This is kind of long (1.4k), so the AU is under the cut.
Ok, so basically Techno was a prince of a large kingdom. His family had two castles, a summer and a winter castle. One year right before spring, the rest of his family and most of the staff head from the winter castle to the summer castle. The only people left in the castle are Techno, Phil, and the staff who stay in the winter castle year round. Techno stayed because the newly formed town nearby was having a festival and had sent an invite to the royal family. They felt like one of them should go because of how close they are. Phil was the son of one of the servants when Techno was born, and was assigned to help out in the nursery. He was really good with Techno and so continued watching over him as he grew up, eventually becoming his personal servant. Wilbur was one of the year long staff.
He was only supposed to stay for an extra week, but halfway through the week, the voices got loud so he went out hunting. Unfortunately because it was the end of winter, there were very few animals around and so not enough blood to spill. This aggravated the bloodlust, so when he stumbled upon an unaware Faerie he attacked her. Before he could kill her, another Faerie appeared and defended her. The new Faerie cursed Techno (and cursed him out). He was transformed into an immortal pig-man, everyone in his castle was transformed into furniture, neither he nor the people in his castle would be able to leave the grounds, and no one would be able to see the castle from outside the grounds, let alone enter it.

Wilbur → lumiere (in pretty much every way)
About a week later the Faerie he had almost killed appeared at the castle. She introduces herself as Nihachu. She apologises for the actions of her friend Minx. She can’t remove the curse, but she can alter it in two ways
If someone doesn’t know that there’s supposed to be a castle there, then they can enter the property from certain parts of the woods. (it’s not entirely clear where some of the borders of the property are in the woods and so the curse is weaker there)(once they enter, they can then come and go as they please)
The curse will be broken if Techno can find someone who meets him as a pig and loves him for who he is as a person.
Nihachu apologises for how cliche that is, but says that it’s the only adaptation to a curse that always works. (insert shaky Techno bruh here)
Many years go by, and Nihachu continues to visit, bringing news from the outside world. Her and Wilbur bond and He gives her the nickname Niki. She starts bringing Minx around, who eventually warms up to them.
Tommy and Tubbo are two kids who live together in the nearby town, which has grown some over the years. One day they are playing in the woods, and it starts to get late. They realise that neither of them has been paying attention to which direction they were going, and so they just pick a direction and walk. Rather than finding the town, they stumble upon a castle. Inside they find a table laid out with a large meal that’s strangely potato based. They split it between the two of them, because they’re gremlin children with no respect for authority. Then they explore around a little bit, and find a sitting room with a few couches and chairs. Tommy takes the one full sized couch, and Tubbo takes one of the loveseats.
The next morning they’re on their way out, when Tubbo sees a bee resting on a plant. He bends down to look at it and sees that it has a torn wing, so he picks the plant and decides to carry it home. This is when Techno appears. He is very upset that Tubbo damaged one of his potatoes, and declares that Tubbo has to stay at the castle and help farm until the potatoes are ready to be harvested. Tommy tries to argue, but Techno very clearly has a very sharp sword and so it doesn’t get very far. Eventually Tommy convinces Techno to let him stay in Tubbo’s place.
Everyday, Tommy and Techno go out and work the potato garden (Techno only hunts when the bloodlust gets too bad). Tommy bonds with Wilbur and Phil but doesn’t really get close to Techno in the first week. Then he has a nightmare where Techno killed Tubbo and tries to escape and go home to Tubbo. Techno happens to be looking out the window (because he has trouble sleeping) and sees Tommy run off into the woods. He isn’t going to let this dumb kid (who has been surprisingly good in the garden) get himself killed, so he goes after him. He finds Tommy cornered by wolves and goes to defend him. He manages to kill them all, but he is only wearing pajamas so he gets himself bitten. Tommy, now in a clearer state of mind, helps him back to the castle.
For years Tommy had been in charge of his and Tubbo’s clothes and health, so he cleans and dresses the wound and stitches up Techno’s cloak that had gotten torn in the fight. There’s no one else around who can keep an eye on the wound, so Tommy decides to stay to watch over it before trying to go home again. He takes over the gardening, because Techno isn’t allowed to do that while injured, and he makes sure the wound is healing well, and is re-dressed fairly often. Tommy also starts making sure Techno is getting enough sleep, and is actually coming to meals. Throughout the healing process, him and Techno bond and by the time the wound is healed they’re pretty good friends. As a thank you, Techno decides to show Tommy the music room, which is up in one of the towers. Tommy loves it and spends a lot of time there, playing piano, listening to records, and making up songs to sing/singing songs Tubbo taught him.
One day, Tommy gets so caught up in his memories of Tubbo, that he doesn’t notice when dinner time comes and goes. He only realises when the door bursts open and Techno’s there looking worried. He comes down, and the two eat a reheated dinner, while Tommy tells Techno stories of him and Tubbo raising themselves together. Techno feels extremely guilty for having torn the two apart, and tells Tommy he can go home to Tubbo, Techno will no longer make him stay. Tommy is really excited and spends the rest of the night chattering about all the things he’ll do with Tubbo. Techno tries to convince himself meanwhile that it’s fine, he didn’t care about Tommy that much anyway.
The next morning Tommy realises that he doesn’t want to leave Techno behind, and so before he leaves, he grabs a song that he had been writing, finishes it and gifts it to Techno while telling him how much he’ll miss him.
After Tommy leaves Techno mopes for a bit, then goes up to the music room and starts playing the song. It feels so much like Tommy, that he can only make it through the first half of the song before he has to stop because he realises he can’t read the page through his tears.
Tommy meanwhile meets up with Tubbo and tells him everything that happened. At first Tubbo is hesitant to believe that Techno isn’t actually all that bad, but Tommy manages to convince him. Tubbo suggests that they could both go there, because it wasn’t like there was anything tying them to the village, and it sounded like there was plenty of room for them both. So they pack up their few belongings, and make their way back to the castle, where Techno is glad to welcome Tommy back.
For the next few months, there’s a weird sort of tension between Techno and Tubbo (Tubbo is still angry about Techno forcing Tommy to stay, Techno is still mad about his potato and is jealous of how close Tubbo is to Tommy). But slowly they become tentative friends.
Techno never has some big magic moment when he turns back, instead the curse slowly weakens, with Techno slowly becoming more and more human, finally breaking when Tommy says to Techno and Wilbur “You guys are idiots” and Wilbur says “Yeah, but you love us anyway” and Tommy’s like “Yeah, I do” He then turns to Tubbo and the two of them walk off talking about something, only for Tommy to then suddenly be bowled over by a hug from the now human Wilbur.

Finished that Magician x Mr Dark piece with some experimental colouring and expanded on the beauty and beast au somewhat?
Mr Dark was cursed by the Leptys to be a Griffin monster, resulting him hiding himself away from the rest of the glade. the Magician is a travelling teacher who stumbles upon his lair and finds himself prisoner to Mr Dark, though the two soon find themselves falling in love, though are too stubborn to say anything on the matter. Oh and Ales is stalking the two , raging in envy.
Why did the Leptys curse Mr Dark? No clue atm, throw some suggestions
I think this Beauty and the Beast AU, with the Shrek twist, is lovely! Especially since the one who curses him probably knows that the least likely scenario is that he’ll learn to love what he perceives as reminders of imperfection in himself...or accept love for himself. Hmm.

His gaze wandered around slowly, holding onto his folder tightly as he leaned over a glass vitrine to see a few pieces and information on the exhibition inside. He always loved the quiet of the museum and even here in midst of the entrance, he felt more home than he’d ever felt anywhere before. Taehyung couldn’t describe that feeling, but today it mixed with the anxiety of the reason why he was here. Instinctively he held on a little tighter to his folder, pressing it against his chest. A curious rustling came from behind him and Taehyung turned, when he saw an old lady peering out at him from behind the counter that he hadn’t seen before.
“Oh, my…,” Taehyung clasped a hand to his chest and the woman laughed. She was clearly a museum volunteer, working late to close out the gift shop. Or maybe she was just tidying up after a busy day.

Whenever I see a Princess Tutu Beauty and the Beast AU, it's usually Fakiru.
Which of course isn't a bad thing, buuuuuut-
Why hasn't anyone done a Ruetho Beauty and the Beast AU? Like, the parallels are right there.
Now usually people would (at least, theoretically) make Rue the beauty and Mytho the beast... because well, he kinda turned into a raven beast at some point? I guess?
But the way I see it? Yeah, no.
Mytho is Belle all the way.
Rue's the fucking raven beast.
Like, really think about it. Rue has been gaslit all her life and led to believe that she's ugly and unworthy of love, making her cold-hearted and selfish.
Mytho is always putting others before himself. Taking someone else's place (*ahem* Fakirissomeoneelse—) as a captive in return for them to go free? I can easily see him doing that.
Look, you can't convince me that Mytho is somehow not a reskinned Disney princess, okay?

for the last several weeks i have been stuck in a bit of writer’s block. nothing too severe, but still, i haven’t had much inspiration for fresh, new ideas. so, i decided to put together a small, little list of some misplaced dialogue prompts i have had resting in my google docs for quite a long while now. you can send in 1 - 2 prompts, a character or ship, as well as an AU. i will then write a drabble based on what you give me to work with. however, it could turn out to be longer, it all just depends on how inspired i am by the request. here is the list of fandoms, characters, and ships i write for.

Luigi and Mario get split up and stay split up for a long time. Mario still finding sanctuary with Peach but as a secret. Luigi setting up shop in an abandoned mansion not yet inhabited by King Boo yet, could also work in place of Bowser.
Luigi gets used to his place of solitude making a garden and becoming friends with the ghosts inhabitants, they're all human too or humanish in the og weegis mansion, so they become a found family of sorts
Word gets around that in the Dark Forest a beast lives probably guarding a legendary treasure
The Koopas just so happen to be passing by when they hear a terrifying screech and they quickly run away. A spider jumped on Luigi. This brings word to the Koopa King!
Once he hears about the treasure he immediately thinks it's a super star ⭐ so he makes his way over there alone because no one else wants to go with him and Kamek is on vacation
Bowser gets a little nervous on seeing the creepy exterior but scoffs it off and pounds at the door Luigi is elsewhere and the ghosts are preoccupied in their rooms. He makes his way in the lights are off but the place looks clean
Then in the garden he sees Luigi quietly crying from missing his brother and Bowsers heart is a lil softened before snapping out of it and laughing at the pathetic display

Luigi screams and backs off. They just stare at each other as Bowser realizes...oh no... HES HOTTTTTT
Bowser introduces himself like a headass and Weegi tries to channel Marios energy but fails miserably. Bowser tries to go for a sneaky approach for this star since force didn't work last time. He stays for dinner and meets the rest of the ghosts finding out they've been the ones scaring off anyone who comes near, sort of using Luigi as the face of it.
Bowser tells about his land, not that he's royalty, and about his children when he and Weeg are alone again. Luigi tells him about where he's from and how he got here, he excludes his brother just in case. Bowser starts visiting often and their love begins to bloom.
His kids start to get suspicious and Jr decides to tail him before his siblings do and he thinks Luigi is hurting him! Because he gave him a peck on the cheek and Bowser went red. He bursts in on his Jr clown car and tries to attack Luigi and then they explain everything and say he can't tell the others.
He fails almost immediately, but he tried his best! They're all mad their dad hasn't introduced him yet and even more that the royal Archives don't have anything on humans.
By now Bowser has completely forgotten ab the star and introduces his family. They let it slip he's the Koopa King! Luigi's found family is pissed they keep it together, as rich families do and tell Bowser to leave and not come back for a reason I haven't thought of while Luigi plays with the kids.
Bowser invites Luigi back to his place and there he will stay until he realizes he's been there for a hot minute and tries to leave. He does to bowsers dismay thinking his family is gonna take him away from the Koopa
He goes to rescue Luigi from himself, Bowsers overthinking. Bowser tells his family hes not going anywhere and he love Luigi and is gonna marry him they accept this

any beauty and the beast au/parallel with bowser and luigi i just want to remind everyone that Luigi is not from that world so he'd actually be the beast in that context. hes bipedal monster with no shell, able to wriggle in to any place with large whiskers and a nose to sniff out his prey and he speaks in mysterious language (italian) and an ear splitting wail. very scary. legend says theres two of them
