ED blog!!!
Loosing weight really isn't hard, it just takes discipline. I've lost about 11 pounds since April 4th and it feels so good knowing I'm on track, I noticed my wrists are smaller and my thighs don't brush against each other walking.
Today I cried because I think my mom's noticed my ED and she got me a 300kal plate of gummy sushi that I threw away then cried because I felt bad and googled how many calories were in tears.
Atleast I'm getting skinnier every time my stomach rumbles.

Oh my god me and him were cuddling today and he called me skinny he's never fucking done that before oh my god guys I'm so fucking motivated
Actual question, would drinking a Celsius and sugar free mentos gum break a 24 hr fast??? Help!
Things I consume fasting.
° K-cup coffee
° Tea, any herbal tea
° Low/no calorie drinks
° Pickle juice
° A piece of gum if I'm desperate
Any other recommendations?
I just lost 6 pounds of water weight in 24 hours so if y'all need some tips here you go
1. WATER!!! I'm not kidding you need to drown yourself in this stuff ASAP, works wonders ❤️
2. MIDOL the period pain medicine, it stops bloating stomach cramps and fatigue if you take this I promise your gonna be pissing every little bit and you don't even need to take a lot like 2 capsules is good!
3. LAX This ones optional but I just physically feel lighter after taking a fat dump 🗣️🗣️
4. COFFEE, it's a natural diretic as well as midol but I accidentally pulled an all nighter taking it too late before so be careful

I've been eating under 1000ish or less, sometimes 300 calories a day, yet I've stayed at the same weight do any if yall know wtf is going on 😭
My boyfriend princess carried me for homecoming and sadly he look like he's struggling a bit, gotta fix that

i try to do it as healthy as possible mainly just so i can keep it as a lifestyle and won’t get fat again :) so i don’t restrict as heavily as most of us but i try my best.
