can we normalize disliking shifts please. i see so much positive talk abt shifts and that's great i love that some people enjoy tgem but whenever i come out of a shift it makes me feel so empty inside

idk i just wish people talked more about how shifts aren't always fun bc literally all i see on tiktok are people "shifting" after setting up a camera and them jumping around or getting on all fours and doing vocqls or smth. it makes me feel rlly crappy sometimes bc i don't get zoomies when i shift i get angry and mean and my body suddenly feels WRONG on all levels like it knows it's not supposed to be this way but it is for some horrible reason
