Sossus Oasis Camp is practically situated right in front of the entrance gate to the Namib-Naukluft National Park (Sossusvlei) at Sesriem, the area well known for the towering red sand dunes of the Namib Desert and the awe inspiring depths of the Sesriem Canyon. This new camp site offers in a clean, tidy and well kept environment 12 camping units, arranged in a semi-circle to afford privacy with views. Each unit has its own toilet, washbasin, hot/cold shower, kitchen wash-up facilities, light, BBQ and 220V electricity point. Other centralised facilities include a sparkling pool and, just a short walk away, a fully stocked shop, take-away meals, groceries, toiletries, drinks, ice, internet, clothing, curios, fuel, diesel and tyre workshop.

Klein Windhoek (German, literally: Little Windhoek) is an affluent and the oldest suburb of Windhoek, the capital of Namibia, southern Africa. Klein Windhoek was a first location where German colonial Schutztruppe were stationed near Ai-Gams (Nama language for "hot water") water springs. The Fish River Canyon, is located in the south of Namibia. It is the largest canyon in Africa, as well as the second most visited tourist attraction in Namibia. The Fish River is the longest interior river in Namibia. It cuts deep into the plateau which is today dry, stony and sparsely covered with hardy drought-resistant plants. The river flows intermittently, usually flooding in late summer; the rest of the year it becomes a chain of long narrow pools. At the lower end of the Fish River Canyon, the hot springs resort of Ai-Ais is situated.

Der Fish River ist der längste Binnenfluss Namibias. Er schneidet sich tief in das Plateau ein, das heute trocken, steinig und spärlich mit winterharten, dürreresistenten Pflanzen bedeckt ist. Der Fluss fließt intermittierend und wird normalerweise im Spätsommer überflutet; den Rest des Jahres wird er zu einer Kette von langen, schmalen Pools. Am unteren Ende des Fish River Canyon liegt das Thermalbad Ai-Ais.

Cape Town, the 350 year old mother city of South Africa, has one of the most beautiful surroundings in the world. The symbiosis of big city flair and the enchanting location by the ocean as well as the diversity of nations, the coexistence of the first and third worlds and the beautiful and varied hinterland leave nothing to be desired. Cape Town is especially famous for the Table Mountain - the symbol of the city. The striking, plateau-shaped surface of the table mountain, together with Signal Hill, Lions Head and Devils Peak, dominates the entire cityscape and  built the skyline so unique worldwide.

The Cape Cormorant is medium sized, with glossy blue-black plumage with an orange-yellow throat patch and turquoise eyes. They have a long and slim neck and short tail, while the wingspan is relatively short, as they are required to dive for their prey, such as anchovies and pilchard. For this, the webbed feet are vital in pushing them through the water and to chase after their prey. Once they had their fill, they return to the coast line, where they are often seen with outstretched wings. It was assumed that they were drying their wings, but it is also thought that it helps with the digestion process.

Der Kapkormoran ist mittelgroß, mit glänzendem blau-schwarzem Gefieder mit orange-gelbem Kehlfleck und türkisfarbenen Augen. Sie haben einen langen und schlanken Hals und einen kurzen Schwanz, während die Flügelspannweite relativ kurz ist, da sie nach ihrer Beute wie Sardellen und Sardellen tauchen müssen.
