Unpopular opinion: I really mean it when I say my best self is my skinniest self - I’m nicer to everybody, I feel content and confident. I hate it SO much that I’ve gained weight! I don’t know what am I doing wrong. I’ve exercised so much that some of it could be muscle but I’m going back to the basics and start counting cals so I know for sure I’m on a deficit
