small vent
its insane how when my ed first developed, my dream was 120 lbs. I always told myself that once i reached that weight, i would stop. unfortunately, when i hit that weight, i craved more. it slowly went down to 115, to 100, and now to 95. deep down, i know it will never be enough. but i dont care, i wanna be perfect, in control, disiplined. and to me, starving is the highest form of self disipline.
I cannot wait to stand on the scale !!

using a fasting tracker app is such an underrated tip cuz once that timer starts i literally can’t eat anything. like i legit will not allow myself too cuz then im gonna have physical evidence that i have no self control (like imma have to actually admit and accept i broke my fast) which i js can’t have
it’s stopped sooooo many possible binges
I’d rather be dead and skinny than fat and alive 🩻









Understand the math.
“1200” calories needed a day for bodily functions
3500 calories in a pound of fat.
To lose 1lb a week, you must be in a 500 calorie deficit a day.
Sure you could take an appropriate maintenance amount like 1700 calories and then take away 500 and be in a 1200 calorie a day “deficit”.
Or to lose quicker, 1200-500 is 700 calories.
FEELS LIKE A LOT. But 700 a day is fine. If you are accurate and consistent.
Weigh yourself weekly. And track WEEKLY.
Have a 800 calorie day, then a 600.
A 1400 then a 24 hour fast.
A 500 then a 900.
LOG EVERY THING. If you CANT log it DONT eat it.
