I used to like Kelly Kapoor a lot back in the days because I could relate to her and was into such comedy style of life. I really liked being funny and just making people laugh, that was my idea of social bonding. Though now I have matured after a lot of efforts (8th house moon) so I am in tune with occult and spirituality. It is possible to mature as a Gemini person but for that the native has to uncover layers of emotions and repeatedly practice being in tune with the underlying emotions rather than escape it through socializing. Contrary to my personality, I also spent a lot of time in solitude just thinking about concepts and ideas and that solitary nature became natural habit to me.

As a matter of fact, that urge to speak just to get a reaction out of people, being goofball and silly is legit for the Gemini but it will only work with people like Ryan, Erin, etc. (who are also scatterbrain) so that restricts their dating pool because people that are deep and stable will not respond to their advances. Also pay attention to how detached Gemini is from their emotions, they can sing the most romantic song from Titanic and not a feel a single damn emotion because they are only putting up a performance. They can be loyal for sure if you tick many of their boxes (but do not expect them to be loyal in their fantasies because that mind will go places).

To be able to feel emotions, a person has to be courageous because it is not just happiness and highs that are the emotional range, there is also sadness to anger and shame to resentment and fear to empathy that have to be felt. Since Gemini are dismissive of deep emotions in themselves, they also ignore and belittle emotional depth in others. If anything, they will make jokes out of everything and laugh at themselves instead of feeling the emotion in the moment. Such emotional invalidation can be cause for trauma and abuse in others, especially if they are parents then their children will never feel like they are allowed to have emotions. The fact is that Gemini deals with mind, thoughts, words and it simply does not deal with emotions. In a positive light, this characteristic makes them easygoing and malleable, they do not hold grudges and bounce back from sufferings and problems without a sweat.

But in the negative light, Gemini's emotions pile up under the surface and it may show up as projection issues in their children or the people around them and close to them. Sometimes Gemini can get sadistic and test how far they can push emotional people's button, how much they can irritate them and push them to show emotions. Display of emotions by others oddly satisfies their own inferior function that they are unable to feel.

I would like to mention that we as a society know what emotions we ought to display in what situations. We know these social conventions and formalities. So if you spot a Gemini crying over an emotional video, do not think that they actually feel empathy for that, they simply know "this emotional scene means I have to shed some tears for social display". This is why they can come off as manipulative and insincere because they display emotions they do not actually feel. They will say "I love you" 10 times a day and still flirt with others because that I love you was a lip service, a social convention, a cultural performance, because this is what couples ought to say to each other - not because they actually love you.

If the natal chart is nicely balanced by water placements, do expect a change of personality in later years. Otherwise you need not worry because they naturally gravitate towards fellow non committal and fickle people in relationships and friendships. But if you are in the same classroom or office with them, yeah that will be your daily dose of unnecessary headache. Though I would expect Geminis to be working in media, cinema, entertainment, social dealings based sectors where social personality and charm help prosper the business and test of character is not a requisite. In relationships, Gemini will be your laughter buddy, binge watch buddy, gossip buddy, brainstorm about a 100 things buddy, social media addict buddy, constantly texting silly messages buddy, let's hangout somewhere buddy.

Do not expect them to be religious or spiritual, they will instead rationalize everything, life, God, soul, death. Just concepts, facts, ideas, jumping from thing to the next not going too deep into any particular topic. Remember! Do not confuse social performance with actual personality. Their chatty nature can get really annoying if you are looking for some moments of peace and calm, they will want to fill the silence with their voice and its echo. They themselves are in awe of their spontaneity, wittiness and presence of mind. Moodiness is seen, though it is triggered by lack of intellectual highs not because they are feeling deep emotions and sensitivity.

Waiting for their turn to speak, already thinking of what to say before you end your sentence, Gemini is just like that. Can be into online dating because Gemini rules internet, messaging and technology. This is life - a bunch of personality traits and their daily repetition. That is why people do not change on fundamental levels. I would personally not trust a Gemini (and I am a Gemini) though that does not mean they don't add value to life and society. Their value is their ability to communicate, play with words, deliver speeches, write books and novels, manager of languages and dealer of conversations. It is literally what makes us humans highly intelligent and superior to other species.

astro notes rant pt.2: moon signs

leo moons are some of the calmest bitches out there. seriously, one usually thinks about virgo or capricorn moons when it comes to keeping it together and appearing collected and steady, but leo moons have the most calming effect on others in my opinion. capricorn/virgo/aquarius moons have this artificial coldness to their calm facade and lack the warmth and openness one needs in order to be emotionally contagious so even if they look as if they’re not panicking other people around them would still be worried and anxious. leo moon has this super chill attitude - their confidence doesn’t appear superhuman, on the contrary, they appear calm in a very casual and non-forced way that relaxes people and makes them feel at ease. i mean, they can be quite the drama queens sometimes but overall i’ve never seen someone so confident and good at calming others with their composure and the way they seem to remain dignified and humane under any circumstances.

aries moons have a great difficulty with putting themselves in the position of other people and understanding the situation from their point of view. even if it’s in a chart that overall indicates a great deal of empathy and an understanding nature, aries moon makes a person sort of really stuck on their own point of view when it comes to emotions and gives a feeling that’s not exactly righteousness but more like…an inability to comprehend anything beyond yourself. the emotional world of the aries moon is so dynamic it’s quite difficult and bothersome for them to try and understand the emotional worlds of others. they just want to invite someone in their own and have them share it.

the most difficult moon sign to connect to emotionally is gemini. capricorn moons may put barriers, aquarius moons may dissociate, virgo moons may be nit-picky, scorpio moons might be crazy but gemini moon is like….they move too fast in order for someone to actually know them emotionally, and if you don’t know someone emotionally how can you even connect to them?  it’s hard to keep up with gemini. pisces moons change emotionally a lot too but at least they’re open about it while gemini are kind of airy about their emotions and keep their true vulnerabilities hidden. so you see an ever-changing facade of moods that are expressed strongly and in an overwhelming manner but what’s truly happening will always be beneath the surface, just one step too far for you to grasp. gemini moon manages to be somehow both detached and overwhelming.

taurus moons are the most difficult ones to argue with. they’re a bit similar to aries in that aspect. but it’s like…they make you feel as if they truly listen to you and it appears as if they actually take into account what you’re saying. they might even say you have a point and they’ll keep your words in mind. as time passes by you realize they just have this weird ass mechanism that prevents them from admitting someone else might be right. even if rationally they see this is so, at an emotional level they really are like a brick wall that refuses to let in foreign agenda. it’s just not comfortable, you see.

capricorn moons are extremely emotionally turbulent, even more so than scorpio moons. with scorpio moons at least you know you can expect them to constantly be in some sort of turmoil and drama. cap moons fluctuate between unpredictable cycles of absolute apathy and horrifying emotional outbursts. this often creates a feeling in others that they can’t be trusted. even if cap moons do their best to hide their inner turbulence, somehow it can still be felt on a more unconscious level.

pisces is often considered a favorable position for the moon while in fact the moon is in peregrine in it. this makes it quite neutral - there is an abundance of emotions and heightened sensitivity due to pisces being a water sign but the nature of this placement is to keep the feelings in and turn them inwards rather than to express them. this may create either someone who produces very personal art constantly or someone with huge emotional blockages who has difficulty letting other people in even tho they appear to be soft and friendly on the outside. most often, it’s a weird mixture between both.

scorpio moons, despite their reputation, are often somewhere on the asexual scale. sometimes this is due to having extreme feelings or experiences connected to sex when they were little. sometimes it can be a result of being hypersexual for some time and then starting to connect all sexual experiences to this in an unpleasant way. but regardless of the reason, i’ve noticed they’re often quite withdrawn when it comes to sex and might even be repulsed of the violent feelings they associate with it. it can be often connected to the feeling of intrusion and of letting someone in that scorpio despises so much.

taurus moons like to do stuff that makes them feel comfortable for other people. f.e. if a taurus moon feels cozy when they eat pasta with melted cheese they would cook that dish for other people. but they’re extremely insensitive towards the individual needs of others and often fail to understand how something that’s not comforting to them might be comforting to another individual. they’re least likely to adjust their behavior so that it’s comfortable for you. like, whenever i’m stressed my taurus moon friend would come and hug me and I keep telling her this stresses me even further yet she keeps doing it and saying she forgot it hugging isn’t as stress-relieving for me as it is for her.

aquarius moons always feel like they’re speaking an alien language no one understands except for them when they’re expressing love and affection. it’s hard for them to get through to the ones they love. even when they’re being super open verbally, like saying plain and clear “i love you, i care about you” it comes out as if they don’t put their heart into it due to their usual state of emotional detachment.

sagittarius moons constantly put on a cheerful facade to cover their sadness. this often leads to internal bitterness and frustration which gets translated into violent urges and a certain amount of hostility towards others. they may often try to hide it and to keep being in-your-face happy but one can definitely feel an aura of suppressed anger around them. like a feeling of hair-triggered temperament lurking beneath the surface.

libra moons can be extremely manipulative. they’re the type to observe carefully patterns of behavior in people, especially in larger groups, and to create different sets of attitude towards the different types of people that would make people like them more and do as they ask. they’re extremely good at playing people until they get what they want and can utilize others’ skills which makes them good leaders…unless they decide to take advantage of you. enough with the stereotype of the soft uwu harmless libra moon that just wants y'all to feel good! wake up sheeple, they’re playing you!!!

the most sociable moon sign is sagittarius. they are very people oriented and even if they have many placements in, say, cancer or virgo or capricorn, they are still super spontaneous about their hang outs and love to meet new people. aries moons are kinda like this too, followed closely by pisces (surprise surprise) and gemini.

libra moons are the rulers of networking. these people often master the ability to connect people and show them clearly why they need others and how they can mutually use each other. they’re also great at balancing and mediating. after all, that’s all you need to have so you can maintain a good network of people.

cancer moons can be really really really selfish. they are so taken by their own emotions they have a hard time bothering with the feelings of others. it’s like…cancer moons appear on the outside like capricorn moons feel on the inside. but on the inside, cancer moons are often like capricorn moons are on the outside. virgo moons are the moms of the zodiac. always so collected but also caring, they notice every little detail and analyze everything cuz they need to be in control of the situation all the time. they feel as if they’re always one step ahead of everyone, that’s why they think they’re better at caring for others than anyone else. and honestly? they’re usually right.

i’ve often noticed cancer moons express their feelings so strongly they cause random shit to happen without wanting it - the walls may vibrate when they’re angry even if they’re not showing it verbally, people might start dropping stuff when they’re around a nervous or aggressive cancer moon. i remember when i had a cancer moon boss, every time he’d drop at work in a good mood everything seemed to work smoother - we didn’t have the tech problems we usually did, the internet connection was flawless, etc. it was some mad shit right there and i’ve seen it happen with other cancer moons too.

gemini moons have a hard time listening to others. they have so many memories and emotional reactions triggered by a single sentence and their train of thought gets completely carried away from your words. so they either interrupt you all the time and say shit that seems totally unrelated or just dissociate from your words and have to ask what the fuck were you saying all the damn time. it can be pretty frustrating.

aries moons needs to do something all the damn time. they literally can’t just sit their asses down and do nothing. they’re always picking on some shit and planning stuff. it can be a lot of fun sometimes but if you’re more on the low-energy side it can be pretty bothersome and can make you feel as if you can never catch up to them.

earth moons are always thinking about how they look in the eyes of the public. they actually quite enjoy when others envy them and like to show off with their possessions, in which they often include their partners. they love to see others staring a lot at their partner and to think shit like “yeah, i know you want them but they’re mine”. honestly, those lil bitches enjoy making others jealous of what they have.

fire moons are quite competitive when it comes to relationships and they enjoy it when they have to be compared with many other suitors by the person they have their eye on. they often go for the popular types that are liked by everyone and feel truly satisfied only when they’re picked among many others as they have proven to be the most worthy.

air moons don’t like answering questions and putting labels when it comes to relationships, quite often cuz they’re afraid they won’t be able to provide what the label expects of them. they like to live outside of expectations and schedules and to let things unfold naturally which can be quite unsettling for their partners. 

water moons are the most demanding in relationships. they are the type to push you to act as they need you to so you can fit their fantasy. scorpio moons won’t hesitate to squeeze out drama from every action of yours that they don’t approve of, pisces moons will act like a super wounded victim every time you fail to play by their rules and cancer moons play with the cold treatment like no other. My opinions on some of the Venus signs

(Those included are Aries, Gemini, Leo, Virgo, and Libra)

Here we go folks

Let’s start with Aries Venus. Now I myself am an Aries Venus and I have only this to say really. I love us, like friendship wise love an Aries Venus. Now I can't really say anything relationship wise besides what I am like in a relationship cause I haven't dated another Aries Venus. Now I think I would enjoy dating an Aries Venus simply because we are usually blunt when it comes to the ways of the heart. Deadass I have started dating and broke up with someone all in the same day, but I also have been in a relationship with my boyfriend for almost four years now. The one thing I have stayed consistent on is that I got into those relationships with a blunt sense of "I like you, do you like me back and if so let's start dating. You are mine and I am all yours. And if you don't want an exclusive relationship tell me exact what you want or else I will lose interest in you." If you don't give me the answer of your feelings about me then...what are we even doing right now? Anyways moving on...

Gemini Venus

Now I have both dated and been friends with Gemini Venuses. I love air placements like my only problem I usually have with them is that sometimes they will allow people invade their space (but I don't know if that has to do with other placements so yeah) I have told some people off for my Gemini Venus friends because one time my friend seemed so fucking stressed with someone so naturally I got a little impulsive. I think I am just proud of myself for not fighting them. Yes that is something to be proud of because honestly I don't wanna fight people. I might get a little carried away with it.

Leo Venus

Imma keep this one short...as a Leo rising and basically a fire dominant person. I love most if not all Leo placements. Leo suns are my only exception and that depends on the moon sign of the person. I wonder sometimes if I have problems with every Leo sun Taurus moon with a Virgo mercury or if it was just a coincidence that two different people have those placements and I wanted to fight and cut them out of my life...

Virgo Venus

I love Virgo Venus like it might be my Virgo moon and sometimes I get a conjunction with a Virgo Venus but ehh. Virgo Venus just tend to be people who don't think they are enough as a person for other people to like them so they will do stuff for you when they really care about you. And when I mean do stuff for you it's more like they will do stuff for others because they might believe they can't rely on others and/or for validation and love from others, but when they love someone they are doing stuff (for love and validation probably still) out of a way to give back to what you have done for them even if you feel like you haven't really done much of anything. For instance, they made you dinner because you gave them toast before they left for work in the morning. It's a odd thing sometimes bruh anyways moving on.

Libra Venus

A libra placement that is all about harmony and balance shocking I know. Anyway I feel like some people assume libra is non-confrontational like Pisces or cancer. Like bruh water signs are just passive and/or non-confrontational because of their possible mommy issues. Libra and Aries are sister signs, and have you met sisters where one is completely submissive and the other is completely aggressive. I like to think of Libra as non-confrontational like Gemini, Aquarius, and Taurus combined. Libras will try to keep up a nice face like the air sign that they are because realistically they try to keep a little bit detachment when it comes to conflict. But they rule Venus like Taurus does...and as someone who has a good amount of Taurus family and friends. Are Taurus seen as non-aggressive? Libra is avoiding conflict because they know it isn't worth it because unlike my Aries ass, they know how much they affect people with their actions and words. Anyways take that energy to a relationship and it isn't too bad unless their Venus is badly aspected and/or other placements in their chart in something like maybe Scorpio or Capricorn (especially moon). Because bruh then they become far more passive aggressive or stubborn about shit bruh...just from my experience Scorpio and Capricorn have issues with conflict from a more emotional standpoint.

Soaring high above, with Godly knowledge ever-expanding… you are a magnificent being, Mercurian.

Gifted with wings to be free of the Earth 🌍 , one might confuse you for an angel.

However, Mercury blesses you with these wings to be a divine messenger, a literal VOICE of the Gods. ✨.

A prophet of sorts if you will. 💁🏾‍♀️

You are always balancing two halves of yourself. Gemini of Air and Virgo of the Earth.

VIRGO or the 6th house on the other hand apply these gifts to their everyday routines and relationships. Less talking and more analysis & servitude. (The maiden).

The Duality of Mercury ⚕️

Virgo vs. Gemini

Mercury was the messenger of the Gods. He was essential to the communication and diplomacy between the realms. Each one trusted him. So, of course he knew them all well... and their dirty laundry.

🐍 Is it no wonder why they seem to know just about everybody and everybody’s business? Do not deny it, Virgo. LOL👀

Although they held more power individually, Mercury held the power of being their collective voice! (Also rules oration) They entrusted him with how and what was said on their behalf… often being a literal translator. (Powerful!)

This is similar to situations many Geminis and Virgos find themselves in. Many will come to you for advice and insert you into their dealings.👀 (As the middleman.)

Geminis on a social level and Virgos often within the family and relationships.

The Gods' divine trust came with plenty of gifts, which you’ll also find true of lovers in this lifetime. People value you and your gifts, which gives you purpose. (A virgo's dream.)

The most significant gift given to Mercury, was perhaps his trademark wand or staff... known as

"The Caduceus"

Per the Greco-Roman mythology, the caduceus was gifted to him by the Sun God, Apollo. A magical olive branch staff with two serpents intertwining around its base.

They say if it touched the dying, it blessed them with a gentle death. However, when applied to the deceased… they would literally return to life. (DUALITY!)

You’ve probably noticed this symbol at our hospitals, on our ambulances, etc.

I like to believe these two snakes themselves are yet another symbol of Mercury’s duality.

One is good and the other bad. One yin. Other yang. One Virgo and One Gemini👀

🐍Mercury was also known as the trickster God or God of thievery!

This is essential to note because I have a theory (possibly far-fetched, but makes so much sense) that this may have a connection to a certain Garden of Eden… where a certain serpent spoke to a certain woman and convinced her to eat the fruit of …. KNOWLEDGE. 🤯

They say that before the caduceus had it's powers, it was just a branch. Mercury was stuck in servitude to the God's.

But…what if… Mercury being the trickster God convinced the maiden (virgo) to bite of the the fruit of knowledge in the forbidden garden and gained a portion of the powers of Mercury that he did not want.

If Virgo took on the need to serve, then Mercury would be free to frolick the realms with his tricks and thievery. He was also remarked as a habitual line-stepper, or boundary-crosser. (This is unevolved Gemini energy all the way)

This really gets deep when you realize that Virgo's sister sign Pisces (whom in my Neptune post, I compared to Persephone) bit of the fruit of Hades in the same curious fashion and was in more or less words cursed!

This does not mean that being of service is a curse in any way, but honestly, the mythology behind this dual planet is fascinating.

I think Virgo actually bossed her side of the energy up to the max. She is the earthy incarnation of her own genius, often never showing just how intelligent she really is... so as not to reveal her cards.

Virgo can bring her wildest ideas to fruition within the Earthy realm! (After it's perfected to her liking of course.) A gift!

However, Virgo can also have some trickery within her nature… often appearing or putting on a more innocent act than she really is.

But, with Mercurian energy there is always the possibility for their beautiful thoughts to come out a bit... wrong.

This brings me to a very important note.

It’s inevitable honestly, as people can’t help but give knowledge to a heavenly messenger.

However, with the optional tongue of a serpent… be mindful of the power you possess Mercurians! (Think: Parsel-tongue in Harry Potter Universe.) It’s nothing to play with because here in this Earthly realm, Saturn is dominant and it is the ruler of Karma.

In love, they’ll have many admirers in several dimensions.

🐍I imagine a Gemini Mercurian as a sapiosexual, playboy of sorts. You’ll have your choosing of many lovers and will probably choose none… in search of new lands and ideas to learn and add to your beautiful collection.

You'll have an array of different tastes (in the bedroom as well) and will share passion with many, as you are a master of tricks.

🐍 It’s hard to lockdown a Godly intelligent being with the ability to fly away at a moments notice.

Many an earthly sign lover and watery soul will long for you and you will spin whimsical circles around them with ease, for you are too quick to catch.

Nothing too heavy or emotional, you must keep it light for this winged beauty or she’ll float away…

But, I do have to ask…my beautiful Geminis, 3rd housers if it ever gets tiresome to always be on the go?

Connecting too much to your air and neglecting your earthly connections through Mercury could leave you afloat for all eternity… alone. (This can of course be counter-acted with other placements in the natal chart.)

🐍Virgo Mercurians on the other hand are much more Earthy with their approach to love. This is the person who has thought very intricately about what the lover of their life will look like, smell like, and even their speech cadence. She eagerly awaits to be a perfect wife, organizing the home, teaching the children, etc.

Many will try to win her, as her innocent.. maiden-like energy is very attractive. While she may appear innocent, she is not naive!

All of her daily beauty routines, outfit curations, and perfected speech will not be wasted on just any man.

The Virgo's analytical eyes has surveyed many a suitor who tried to win her heart. She is looking for the perfect man. The one whom she can serve and assist while being provided for in return.

Better believe, if she chose you.. you have checked all of her boxes. For, she wants an Earthly promise...(AKA, Where's the money? If you ask me, the perfect suitor is perhaps a Capricorn or Taurus dominant. ) But, my Virgo queens... do not neglect your airy influences of Mercury as well. Life can be more rewarding than the material world.

Astrology Observations #3

Note: Personal observations only✌️

Just the way the house where Saturn is present indicates restrictions and delays, the house in which Capricorn is present brings tons of wisdom and sound advice/knowledge. For example, a Capricorn in 3H may gain a lot of wisdom from short communication, siblings, neighbours, etc. A Capricorn in 7H from their partners, enemies or even someone from the legal department. 

Fire Mars and/or Fire Risings please make sure to do some sort of physical activity almost everyday. It does not even have to be extremely draining. These individuals have so much energy and it needs to be put to good use. They also feel much better doing this. Stagnancy is not for these individuals.

I honestly have not yet met a Pisces moon that is overtly emotional and put their emotions on display. They are either cheerful or stone cold but rarely with their heart on their sleeves. This is especially true if they are in their 20s or older. Also they are not as selfless as people make them to be. But you will see their emotional side, just maybe after 5 years. 

Virgo moons are pretty critical without even realizing it. They don’t even realize how harsh their words can be but they usually do not have negative intentions behind their words. Sadly this is mostly because they use a similar choice of words when communicating with themselves. Much harsher on themselves than on others.

Want to attract a Gemini Venus? Keep making them laugh. These people love people who can make them laugh and they WILL make you laugh in return. They also tend to have very short relationships or very on and off romantic relationships.

Cancer placements have the darkest or most mysterious family secrets. Some of them less severe than the other. Family is a very huge influence on their personality for the good or for the bad. 9/10 times the mother was an important reason for these secrets. 

Scorpio moon is such a fame indicator. So many famous celebrities have this placement and their large fan following usually calls for a lot of hate as well. Nevertheless, they are trendsetters and people just love to hate them. Even in normal jobs, these individuals have a relatively high position.

Earth moons are seriously underrated in their ability to always ground themselves and avoid crossing or getting their boundaries crossed. They process emotions a little slower but this really helps them sort the unnecessary from the necessary. As a mutable moon, I have huge respect for that.

Venus in Capricorn isn’t really as much of a bad placement as people make it to be. These individuals have very strong and long-lasting relationships if they decide to have one. They can overwhelm people with their practical nature but if that’s what you dig, they are just so attractive.

If they were to give the love they have, it would be overwhelming to some, which is why they hold back sometimes. For some though, who love something deep and sensual, then a Scorpio venus is perfect for them.

In some ways they are also pretty philosophical, so their love can be one where you give and gain knowledge with them or just generally expand your mind through their thoughts and actions. They know how to be serious about what they have with you when they truly love you, and with them, they’d hate to loose you (especially after establishing a solid foundation) which makes breaking up a far-fetched idea if they love you. But well, if you hurt them or act immature or become unfaithful to them, they can and will leave you, after much consideration.

- What they seek: A love that is serious, secure and long-term. A patient love that doesn’t stress them or make them feel shaky, as if it’s something for fun or short-term. They obvs want something fun, but something *for fun* is not that interesting to them, they won’t see you as 'a keeper’ if there’s that vibe. The trickster or the victim of their own curiosity or friendliness. Below I'd like to look at some of Gemini's major traits in more detail and give light to this highly flexible and versatile sign.

Hungry Mind: Gemini is famous for their intellect and curiosity. This may paint the picture of a person who is a bookworm but there are many ways the mind can be exercised from debate to reading to creating art. Gemini has a restless nature, they are very much changeable. They desire diversity and change and, in most manifestations, this is expressed either through the mind or socialization for Gemini.
