ND - Eat Thai
Was craving for Thai food and this unexpected place to get my fix sure came as a surprise. A food truck for my Thai food? A first for me, but this food truck doesn't disappoint. I highly recommend the Pad Thai. The best I've had in a long time. Another favorite is the Deep Fried Pork Jerky. Don't forget to order the Thai Milky Ice Tea. What are you craving for?

ND Honesty = Arnaldo’s
Not going into all the details, but will say that Arnaldo's was honest to acknowledge their mistake and quick to rectify the problem. Honesty, does still exist. Now, lets talk about their food. In one word. YUMMY! Three of our favorites, Carne Asada Steak, Carnitas Verde and of course, Tamales. Thanks Darcie.

My Moto G 4th Gen.
How frustrating it is to land and find your current phone carrier having limited to no coverage at a place you will be vacationing? Quite disappointed as I have been a happy customer for the past five years. A new phone and a new carrier. Sad to say, goodbye Virgin Mobile and hello AT&T.

Bank of North Dakota
Good Morning Bismarck!
Interesting Fact:
Since 1919, Bank of North Dakota (BND) is the only state-owned bank in the United States.
I never knew there was such a thing as a state-owned bank. I find this very fascinating. Not only that this structure is beautiful, it also holds a great significance in history. Learning new things every day. Love it! Here is an interesting read from Mother Jones, "How the Nation's Only State-Owned Bank Became the Envy of Wall Street".

ND - Northern Pacific Railroad Bridge
Another beautiful day Bismarck!
Northern Pacific (BNSF) Railroad Bridge over Missouri River, completed in 1882 is one of nine iconic bridges in North Dakota. A beautiful and calming site. Love it!

ND - Lunchtime at Oahu
Oahu Hawaiian BBQ Sushi Bar and Thai Cuisine. This place is getting to be a favorite of mine. Great food and friendly service. Enjoyed the sushi rolls and Loco Moco and of course got to have those Oahu cocktails.

ND - The Spires - Liberty Memorial Bridge
The Story Of The Spires
The plaza design includes eleven spires on each end of the new bridge to symbolize "The Armistice", which is the peace agreement reached at the 11th hour of the 11th day in the 11th month of 1918 to the end of World War 1.
The spires are placed in a circular formation to symbolize military service members that protect our nation's people. The design also includes a presentation area in which flags are displayed representing the United States, Prisoner of War(POW MIA) and the State of North Dakota.
The tallest spire signifies the height of the tallest point of the trusses on the original Liberty Memorial Bridge.

ND - Iconic Big Boy Restaurant
Good Evening Bismarck! Let’s get dinner. Interesting Fact: The Big Boy restaurant was Bismarck, ND's first drive-in restaurant when local business Harley McDowell opened it back 62 years ago on July 1, 1954. McDowell also became one of the first franchise holders of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC). The Big Boy restaurant has come to be known as one of Bismarck's most recognized landmarks.

ND - Cracker Barrel Lunch
A simple celebratory lunch with one of my favorite people in the world. Food is made better with great company.

ND - Genuine Dakota Gift Shop
A little souvenir shopping at the Genuine Gift Shop located in the Visitor Information Center at Bismarck, ND. I still believe that the photographs you take makes the best souvenir from your travels.

ND - Huevos con Chorizo
Sure hit the spot!

ND - Cathedral of the Holy Spirit
Giving thanks. So many things to be thankful for. God is good.
Interesting Fact: Cathedral of the Holy Spirit (Bismarck, North Dakota) is believed to be the only Art Deco-style cathedral in the United States.

North Dakota State Capitol
The North Dakota State Capitol. I will think of you with great fondness. Thank you for the great memories. I will miss this place. Someday, I will be back.

ND - Sushi Roll Fix
I need my Sushi rolls. Got it from Oahu in Bismarck.
