yeah his overtakes are a bit aggro but lando refusing to switchback until the last moment in hungary was also aggro but for legit zero reason. yeah, i'd be cool if lando could get max for the WDC, yeah i'd completely accept if mclaren made oscar the '2nd driver' and made him switch back positions for the sake of constructers/individual championships, but i also do think oscar would agree to it also if he was TOLD by the team.
he is a team player. countless races have proven that. but when the team makes a fuckass order like 'papaya rules' where racing each other is ALLOWED, then why tf would he NOT go for the overtake???
like gtfo if u hate on him then legit u must miss context cues in all other social situations. if he was asked to he WOULD. but if ur issue is that he rightfully overtakes lando lap one then bring the issue up to mclaren's overall strategy/racing decisions, not just oscar when he is literally just doing what he can with the information he's told.
also hungary switchback was fair enough. honestly, there would literally be zero issue of lando used his brain, switched back immediately when told then overtook on his better tyres to win hungary 2024. but lando didn't because he wanted to 'prove a point.' therefore, because of this and in reference to the compatibility of the 2 years of future races they have as teammates, mclaren gave back the position.
same can be said of monza. yeah sure, they BOTH didn't play the 'team game' of slipstreams and holding ferrari back, but that is because they weren't ORDERED to. f1 is ultimately an individual game - ofc of the chance to overtake is there oscar would take it, even if it wasn't the cleanest. but i completely believe if ordered to oscar would switch/make actions to improve lando's race. the fact he didn't, is ultimately not on him, but the team enforcing their fuckass papaya rules.
don't hate the player, hate the game. this anti oscar shit is pissing me off frfr.
if u all want lando to win so bad then bring it up with MCLAREN not oscar. he is a future wdc in my eyes, and so incredible i believe he will be the future of f1 after max's eventual retirement. sorry that he is better than ur faves.

NCT's Jaehyun applied to the Army Military Band and received a notification of acceptance from the Military Manpower Administration today. as such, he is scheduled to enlist as an active-duty soldier on November 4 to fulfill his military duty.
on the day of his entry into the training camp, there will be no official event to prevent safety accidents due to the potential crowding of soldiers and families at the site.
we kindly ask for your continued support and love for Jaehyun until the day he completes his military service and returns in good health.
