Unspoken Breath

Unspoken breath

Sadness creeps in uninvited with sweeping viteral, never shaking and always taking its unfar toll. A Quiet room with sun soaked walls, all is soft inside its gawls. Sunrise peeks at the edge of a dew heavy lawn, will it lead me to the dawn.

Coupled Yearning I Weighed Your Soul Against Its Sins And Watched It Burn To Dust. Oh How Those Scales

Coupled yearning I weighed your soul against its sins and watched it burn to dust. oh how those scales rust, Pavement awash with soft reflection, littered with messy indescresion. Sky stretched out in great azure, how I'd fly towards its closure. Liquid mirrors meltling at the touch, their steady hands I tend to clutch. Beauty in pain dances amongst a tortured flame, golden stories i wouldn't dare to tame.

This is relatable, I'm Icarus and found family fics are my downfall. I have been warned but i cant get enough. I keep going back, i know what pain awaits me but I'd rather feel the echo of family, than the looming one i lack.

one thing i hate about reading fan fiction (specifically found family fics) is how i always get hit with the realization that i don’t have friends

Regret thy love

To be human is to loose oneself from time to time, they say it is better to have loved and lost. But i know most would regret ever feeling that warm touch, if they knew what it would cost. And how much.

Regret Thy Love
Regret Thy Love
Regret Thy Love
Regret Thy Love

I think I've lost something which makes me human....

I'm dead inside

I love your poems so much. They are so meaningful and amazing!

Someday i wish to write like you

I have abstract ideas sometimes n i frame a somewhat draft of a poem or a writing piece in my head but when i sit with a paper n pen i dont recall anything or most of it.

What is your process of writing and how do you get different ideas and give them a meaningful form on paper?

Thank you so much!! That truly means the world to me, that's the biggest compliment I could ever get. Probably have ever gotten, I really appreciate it. I'm in no way qualified in my opinion but i hope this helps

My process usually consists of two main parts. Firstly I think of the theme I want to portray/am inspired by, this could be something larger than life like death, gods in despute, or something ordinary like sitting down for a meal that you wish to show in a different light, or perhaps shadow it beyond recognition.

Becoming inspired is always quick work, there is so much to grasp onto, whispers in the air, wings mid flight, even crying after a submissive fight. Having these floating around in your head is sometimes the main issue, fleshing them out is obviously your struggle, so I would suggest using imagery to help you further in setting the bones of your peice, this is another way I find themes, sometimes writing about what you physically see first is easiest, and then branch off in to what your soul feels about what your eyes see.

Then I simply just freewrite, I mainly just do that, i have a theme in mind and i let whatever thoughts appear onto the page. I dont let them flit away, I jot down what's going on upstairs before it has time to slink into the shadows, I would suggest trying to brainstorm on paper, write down these abstract ideas you have, create a moodboard for them, give them life outside your head.

Write what you know and what you don't, but do it from within, what does your soul want to portray. What does life in you want to say. I hope this helps.
