certain people and that your extroverted side fades out sometimes, he calms down a little. You pose no threat to him and his glory anymore, congrats, you passed.

However, at this point, you managed to worm your way into his heart and he becomes overprotective. He’s not watching you from a distance anymore, nah, he’s walking right beside you, looking as uninterested as always.

As soon as somebody tries to start any shit with you, he’s ready to throw hands, no matter how powerful that being may be.

And while this is nice, although kinda demeaning, it has a deeper, more selfish reason. Just because you don’t pose any immediate threat to him, doesn’t mean it will stay that way in the future. Deep down he feels like he needs to ensure you stay just the way you are, so he can always be at least a bit better than you.

As for your hobbies, well, I think Ayato would be sort of indifferent. He is not above using recordings of you singing something silly as possible blackmail, doesn’t matter what your relationship status is.

As for your drawings, if you were to show him one, he’d really try and take the time to look at it and appreciate it. But again, after agonizing minutes of silence, his god complex would kick in and he’d point out all the little things you could have done better in his opinion.

Others I can see you with: Yuma Mukami - He’d also enjoy both your extroverted and flustered side. He would probably be the best of the brothers to help you properly with your anxiety. I'm a 16 year old baby bat goth (not quite goth yet) genderfluid (fem most of the time) and I use any pronouns. I'm pansexual but I lean more towards guys. I'm quite small, around 159 cm with a hourglass figure. I'm not skinny but neither chubby? I have dark brown hair that is bra strap length and eyes. Okay, I did this before, I stand by it now. ENTP goes really well with Ayato, because he is attracted to your confidence.

Oh so you're a good debater? Well, he's definitely gonna put that to the test. Ayato needs to be the best in everything so he will try to start up an argument with you on anything, until he beats you. And then he will continue just to rub it in your face that he won one argument.

He doesn't strike me as very philosophical, but I feel like he's a philosophical kind of drunk, so try that. Also if you start a deep conversation when he's half asleep, really on the brink of consciousness, then he'll happily murmur about the intricacies of life, but it won't make much sense.

I feel like no matter what mood you are in, Ayato can really vibe with it. You feel so energetic that your whole being feels like it's buzzing with electricity? You bet that he's on the same level, even hyping you both up.

It's also great that it's easy for people to take refuge in you, because no matter how cocky and confident Ayato may seem, he's very insecure and his need to be the best is borderline obsessive.

That's why he is kinda glad for your anxiety, as bad as that sounds, because that is a thing that slows you down sometimes. It doesn't really show and it's definitely not like he'd go out of his way to make your anxiety worse, it's more of a subconscious relief for him, because you can't be #1

He's so relieved when he sees that you care about him, just him, no need for great accomplishements or anything, you're there because you genuinely like him for who he is and that makes him feel very soft and warm, but he'd die before he'd admit that.

Since you make him feel these strange emotions that he never knew he desired his whole life, he becomes protective of you. He can't risk anyone taking you away from him when he finally found someone who was really interested in him.

Definitly wouldn't mind you being protective/a bit posessive over him as well, if anything, it would spur him on.

In conclusion: Ayato would be a protective, but loving partner once you get through to him (but that can be said literally about any of the Sakamakis)

Yuma Mukami

Again yet another one who would love your confidence!

Yuma, much like Ayato, would love to debate with you, but not as frequently and seriously as Ayato. Yuma sees it only as fun after all.

He would definitely tease you to try and get a reaction out of you, because he loves your witty responses or even flirtatious comebacks.

He would have no problem getting philosophical with you as well, you could be spending time in his garden, just looking at the clouds when he'd bring up some topic that you'd then spend at least an hour talking about. But it's only during quiet and comfy moments like these.

Yuma, along with Ruki, are the ones taking care of the Mukami houshold and its residents. He is kind of like the mom friend (though not as much as Ruki), so he doesn't mind your very energetic days. He may not get on your level like Ayato can, but you definitely don't have to worry about overwhelming him.

He is perfect for when you feel anxious. If you tell him what he can do to help you, he's gonna follow it to a T and do an amazing job in helping you calm down/relax.

His first instinct may or may not be to put a sugar cube in your mouth-

Just because he is so responsible and always handles everything with ease doesn't mean that he doesn't like to get spoiled by you or doesn't need to vent sometimes. If you can be there for him in these times, he'd be eternally grateful.

I think all of the vamp boys are pretty jealous, some more than the others, it's just something that comes with being a vampire. It's a animalistic instinct hidden deep inside of them, so Yuma woul be protective of you, but not like Ayato.

Whereas Ayato would try to scare anyone away, Yuma let's you be most of the time, he just keeps an eye on the person you're talking to. Just to make sure they're not sketchy.

Again, because it's in their nature to be at least a bit posessive, he wouldn't mind if you were posessive of him. If it's in a healthy amount of course. But that's totally up to you!

I'm an italian INTP female with aquarius sun, capricorn moon and cancer rising. At first I'm pretty shy but after a while I become pretty talkative. I also have a lot of energy and I usually start dancing randomly for no reason. I'm also stubborn and I hate taking orders. So if someone orders me to do something I'd probably do the opposite. Also I don't get angry easily but when I do I simply ignore the person that I'm angry at.

I'm sure I already said it, but I'm gonna say it again. Yuma is someone who likes talking to people, doesn't matter how you come off at first. Unless you tell him you don't want anything to do with him, you can bet your ass he'll try to start up a conversation.

However, he'd love to see you get comfortable around him. He'd listen to you ramble on and on with a smile. But don't expect him to not tease you if he catches you dancing somewhere, just saying...

Now we're getting to more problematic part of the story. I had to think for a hot minute about someone from the two families who wouldn't at least try to boss you around. Which basically rules out all the Sakamakis.

You gotta remember that these guys are vampires. The Sakamakis feel like humans are inferior and stupid species. Mukamis (and I mean all of them) have been hurt by people, a lot. When they were children none the less. So of course there are some issues. However, I feel like most of the Mukamis would be easier to manage with the bossing around.

Sure, Yuma might demand your help in the garden from time to time, but he's growing there vegetables and food for everyone, including you. So, to him, it seems fair that you lend a helping hand.

Next. Yuma admires your patience, that you don't get angry easily, but it's prone to happen sooner or later. It really hurts him when you shut him out, because he doesn't know what's going on. It just seems like you are dead set on that you are in the right, even when you might not be. So you two could go weeks without interacting with one another.

Communication is important. That goes for the shutting others out out of anger and the bossing around. It may be hard to see under his tough exterior that he's build up growing up, but he means well and cares a lot. Have a serious conversation with him and I'm sure you'll manage to find each other in the middle <3
