He’s just an epic with fire powers who keeps getting pulled into an alternate hellworld where his double’s a girl, his good friend’s son is alive but consistently in mortal peril, and the common people cower beneath him as if he were a god. Like, he’s just trying to be the Human Torch, not some horror-esque version of Doctor Strange.

a tip for writing female characters: don’t be afraid to make her feral. just absolutely batshit. her actual intelligence? that can vary. but bring out the chaotic stupid tendencies. embrace her as a one brain cell enemy of the state
I’ve been reading a lot of @onlycosmere ‘s GORGEOUS collection, and I’m dying over the Sanderson nicknames. Like, I’d heard Branderson, but Brando Sando? B-Sands? Poetry, y’all. Poetry.

Being in multiple fandoms is great
I mean, you get to read Branderson Sanderson fan conspiracies and theories about complicated magic and Hoid and shit.
And then when all the Investure, Connection, “OMG is this one character that’s barely mentioned somehow really important and relevant to the overarching plot?!” gets too complicated for your shitty-ass brain to process, you can just jump over to Undertale and Deltarune to make skeleton jokes.
And THEN when Sans’ backstory and Gaster shit gets too much, you can go enjoy random gay memes until you feel like going back into the Cosmere, and round and round it goes.
It’s awesome.
